Excellent I can’t complain since the moment I was received, beautiful place , nice view , apartment was bigger than what I expected. Pool is small but it was good , kids had fun . Quiet neighborhood. Beach close by. Balcony spacious.

Our family enjoyed the apartment. Pool was clean and quiet. For the Fourth of July, we could see multiple firework shows from the large terrace. Short walk to Bal Harbour and Harding Ave. Many kosher dining options nearby including a really good paleta shop. Great beaches not to far away.

The property is nice and clean, however the elevator stopped working 2 days before we were leaving and my spouse had a recent knee replacement, uughghgh!! I wish we would've taken advantage of the pool prior to the elevator going out, because it is located on the rooftop and those steps are brutal. Unfortunately, management never left a note apologizing for that huge inconvenience, yet we rec'd a note under our door because we were talking too loud. Sorry the place is minimally furnished so the echo is loud. My first time staying here, I may need to stick with what I know.

Well, if you're looking for a nice place, away from the chaos and noise of South Beach, look no further. It is a little ways from the beach (further than walking distance), but getting to one is really quick by car. There are some really nice restaurants in walking distance, not to mention a very plush mall (very high end stores, bring a lot of money). The rooftop pool is small, but really beautiful and relaxing. Went as a family of five and had a wonderful time. If you're going to Miami to party, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're going to Miami to enjoy a quieter side of South Florida, look no further.

Our stay was really nice. Property is in a nice area with reserved parking. The only issue we had which was addressed by management is our room wasn't ready at 4:30. We had to come back at 5:45 and the Unit was ready. This was communicated to us on checkin and we felt they handled it fine.

Great place to stay. All good, but parking could be a little problem if you have a full size SUV, parking spots are on the smaller side. Have nothing negative to say. Keep it up!

Overall this is a nice property. The air conditioning in our unit kept setting itself to 82 despite us resetting the program. It got really hot in the master bedroom. Some of the outlets did not work. The check in was a little confusing and the parking is really tight. Nice pool area and the location is great.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bay Breeze. The room was bright, clean and well cooled. The two balconies were great. The pool was small and had only a few chairs so did get crowded at times, but wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely return.

Beautiful property. Apartment was modern and immaculate. The wrap around balcony/patio was incredible. We felt like we were at home. Rooftop pool was awesome! Views of Miami and hours of fun with our daughter. Staff was incredible the entire booking and departing. Private parking and entrance. Thank you for an Incredible family Mother’s Day weekend! We will be back.

The apartment was completely dirty, one of the beds missing the fitting sheet, cigarettes leftovers found on the floors, glasses were dirty, towels smelled dirty and were stained, there were no extra ones, we found the washer completely full with dirty water. Wish we could post pictures on here. My husband and I tried reaching out to the property several times through calls and text but literally no one answered. It was Saturday afternoon when we arrived and decided to leave Sunday morning after no response at all. No refund was given. We're filling a claim.

Upon arrival it was a self-check in , got sent the code to the door went up and did it but we thought it didn’t work since it wasn’t opening, then a lady comes out of the room and asks “ oh you guys are supposed to stay here? Give me 30 minutes “ and closes the door on my face? At this point I am in shock and confused then the lady grabs her bag and leaves the room we try to converse with her but she runs off scared, I enter the room and everything is dirty and used, I tried calling multiple times no response, and Expedia did not return any money. My theory is that these people don’t change the code to the door and anybody can just come in if they know the code and rob you.

Very unclean… bathroom mold, oven top dirty, oven drawer filthy, master bedroom headboard extremely dusty, stained sheets, absolutely disgusting master bedroom mattress cover, two of the master bedroom dresser drawers did not work air conditioning filter extremely dirty, washer and dryer unit dirty, had to dry wet sheets that were left wet in washer, reached out to property manager via text and phone call and never heard back, the pictures of unit do not reflect actual condition and quality of place. Adjacent unit had children constantly screaming and crying. Alex, the individual checking us in even mentioned the adjacent unit had children who were loud, I reached out to Alex via text about the noise and never heard back. I would never use this property again nor recommend it. I have many pictures to show indicating how filthy the unit was.

Stay was wonderful. Staff was great. Alex the manager was amazing. Super clean. Modern luxury. Everything about this place is phenomenal. Definitely will be staying again. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You will not regret staying here!!

Our stay at as wonderful. The room we had had two separate balconies that over looked the city and park. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came with basic amenities for cooking. The area is also full of families and felt very safe.

- ROOMS: Clean, clean, clean….with one word apartment is super clean. You have all appliances available here that you may need during your stay. Also very silent place which is really something important for those looking for a good sleep and no disturbances all over. - SERVICE: They provide all information in advance, how to access, parking and other information you may need. I felt like they are really attentive for their guests while we stayed. - LOCATION: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and Bal Harbor Shops. You may want to drive for a beach but it wont take very long. - PARKING: Own parking garage available for $20/night and we could find everyday a spot to park even we arrived some nights too late. Overall, if their prices are within your travel budget, just don’t look for any other place and book it.

We were given a dark apartment . All windows had tall trees. No natural light. Called management many times to change but no response. Apartment itself was clean but had nothing in it. We had to buy our own toilet paper. Not equipped with much. Very disappointed.

Room was clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, manager Anaita is the best ! Very caring, friendly, I would go back and recommend Bay Breeze to people that travel to Miami Beach area.

Our stay was really nice. Property is in a nice area with reserved parking. The only issue we had which was addressed by management is our room wasn't ready at 4:30. We had to come back at 5:45 and the Unit was ready. This was communicated to us on checkin and we felt they handled it fine.

Booking 18–19 July 2025 – Property has no staff after 5 PM, requiring forms/payment to be completed in advance for self check-in. I provided my email & WhatsApp in Hotels.com chat on July 15 and repeatedly asked for the forms, payment instructions, and access codes, per Hotels.com’s policy to keep all communication in-app. Nothing was sent in time. On arrival I was locked out. I called & messaged the posted number — no reply. Forced to book another hotel last-minute.

Overall this is a nice property. The air conditioning in our unit kept setting itself to 82 despite us resetting the program. It got really hot in the master bedroom. Some of the outlets did not work. The check in was a little confusing and the parking is really tight. Nice pool area and the location is great.

Excellent I can’t complain since the moment I was received, beautiful place , nice view , apartment was bigger than what I expected. Pool is small but it was good , kids had fun . Quiet neighborhood. Beach close by. Balcony spacious.

Our family enjoyed the apartment. Pool was clean and quiet. For the Fourth of July, we could see multiple firework shows from the large terrace. Short walk to Bal Harbour and Harding Ave. Many kosher dining options nearby including a really good paleta shop. Great beaches not to far away.

We had an amazing time. It felt like home. Super comfortable and easy communication between staff. Super friendly and clean. Pool is amazing. Restaurants are near by walk. 10/10. Thank you!!!!!

Well, if you're looking for a nice place, away from the chaos and noise of South Beach, look no further. It is a little ways from the beach (further than walking distance), but getting to one is really quick by car. There are some really nice restaurants in walking distance, not to mention a very plush mall (very high end stores, bring a lot of money). The rooftop pool is small, but really beautiful and relaxing. Went as a family of five and had a wonderful time. If you're going to Miami to party, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're going to Miami to enjoy a quieter side of South Florida, look no further.

Our stay at as wonderful. The room we had had two separate balconies that over looked the city and park. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen came with basic amenities for cooking. The area is also full of families and felt very safe.

- ROOMS: Clean, clean, clean….with one word apartment is super clean. You have all appliances available here that you may need during your stay. Also very silent place which is really something important for those looking for a good sleep and no disturbances all over. - SERVICE: They provide all information in advance, how to access, parking and other information you may need. I felt like they are really attentive for their guests while we stayed. - LOCATION: Great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and Bal Harbor Shops. You may want to drive for a beach but it wont take very long. - PARKING: Own parking garage available for $20/night and we could find everyday a spot to park even we arrived some nights too late. Overall, if their prices are within your travel budget, just don’t look for any other place and book it.

Apartamento maravilhoso. Check in com Anaita foi perfeito! Adoramos Bay Harbour, caminhar pelo bairro, tomar cafe no Pura Vida! Enfim, nos sentimos em casa!

Falta limpeza e com certeza manutenção no apartamento. Travesseiros e edredons muito fedidos! Toalhas e banheiros encardidos! Coco de bicho na varanda. Definitivamente uma pessima experiência

Very friendly staff. When call premium apartaments should be cleaner. When walking on the floor with barefoot your feet getting very dirty even after room cleaning. Very noisy apartaments. We had penthouse on very top floor. We could hear absolutley everything from the corridor. unsoundproofed doors. Aircon fun in the apartament very noisy as well. Through the night you can hear elevator when going through every single floor. ITS not worth it. Price well to high for those standards...

PROS: location quiet safe area Anita, the office manager, is excellent employee pool area free water keyless entry balcony space beach towels laundry available in unit espresso machine for those who prefer expresso CONS: not clean ( floss toothpick on floor, trash under sink in hall bath, dried toothpaste on backsplash in main suite bath) dirty refrigerator ( onion skins still in bins and dirty glass shelves) Lack of hand towels in main suite bathroom shelves are too high in kitchen to reach glassware; able to lower lack of drink tumblers (only wine glasses and a few juice glasses) no complimentary hand/body lotion no complimentary wash detergent/dryer sheet for 1X no ice available ***Mattress on pullout bed NEEDS to be replaced!!!!HORRIBLE. We needed to use the pullout. Ended up sleeping on couch. It would be better if twin beds were offered in 2nd bedroom outlets in main bath suite are not functional. I tried hair dryer in all outlets. I had to use kitchen outlet WOULD BE NICE: Coffee for coffeemaker (at least 1 pouch would be nice) hand/body lotion laundry supplies for 1 load
