We stayed one night and that was more than enough. The experience was horrible from start to finish. First off, after already paying for the room in advance, they hit us with a surprise $100 deposit at check-in with zero explanation of when we’d get it back. Spoiler alert: they still can’t give us an answer. The room itself? Loud all night with constant noise, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable—felt like sleeping on cardboard. To top it off, the “breakfast” they advertise is a joke. It was literally a tiny table in the lobby with some honey buns and a pot of coffee. That’s not breakfast. They also claimed to have a pool, but it was completely shut down with no timeline for reopening. When we asked, nobody had a clue what was going on. All around just a shady, unpleasant experience. Don’t waste your money or your patience here. I wish I had read a review like this before booking. Stay far away.

This is a nice hotel, the reason im giving 2 stars is because from the night we checked in we did not have a working tv. we went to rhe front desk and spoke to someine a couple if times they came up a few rimes couldn't fix. we were told to come down on Wed by 11 to exchange our room, and that they will extend our stay a couple of nights after. We got moved into another room and went to the front desk bwfore our checkout time today as were told and they are not keeping there word of extending our stay. We paid for a week stay and did not have the things that are included in our room. one day with a working tv out of a week. Poor customer service. Also there was not a working laundry for guest. And the ice machine was down rhe entire 7 days we stayed.

They called an hour before check in to tell me they didn’t have hot water. They also offered to move me to terrible hotel. I guess they owned that one too. Since I refused to be moved there, they canceled by reservation which left me scrambling to find another hotel to stay at for the night. They promised to refund me my money we will see if that happens. I ended having to spend out move money.

Hot Tub room was great. Everything was clean. Didn't realize the pool wasn't Open until we got there but that was my own fault for assuming. All in all it was a very nice experience

The rooms are newly remodeled and clean. Lots of pillows on the bed and an extra towel. They've got soap, shampoo, and lotion in the bathroom and dispensers. Safe area where the hotel is and the staff is always been friendly.

When we got there, nobody was at the front desk and took 10 minutes to get anybody there. When we finally got our room keys, the first room was dirty. The bed was slept in, trash and clothes on the floor. It was like someone was still staying there. We got a cleaned room and one of the lights in the room was busted and the bed was super uncomfortable

Bathroom was clean and lovely clean fluffy towels. Unfortunately we had a cockroach visit us on our last day and floor wasn’t very clean in the room. Breakfast included was a bonus but no drinks facility in the room.

Horrible. There was crumbs in the bed. The TV fell off the wall. There was brown stains on the handicap chair in the bathroom. It was dirty and nasty. Our friends were with us in a different room. They also had crumbs and stains in their bed. There was a booger on their wall. And theirs was also overall dirty. Do not stay here.

People sitting in their cars and standing around, smoking in parking lot. Checked behind the blinds and my 1st floor window that faced the pk lot was unlocked. Man on bicycle outside my window talking loud. Door to next room also unlocked and difficult to lock. Peep hole had toilet paper stuck in it. Tub was moldy and toilet had brown stains in it. I did not feel safe so I left. I was only there for 20 mins and They would not refund my money.

TV wouldn’t work. The manager had to come into our room with a different remote to get it to work and then when we woke up, it didn’t work again. The gentleman working was not friendly. Their “breakfast” was some packaged honeybuns on a tray.

The hotel on the inside is nice. But me and my partner had issues with our air conditioner and our fridge. The refrigerator wasn’t even cold. They only had honeybuns for breakfast it could be a lot better !

Very fast check-in, friendly staff and very clean property. Was hesitant at first because I’ve never knew the property was there! Excellent stay and very affordable price. It just a little weekend getaway for my partner and I. Rooms were very spacious and property was extremely quiet.. Definitely will be back..

Room was fine, small cosmetic issues but not bad for the price. Shower was above average, and room size was fairly large. Negatives: very slow check in, pool was closed, breakfast was just juice, coffee, and prepackaged pastry.
Room was fine, small cosmetic issues but not bad for the price. Shower was above average, and room size was fairly large. Negatives: very slow check in, pool was closed, breakfast was just juice, coffee, and prepackaged pastry.

The fronr desk clerk overcharged me foe the room and blamed it on my bank. Printed up a receipt to try ti state his claim which was a lie. It took me forever to get my deposit back.

We never. He led in! The front desk agent was absolutely rude and unprofessional! Regarding an incidental fee! This was never disclosed when I booked the stay online. I’ve been coming here every other month since last year while. Hacking on family! This attendant was so rude I will never ever set foot back into this establishment and I’m most definitely going to social media regarding this experience

I was caught off guard by the $100 fee that wasn't on the website that stated "all fees and service are included in THIS final total". So yes be prepared for that which is understandable my only issue is it should have been posted or stated prior to the. That honestly is my only negative but it doesn't deserve a star reduction. YEP breakfast is seriously a hunny bun every single solitary morning. I don't eat breakfast so that wasn't a issue for me. Wendy's,taco bell, Arby's,fair ground and Whataburger are walking distance..like throw a rock and you will hit their property distance. So GREAT, quiet location. 8min away from Ummc. I didn't interact much with the staff other than the daily hello and goodbye. The laundry room was not available during my 4 day stay which was a inconvenience. It was a reason I selected this hotel. Yet that doesn't earn a star reduction lol. Yep I'm crazy nice...but anyway. Definitely recommend. ZERO CARPET ❤️❤️❤️

Pool is nonoperational (green/brown) no sign out front on big pole, sidewalks are busted up and unsafe. Community around the hotel is extremely unsafe. Homeless people camping on empty buildings, man passed out on sidewalk across the street. Not safe for families. TV didn’t work. Toilet needed to be cleaned. Just don’t go

I liked the physical location being close to the things going on downtown. There are also several locations to eat within a couple miles. The breakfast provided is extremely basic and I would depend on it for actual breakfast (coffee and honey buns available). Half of the second floor is also rest restricted so they're unable to use several rooms until they finish doing whatever theyre doing. This makes it look unsafe but I didn't have any major issues with my room (just missing some wash towels at check-in).

People sitting in their cars and standing around, smoking in parking lot. Checked behind the blinds and my 1st floor window that faced the pk lot was unlocked. Man on bicycle outside my window talking loud. Door to next room also unlocked and difficult to lock. Peep hole had toilet paper stuck in it. Tub was moldy and toilet had brown stains in it. I did not feel safe so I left. I was only there for 20 mins and They would not refund my money.

our room had a bed that someone had clearly slept in. they changed our rooms easy, but then the breakfast consists of packaged honey buns and coffee ONLY. no protein, no unprocessed food or anything not dripping in sugar. so yeah, that does not qualify as free breakfast.

TV wouldn’t work. The manager had to come into our room with a different remote to get it to work and then when we woke up, it didn’t work again. The gentleman working was not friendly. Their “breakfast” was some packaged honeybuns on a tray.

Clean property and friendly staff. Unfortunately the free breakfast was very disappointing, coffee and honey buns. If it had a descent breakfast option then this place would be a great value for $80 but since it doesn't, it's not worth it.

No coffee pot in room. They advertise breakfast which is instant coffee, a choice between 2 juices and a packaged honey bun. That is not breakfast. Also rooms right off of lobby smelt like guests were smoking pot non stop. You can't smoke cigarettes in a room but you can smoke pot? The smell was horrible. I do have to say that the gentlemen behind the front desk were super helpful and very gracious.

Decent for a one night stay before surgery at Baptist. We chose it because of location. However, there was no coffee in the room as stated on the website; no hangers to hang our clothes; no soap for sink area (only body wash attached to shower wall); check in employee did not speak English well and was difficult to understand. I saw no breakfast area and no breakfast. They did have coffee in lobby in the morning. I will not stay here again.

I waited at the counted and called the number 3 times for the rep to not hear me because he was in one of the rooms.i get in my room and the bed comforter has what I would call liquid spots all over it. He move over room the new room curtains was broke I tried to close them they unrolled and hit me clean on the top of my head because they are broken. No soap lotion nothing. And at check out i went to give my key card the guy was on his phone pointed to counter and said leave it and continued on his call sitting on a couch.

The room was clean and pleasant and we liked the fridge and microwave but there were no other amenities. There was no clothes rack, No toiletries, not even soap, and no breakfast, coffee was not even offered. The desk clerk was polite but not what I would call friendly. We only stayed one night and it was acceptable, but I would certainly recommend that the things I mentioned be corrected. I would not book this hotel again.
