We were very pleased with this property. Spacious and well equipped. Lovely welcome package and cosy warm on arrival. It had everything we needed and was central for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy and convenient. We would definitely recommend 1 Marine Place for a perfect stay on Bute

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in the St Ninian’s flat, this was real value for money!! The view was my favourite part. Fully equipped, close to bus stop and super comfy beds. Thanks Lian and Ian! 😁
