This property was sufficient for our needs. It was moderately clean, it could have been cleaner in my opinion. Nice lake decor. Nice patio and yard. The photos in the listing ad were a little skewed to make the place look much larger. However it was enough room for 4 people. The a/c unit worked great although it was very loud. All in all, I would book again if in the area.

Cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Every detailed was well thought out. Although might need directions regarding the furnace in the welcome book for us older folks that are technologically challenged. Hosts were so kind to respond to any need and made our stay so welcoming.

My son and I went to Lake Dallas for a wedding and stayed at the, " Lake Dallas Guest Trottage ". The home was very clean and welcoming. There were many amenities provided for our comfort. Immediately, upon our arrival, there was communication from the owners to let us know how they could be reached if we needed anything. There are a few restaurants close by and an Albertsons within a couple of miles. I recommend this cozy little cottage by the lake.
