There are two rooms, coming off a lounge room, which are all very spacious, big tick. We arrived at 5pm. The whole place was locked up on a day that was 30 degrees. It was boiling hot. NO AIR-CONDITIONING AT ALL. None in the lounge, none in the bedroom. We opened it up but it was still unbearably hot when we went to bed at 10pm. The next morning it was already hot at 9am. This is a serious issue. The bed was comfortable enough but the mattress is showing signs of age. Toilet runs on tank water but put some blue loo in it, the water is very dark grey. Very clean. Nice breakfast, but needs attention to detail and a 2026 flavour.

Hosts were helpful & have beautiful grounds & property. Large spacious bedroom & living room. Lovely decor. Close to Ginger Factory; 30 minutes from Australia Zoo.
