This place is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY. No receptionist until 11am and no one around after 8pm. I had a late check in and they warn you that if they can’t reach you to make arrangements you can’t get in and they will NOT refund you. They contacted me and left me a code to pick up my room key. When I went to the room exhausted from my 12 hours of travel I tried to open the door and someone was already inside. Called the hotel number and NO answer. Tried multiple times and nothing. Had to drive out looking for a place to spend the night. Places like this should not be allowed to operate in hospitality. One of those unforgettable awful experiences. RUN RUN RUN AWAY!

I called the property twice to let them know that I was arriving after 3 PM as I was driving from Texas to Mississippi and I was letting them know that I will be checking in after 3 PM and they told me that’s OK. They failed to let me know that I had to be at the property before 8 PM in order to check in when I called customer service. I press one for reservation and press two to speak with the front desk. I was not able to speak with the front desk so I was only able to speak with the reservation line and they cannot help me any further. They were not able to contact the property manager to allow me to check in so I can get rest so I had to pay an additional $400 at another. to speak with the reservation line and they cannot help me any further.
