Be prepared that the hotel amenities will be closed to guests every weekend and can't be used due to wedding events and private events that closes ALL amenities to the other guests. Paying premium prices for the suite and no use of bar, restaurant, outdoor patio makes this place pretty useless to their guests and a big disappointment to the overall experience of this hotel. The rooms are slightly dilapidated and there is no where to put your clothes when staying more than 8 days requiring to unpack in order to make your stay easier over longer time periods

Stayed here to celebrate a friend’s 45th in another town and I am so glad I splurged for two nights instead of one. For a family of five, the double bed room was really spacious! We fit comfortably and had a beautiful view of the woods in the back of the property. We dined the first night at the restaurant in the hotel and the service was superb and the drinks were well done; the food portions were a bit small for the price but the food was good. They also have a breakfast nook in the morning stocked with the basics which was great for us as we were able to have breakfast snacks (bagel/cereal/fruit/yogurt) before meeting up with friends for a big brunch. I also used the gym which has everything you need and is beautifully staged. The machines were inconsistently temperamental (couldn’t push on some buttons to have the machines begin) but I was informed at checkout they’re updating the space next week. Also, the cleaning staff was superb! They were extremely friendly and helpful. Already planning on when I can come back again to visit friends. Just to note: the toaster needs to be replaced as it failed to toast anything on day two. Random, I know. But it was the talk of frustration among guests.

This hotel is incredible! I would recommend staying here! Beautiful landscaping in a quiet area, staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower! We only stayed for one day and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The bar and the restaurant were absolutely amazing! The drinks and the food were delicious! The outside area is to die for! The fire pit and heaters available for enjoying the space are so awesome!!This hotel is a 10/10 and we plan on returning for a longer stay very soon.

Beautiful place to stay however, cleaning staff are very loud first thing in the morning. Saturday morning they were slamming things outside our door at 7:15am. Very frustrating. Bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. Comp breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Front desk staff was friendly.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, excellent in-room amenities such as mini fridge and kettle. There's 24 hour tea and coffee available - and high quality too. Plenty of parking, plenty of general sitting areas, as well as a very clean gym. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Malin and Goetz body and hair products in the bathroom. We were blown away by the value at the price point. We look forward to visiting again.

Noisy with loud humming in room when we arrived. Rooms are right above laundry facilities for hotel- therefore the loud hum- headache loud. Eventually stopped after 9:30pm. Building poorly designed. Room could be cleaner.

The thermostat system in on room did not work at all. In another room, the themostat was also faulty. The desk staff was very responsive , but there was little they could do. Needs serious maintenance attention.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were spacious. I stayed two nights for work, and the common areas were very accomodating. My only complaint is that the internet in the room was terrible! For the amount of money they charge per night, that should not be an issue (especially since a lot of people there were traveling for work). I would consider staying there again.

Very lovely modern rustic hotel. Common areas are beautiful. Lots of gathering spaces inside and out. Very cool vibe. Restaurant was excellent. Rooms were very spacious, we had a double queen and beds were very comfortable. Room amenities were very nice, electric teapot with nice selection of teas! Bathroom was well appointed.

Very clean and modern however the room we had was above the entryway and our view consisted of the peak covering the entry walkway and a small roof covered completely in bird poo.

Our only complaint is that the water pressure as well as the hot water was horrible. We took barely warm close to clod to be honest and the water pressure was horrible. The cleanliness as well as the shower are 2 things I really care for when staying away from my home so this was a bit of a low point for us during our stay.

This was a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and attentive. Only issue I had was that I called a month before my stay because this site says microwave upon request and was told the room I booked had one to find out when I got there it wasn’t and I couldn’t get one. Plus the water on the shower didn’t get hot.

I am not an inexperienced hotelier. I built and ran Jalousie Plantation Resort in Saint Lucia, n/k/a Viceroy Sugar Beach. Expedia charged me for the room and then the hotel charged me for the room again. So a room that was to be for $180 ended up costing over $300. The worse part was the food costing $200. My son and I ended up with the runs. Me it was all night and well into the morning. As to the room, the dark curtains are decorative only. Should you want darkness, you are out of luck. I should have brought my wife’s hair clip to tie the two curtains together. And that blasted window based mounted air conditioner is so loud it kept me from sleeping- at least the noise kept me on guard for the multiple runs to the toilette. On a scale of 1-10, Food 2 Bedroom 4 Shower width 4 Cleanliness of the room 9 Cleanliness of the room carpet 9

Checkin was slow and the computer system did not recognize my last name. We stayed 5 nights and the second day they tore up all the carpet on our hallway floor for replacement. That procerss was nosiy all that day but then they put down large cardboard sheets. However, the sheets kept moving and creating ridges and "waves" which made walking hazardous. The hotel was not that crowded and I don't know why they didn't put us on a different floor. The continental breakfast was used by the help as well and 3 mornings we went down to find no coffee available and most of the bagel and pastry choices gone. I would not stay there again.

My neighboring room was snoring so loud I woke up at 140 am and contacted the front desk at 3am. I understand the hotel can't do much. But when I checked out at 345 am with no sleep they front desk did not even apologize let alone provide a partial refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I CAME TO SLEEP AND GOY NONE.

Easy check in and they helped me with a birthday surprise package for my partner. The hotel lobby was beautiful and very spacious. Our room was very nice and bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel itself is great, clean and comfortable nice amenities. Staff at check in was OK, however at checkout asked for printed receipt and was told because i booked through expediate that they would not provide me a receipt and would have to request it through them , which i have never had that happen before and was rude and seemed like we were a bother

We love staying at Hotel Zero in Danbury. The accommodations are beautiful, the location is peaceful with walking nearby. The grounds are very nice and there are lots of outdoor seating spaces. The restaurant, Terra, is excellent as well.

Very nice hotel, with clean room and modern furnishings, large room, ample work space with a desk, and comfortable bed. Lobby area was really nice, and there is a very good Italian restaurant in the lobby, and bar, and I was able to get dinner at the restaurant at 9:45pm even though about to close the kitchen soon. Bar stayed open. Outdoor area is also very nice. Stayed while passing thru on travel, so was convenient off I-84 without being a typical "interstate hotel." Will stay again on future trips.

This hotel was very nice. The only reason the area around the property got 3 stars is because it’s Danbury, CT. Not much going on. Hotel itself is very nice.

I am not an inexperienced hotelier. I built and ran Jalousie Plantation Resort in Saint Lucia, n/k/a Viceroy Sugar Beach. Expedia charged me for the room and then the hotel charged me for the room again. So a room that was to be for $180 ended up costing over $300. The worse part was the food costing $200. My son and I ended up with the runs. Me it was all night and well into the morning. As to the room, the dark curtains are decorative only. Should you want darkness, you are out of luck. I should have brought my wife’s hair clip to tie the two curtains together. And that blasted window based mounted air conditioner is so loud it kept me from sleeping- at least the noise kept me on guard for the multiple runs to the toilette. On a scale of 1-10, Food 2 Bedroom 4 Shower width 4 Cleanliness of the room 9 Cleanliness of the room carpet 9

It was late in the day and we were beat after driving up from South Carolina. We booked on Expedia and got a good rate. Very nice property; not cheap but very well worth it. Right off the interstate, clean, quiet and had a lovely restaurant on site. Breakfast was a bit spartan but all we needed was coffee to get us up and on the road.

One reason we stopover on our annual summer trips to and from Maine is Restaurant and Bar. On Memorial Day 2024, they were closed. We were not informed of that when we made our reservation. Had we known that, we would stayed elsewhere. Who wants to drive seven hours to a hotel, only to be told we now had to get back into our car to go find some place to have dinner?

Outstanding property that has modern but comfortable feel. Rooms have high ceiling and indirect lighting that compliments the decor. Bar and restaurant have above average selections and there is a comprehensive wine selection!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zero in Danbury, CT. The staff there was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. There was also plenty of parking available in their large lot. In addition, the free Continental Breakfast was excellent. However, I did have one complaint.The toilet seat in the room’s bathroom was very low with no grab bars. As a 78 year old with back issues, it was really difficult for me to lift myself up. For our next stay in a few weeks, I requested a room that’s handicapped accessible to solve this issue.
