Infant under 1 year old. Stay for free if using existing bedding. Baby cot/crib may be requested directly from the property.Children 0-2. Stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge.Guests 3 years and older are considered as adults. Must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.

Hostel Roots Policies & Conditions: When you haven't provide your booking with your phone number, we would appreciate to sent it to us by sending us an email to info@hostelroots.nl. We only use this for reaching you when you can't manage to be at our hostel before check-in time. We appreciate your understanding. Fully Flexible cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival Non Refundable cancellation policy: no refunds are given with this rate Check in from 15:30 to 21:00 PM Check out from 07:30 to 11:00 AM Late check-out until 13:00 PM on request for €5 extra per person or €15,- per private room Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards (pin). This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 20 is required. This is collected in cash or with a pre-authorisation of your credit card. Please simply follow our house rules and you will be refunded upon check-out. Your security deposit will be refunded in the same way as chosen at check-in. Taxes not included - 3.5% will be added. Breakfast not included. Luxurious breakfast platter to treat yourself €10,- per person per day. If you would like to add any of above mentioned please contact us directly :) General information: -There is always a staff member here, but reception is open from 8.30AM- 21:00 PM from Sunday till Wednesday & from 08.30AM - 22.30 PM from Thursday will Saturday. -No curfew. -Under the age of 18, you're also very welcome. We only need permission of parents via an email where they provide there email and phone number in case of emergency.
