Hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes de marche de la station Amstel qui nous relie en moins de 20 minutes aux grandes attractions d’Amsterdam. C’était très tranquille, peut être même un hôtel peut fréquenté par les touristes ! Les plus: emplacement, chambre grande, frigo et coffre fort dans la chambre, fontaine d’eau filtrée dans le lobby, proche d’un jumbo (épicerie) ce qui est parfait pour moins dépensé dans les restaurants. Les moins: odeur étrange dans la chambre, moisissures dans la douche

Great hotel and Greta restaurant in the hotel. Location is the only slight downside being a little bit away from the main areas. But metro is a <10 min walk.

Clean room, friendly staff. The only negative is the robbery they charge for parking! 35 euro per night. Cost me an unexpected fortune to park for a week.

Min andra vistelse här. Ett hotell brevid ett bostadsområde. Vilket betyder att det är väldigt tyst och lugnt. Upplevde omgivningen som väldigt trygg, personal håller hög servicenivå allt från resturang, hotellpersonal och städare. Köket håller hög kvalite gällande frukost, lunch och middag. Alla prata engelska utan problem. Rummen är stora med stort badrum. Allt finns som man behöver även om det börjar att bli lite slitet. Hotellet är 5-10 minuter till bussar, pendeltåg och distanståg. Även cykel och parkering finns att tillgå. Man kan köpa en dagspass till gymet SportCity Amsterdam Wibautstraat för 15 Euro. Det finns ett mindre köpcentrum på närmaste tågstation. Ingen annan anläggningar finns att tillgång i hotellet förutom resturang, bar och rum. Vilket gör priset lite högt för detta hotell.

Die Zimmer sind im gewöhnungsbedürftigem design, es riselt weiß von der Decke, der Fußboden ist abgenutzt und auch sonst scheint es renovierungsbedürftig. Extras , die im Hotel verfügbar sind, müssen extra teuer bezahlt werden.Parken zB 35€ , Frühstück 25€ und ZB fajhrad 20€. Dazu kommt, dass zB die fahrräder uralt und ungepflegt, bzw kaputt sind und sowieso schwer verfügbar. Parken in der Umgebung ist an Sonntagen und sonst nachts von21-9 Uhr kostenlos, sonst für 4€ die Stunde. Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Zimmer sind gut schallgeschützt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca 15 Min bis ins Stadtzentrum.

Very cool decor throughout the hotel, we loved our room, and the staff were absolutely lovely at all times. The parking was super secure too.

Great staff, very nicely cared for hotel a short walk from the station. Brilliant restaurant with excellent food and service. Throughly recommend and would go back and I don’t often say that with hotels.

We found the location easily accessible into Amsterdam Central using the nearby Metro. The hotel itself was clean, safe, modern and the bar had excellent cocktail and small bites. We had breakfast which again was very lovely and all staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. It felt more like a little apartment than a room. Adored the styling of the rooms, bed was super comfy and will 100% be coming back.

Super Hotel für Städtetrip in ruhiger Stadtrandlage, Metro- und Tram-Station fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeit in hoteleigener Tiefgarage grundsätzlich super, mit 35 EUR/Tag aber auch teuer. Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer im Retro-Stil, Größe und Einrichtung top, auch sanitäre Anlagen sauber und gepflegt, Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer ausbaufähig.

Thé kindness from the stuff! I got an early check in , no fuss. They gave me an adaptor to charge my phone. I accidentally lost it and they did not charge me for it! The rooms were super clean. The location is great! I would go back

Modernes, sauberes Hotel. Parkmöglichkeit in einer Garage vorhanden. Zug und Bus schnell zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, schneller, einfacher Check In. Das Frühstück ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch in Ordnung. Für einen Städtetrip auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Extremely clean room. Very comfortable and spacious room. Close to tram/metro station. Little extra details provided (i.e. welcome sparkling wine glass, water "bottles" available every day, daily housekeeping, modern conveniences and decor). Eco-conscious.

Very nice hotel in good and quite location, with big comfortable rooms. This was our second time in the hotel and the only negative thing was there was a bit dustry in the room this time, which there wasnt the first time.

I'll firstly say that the free water and snack bar was a lovely treat. But I would rather have a room I paid for. Staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like the fact i specifically asked for a double bed but it was 2x single beds just pushed together. This was a 40th Birthday treat for my partner. If I knew that the hotel couldn't provide a double bed then i would have booked another room or another hotel. The beds were uncomfortable resulting in not being able to sleep properly. This caused issues with getting up and making the most of our holiday. When i asked the hotel about it they didn't want to do anything about it. I feel it ruined the stay, partially. We also didn't feel the room was as clean as it should be. I spilled some water on the floor so wiped it up, the tissue was black with dirt. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom at different points in the day. Then the windows were being cleaned in the morning which woke me up. I booked a 4* hotel expecting something a little more special and I don't feel hotel v delivered. Aesthetically, the hotel is pleasing to the eye but doesn't deliver on the 4 * aspects.

We were insanely impressed with the Hotel V Fizeaustraat! We were only a 5-minute walk from the train/tram/train station and the neighbourhood felt totally safe. We were greeted after a very long journey by the friendliest, most energetic front desk employees who served us champagne while we checked in! The hotel itself has stunning decor both in the common areas and the rooms. Our room was huge, especially compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Europe. We have a queen bed, sofa, chair, coffee table and great space for clothing storage and desk space. There was a little fridge that was filled with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks for us to enjoy for free upon our arrival. The washroom was gorgeous with a heated towel rack and rainshower. Again, the decor was beautiful with a bo-ho, mid-centrury modern vibe, we loved it. They had awesome toiletries and we could pick up eco-friendly packed water bottles and apples at the front desk every morning. The room was extremely clean and quiet too! The restaurant in the hotel was also AMAZING! It is pricey, but the quality of the food, drinks and service was totally worth it! Overall, we can't say enough good things about this hotel, we LOVED it! Best place we have ever stayed and we would return if we are back in Amsterdam! We also can't believe how affordable it was- we would NEVER get something of equal quality where we are from in Canada. Well done Hotel V!

Nice hotel with very eco-friendly decor. But certain rooms are parking lot facing so there’s some noises from trucks unloading.

Very stylish hotel, great vibe, excellent staff and amazing bar. Very convenient location for public transport and food. Sadly, aircon in rooms 107 and 111 was very noisy and ineffective, the beds were very uncomfortable, even with the addition of mattress toppers from the second night. The advertised bathrobes, slippers and mini-bar were not in the room, only 2 bottles of water.

A huge shout out to the staff for making our stay so special and easy with our crazy 5 month old. We felt very taken care of. The staff get 100000 stars! The Air Con was a bit bizarre but the fan helped. Room was great!

Quiet, well appointed and excellent bed! A great night sleep

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to bus and metro stations only a short walk away. The premium room we stayed in was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The concierge staff was delightful, as well as the staff at the bar was lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will return to stay here again should I ever return to Amsterdam.

very pleasant hotel out of the centre of city and away from tourist crowd. Classic '70s building looking a little battered in places but comfortable. The rooms are large with plenty of window which also means they could be a little chilly in November and possibly hot in summer. The climate control was also dated. Pleasant helpful staff fixed coffee machine when we moaned about it. Good but pricey restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte but not a buffet.

The service was superb!

The front desk staff was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. The room and beds were comfortable and enjoyed having a quiet space to come back to after traveling around Amsterdam. My friend and I loved how close the hotel was in walking distance Amstel Station or having the bus right across the street. We truly loved on King's Day we found little crowns on our pillows and the hotel offered wine to each guest to celebrate the holiday. Highly recommend staying and can't wait to visit again!

What would have been a five star review will now be a three star review, let me tell you why: Our initial experience of checking into the hotel was great, the person who checked us in was very friendly. We dropped our bags and decided to go into the city to have dinner. On coming back to our hotel room, we realized there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, basically intoxicating the entire room. We called the lobby and asked them to immediately transfer us to a different room. But instead of trying to find a way to solve our issue, the person on night duty very arrogantly and very rudely said ‘what do you want me to do?’, as if I was supposed to suggest a solution for him. I asked him to see if there were other rooms available and he said we are fully booked and there’s not a single room available. So I asked him to send someone up to take a look at the bathroom to fix it. To it she also responded that there was nobody available until the morning. Keep in mind, that the smell was absolutely disgusting. No one should be allowed to sleep in a room that smells like sewage. I then told him to come to the room and smell it for himself, as soon as he entered the room, he very rudely and arrogantly looked at me and said ‘what smell?’ as if I was lying. After going into the bathroom and smelling it, he arrogantly walked out of the room without saying a word and came back magically with another room key in a hotel supposedly without anymore rooms.

The hotel is beautiful! Such a pretty and boho vibe to it, extremely clean and the rooms are perfect! The staff here are incredible and cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly and welcoming, they are there for any advice and want to make your stay as perfect as possible. The hotel is located near a metro station so you can easily get to the centre conveniently and cheaply! Only 2 euros! Taxi is about 20/30 euros which we done a couple of times. We also walked it, which is just over an hour if you walk directly there but we stopped off at a couple of bars on the way. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again, it was quite nice to be a little bit away from the business of the centre yet close enough to be there within 20 mins. And it’s always refreshing to stay at a hotel where they actually care about you having a great stay!

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell i modern stil men vi hade inbrott på hotell rummen. Minst 4 datorer vart stulna och hotellet skötte inte detta bra. Management informerade inte oss i gruppen om vad som hänt och varför. Jag har rest mycket u mitt liv men detta var ett totalt bottennapp i management. Fint hotel för övrigt med al a cart frukost.

I have to say I was surprised by this hotel. One of the best I've stayed in Amsterdam for the price. The staff are super friendly. Rooms are nice design and large. And the lobby bar and restaurant is great. It's our of the centre sonmau not appeal to first timers. But it's a quiet residential neighbourhood a five minute walk to metro and train station and still a nice walk or bike ride into the centre. And lots of other shops and restaurant options within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Will stay again.

This hotel is lovely. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful, the rooms are beautifully appointed and close enough to Amstel station to be able to get anywhere in the city whenever needed but far enough to avoid crowds and tourists. I’d definitely use this property again.

Comfortable Hotel, 9 minutes walk to station for a central amsterdam around 10 minutes with metro pretty easy transportation.

Location was perfect, outside of the city center, near a beautiful park. The staff was great, we felt extremely welcome and they gave us a map of the area with how to get around. It was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful hotel. Really trendy vibe. Champagne on arrival at check in was a lovely touch and set the mood for a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free snacks and drinks in the room and minibar. Quiet area so slept well It is a bit of a trek out of main city but the tramline at Amstelstation is really close to the hotel. Tram 12 takes you anywhere you want to go. Would recommend without question if you don’t mind being a bit out of the city

Great location - within 5 minutes of metro and tram. Spacious room. Clean and offers daily housekeeping. They allowed me into my room at 11:30 am, with no additional charge. Breakfast very good as was dinner in hotel restaurant. Friendly staff.

This is a very nice hotel! The decor is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel rooms were clean and secure. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not too over priced. I had the blueberry pancakes and they were very filling and made to perfection! The drinks at the bar were good and reasonably priced. The front counter staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The main transportation station is less than a 5 minute, in which you can catch a bus, train or taxi from the location. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I spent 3 nights at the hotel. I didn't get to enjoy the terrace due to the constant rain, but the rest of the facilities were perfect. My room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the windows opened and I could control the heat (I turned it off). The minibar was very quiet, didn't wake me up in the middle of the night like it often happens. Had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant on the ground floor and it was as expected: varied menu, friendly staff and not too expensive. Overall a great stay!

Très chouette hôtel à 30 grosses minutes à pied du début du centre, à 5 min à pied des transports en commun. Très calme, avec parking (25€/ jour) et possibilité de louer un vélo (18€ pour la journée). Le seul bémol, c'est que ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner buffet (un critère pour moi). Il était très bon mais un choix de 2 plats proposés sur la carte, c'était ma seule frustration.

Went down for a business trip for a couple of days and was greeted with great customer service, a super nice room and a good restaurant/bar. I would say this hotel is suitable for those who doesn't need to be right in cthe city with lower standards of rooms and its only 3 stops on the train to take you to the city more or less. You get a great value for the price paid (150-200€/night). Staff seams eager to provide great service. Breakfast was okey and not overpriced. With remote working the hotel room was really good with the desktop providing great support for a laptop and an ipad as a second screen. Also worked pretty good to work in the lobby area as well. The vibe is a bit industrial and good ceiling hight in both room and lobby area. Room was cleaned and I don't have anything in particular to complain about.

The beds were so comfortable!!! The restaurant was outstanding, five star meals! Good price!
