The unit is very clean and well equipped with necessary appliances and kitchen and bathroom towels and soaps. The beddings and linens are clean and fresh. However, my niece and husband stayed in this unit while i stayed in Tower 4. When i tried to visit the room, the ground floor staff (Alexandra Almario) refused to let us in even though i showed the messages to me from the owner and told her that we're also guests. She kept on saying its the rules. Finally looked at their Rules. She was citing Rule #4, which says guests should be briefed about rules and regulations which did not occur. The guard who has better common sense and customer service called the unit coordinator who talked to Alexandra. All i can say is Tower 3's desk person , Alexandra, has an attitude and requires customer service training. I pride myself in having patience as a retired 69 grandma and retired toxicologist but this Alexandra is too much. Tower 3 may be losing return customers because of poor customer service.
