They said they canceled my reservation but I didn’t get a refund and no confirmation and they just hang up on you when they can’t understand you

My visit was short, as I was only passing through, so can’t really comment on surrounding areas to the Hotel. The room was ok and luckily I had a travel wash bag, as no disposable tooth brushes were supplied in the room. The breakfast was ok, with bread cheeses, fruit and local delicacies.

Everything was awesome. But ameneties mentioned like sauna, steam bath etc where not working.
