Was looking forward to having a hotel in a rural area and with a pool (as advertised in amenities on Hotels.com) toward the end of the longer family trip. Upon arrival learned the there is no pool; a town or a private club pool some walk away is accessible to hotel guests for a reduced fee. This was a disappointment after all the careful planning done. The services are minimal; front desk is there until 1pm or so so plan to navigate the check in on your own - not necessarily a huge deal. Breakfast is sufficient. The room is spacious if awkward ; the extra space housed a rowing machine; other room we saw had a treadmill. A bit dated but the huge amount of dust on the headboard was very unpleasant. The building is very cool but it does not make up for the misrepresentation and lack of thought in room maintenance and setup.

An exceptionally spacious and stylish room was one of the best features of this hotel. It is also equipped with a relaxing room for kids. Very modern and clean facilities were also satisfactory. The quiet small town around the hotel is enjoyable.

Very nicely restored hotel in a small town surrounded by woods and parks and a golf course. Modern with a teist, confortable and super clean. They really tried to think of everything, even with a family/game room (relax room), snack station. Keep in mind that is is self checking - but very conveniently organised. Breakfast is well taken care of, great service and dedication. After 13:00 there is no staff.

Rent och fint. Saknade stolar eller soffa att sitta på i rummet. Fanns bara en stol till skrivbordet. Kuddar i sängen lite hårda. Parkeringen utanför hotellet är kommunal där man bara får stå två timmar med parkeringsskiva under vissa tidpunkter. Frukost ingick och var helt ok. Fil, flingor, ägg, juice, bullar, rostat bröd och croissanter. Gott kaffe. Rummet vi bokade var inte så prisvärt för en barnfamilj.

Flot værelse, men manglede et udendørs opholdssted. Morgenmadsrestauranten var meget lille, og vi måtte nærmest stå i kø for at få et lille-bitte bord, i et meget trangt lokale. På Hotel.com fremgik det, at stedet havde udendørs pool, hvilket vi så frem til. Der var ikke pool på stedet.

Ein sauberes und großes Zimmer mit einem ebenfalls großen Bad. Check in zwar ohne Personal, aber problemlos. Umfangreiches und qualitativ hochwertiges Frühstück und das Servicepersonal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

It was a unique place to stay. Beds were firm. Very firm. I have never complained about a bed being too firm until now but it’s still was better than a mushy one. Room was very uniquely shaped, ceilings had to be 18 ft high! Self check in was good. Breakfast not worth the 10€. Rooms were very cold but there were space heaters in bedrooms and bathroom. Daughter found leftover belongings from a previous guest. Overall not a bad stay for the money.

O Hotel é Maravilhoso, quarto GIGANTESCO e super CONFORTÁVEL. O dono e a dona te recebem e são super gentis, educados e simpáticos. A dona é brasileira. A limpeza é excelente, o café da manhã simples mas muito bom, excelente! Adorei meus dias neste hotel e voltaria.

When we arrived there was no staff to greet us but there were instructions for easy check in. We just made a day stop on our way to another location but for the price the hotel delivered on expectation. I would definitely stay again.

Très bon séjour dans ce bâtiment historique très bien rénové. Bonnes indications pour le check-in car la réception n'est ouverte que jusqu'à 13h. Salle du petit déjeuner un peu petite. Le personnel est très aimable et disponible.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our check-in and checkout was very easy. We came fairly late and missed breakfast. They were so kind to give us tea and some pastries before we left. We would definitely come back again thank you for being so gracious.

Our booked room was nothing like the one we chose and this hotel has no staff so it was impossible to sort out. They then lied to Expedia, and to us! In my opinion this hotel should not be listed on the Expedia website

Beautiful location, in a lovely village. The rooms are in an old but very well restored building, and the rooms were very well appointed. Great, very comfortable beds, good size wardrobes and even an exercise bike in the entrance! Only minor comments are that the shower cubicle wasn't the biggest and the breakfast had a limited (but good) selection

Upon arriving at the Parma train station, I took the number 6 bus to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the golf course, which is easily accessible on foot. Just a stone's throw away from the hotel, you'll find a fantastic restaurant "L'Osteria di Massimiliano Rossi" that I strongly recommend. The Hotel is more than confortable and the staff is so nice and friendly, You will find like home.

Very nicely restored hotel in a small town surrounded by woods and parks and a golf course. Modern with a teist, confortable and super clean. They really tried to think of everything, even with a family/game room (relax room), snack station. Keep in mind that is is self checking - but very conveniently organised. Breakfast is well taken care of, great service and dedication. After 13:00 there is no staff.

Hotel in struttura cinquecentesca restaurata molto bene, con camere molto grandi e accoglienti. Silenzioso, pulito e con personale molto gentile. Inoltre si trova in posizione strategica per visitare Parma e i castelli del ducato. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salato.

Un séjour absolument parfait ! La chambre était impeccable, spacieuse, calme et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le lit très confortable a garanti de belles nuits reposantes. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentif au moindre détail — un vrai plaisir. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais et variés. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien dès le matin. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour la qualité du service et l’accueil chaleureux. Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Alles bestens. Frühstück war mittelmäßig bis okay. Frühstücksraum sehr klein, ansonsten alles prima. Zimmer war liebevoll eingerichtet, die Klima hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Rent och fint. Saknade stolar eller soffa att sitta på i rummet. Fanns bara en stol till skrivbordet. Kuddar i sängen lite hårda. Parkeringen utanför hotellet är kommunal där man bara får stå två timmar med parkeringsskiva under vissa tidpunkter. Frukost ingick och var helt ok. Fil, flingor, ägg, juice, bullar, rostat bröd och croissanter. Gott kaffe. Rummet vi bokade var inte så prisvärt för en barnfamilj.

This "hotel" is terrible! First of all you arrive after one of clock for check in and receive a ghost "hotel" no one is there, reception works only until 1pm. Outside building not what it looks in the photos, a real disappointment! Then you will realise that what you booked is not what is promised. We booked the family suite which should be fitted with a totally functioning kitchen with all the relevant appliances, oven, fridge, hob etc, and what a surprise, nothing exists... Since there is no one to talk to, you write endless WhatsApp messages and got only a response, to be in contact with hotels.com, they do not take any personal responsibility for this misleading of promising a kitchen. We asked for compensation or a refund, since we bought for £70 groceries and everything needs to be thrown away as there is no fridge or hob and the food got wasted and we needed to go to a restaurant spending £50 on pizza although we planned a dinner in the non existing kitchen! But nothing was coming from their side, not even taking responsibility for advertising false information, simply misleading us and not solving the issue and leaving is very unhappy and misled! Shame on this place, stay away !! Last but not least, the location is a ghost town, nothing to do there and very boring.
