Key cards did not work. We had to get them reprogrammed four times then they had to reprogram the lock on the door staff ended up walking my coworkers room and we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for someone to come and open up the door and the manager refused to give us a call or talk to us at all about any of it kept on telling the receptionist to take care of it

Professional, friendly staff. Clean Nice place for the budget

We spent one night. Check in was fine. Unfortunately, we had our westie with us and we're assigned a room next to the first floor exit door. This morning at 4am workmen crews started leaving for their work day. Every 5 minutes they exited the door and woke us up repeatedly over and over. Not a restful night. The room was fairly decent but there were repairs needed that have been neglected. The landscape outside also needs some tlc. Of all the LA Quintas we have stayed at this was the only one that was disappointing and we will not stay there again. Staff was great...property not so much. Location not so great. Wish I booked in Lake Charles.

Decent nights stay for not a lot of money

The bathroom barely had any water pressure. The bathroom amenities were were scarce. The towels were barely thick enough to be classified as a towel.
