De renovatie was nog niet klaar, maar dat wisten wij niet en hierover waren wij vooraf niet geïnformeerd. De kamer was OK, hoewel deze erg weinig opslagruimte heeft, en de TV uitsluitend Duitstalige zenders. Leuke vormgeving, nette inrichting. Doordat het werk aan de renovatie niet af was, was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar. In de kamers is geen voorziening voor koffie of thee, en de automaat daarvoor was defect. Dus was je aangewezen op tankstations en supermarkten - gelukkig zijn die echt dichtbij. Bij het inchecken extra betaald voor het parkeren. Hierdoor bleek echter de toegangscode voor de voordeur te wijzigen, waardoor we later niet naar binnen konden zonder hulp. Het personeel was zeker bereidwillig om te helpen, maar dus niet altijd adequaat. In het trappenhuis hing rooklucht, mogelijk door roken in de liften en gangen, maar in ieder geval door roken vlak voor de achteruitgang. Al met al heel wat minpunten, maar het hotel zou deze allemaal kunnen aanpakken en dan heb je opeens een heel fijn verblijf, met als enige belangrijke nadelen geen drinkvoorziening op de kamer en weinig opbergruimte.

Familienzimmer etwas kleiner als dargestellt. Parkplatz war voll, musste draußen eine Parkplatz suchen. Frühstück sehr minimalistisch. Z.b nur eine Käsesorte. Baby mit 2 Jahren musste auch 6€ bezahlen. 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zahlen hier 43€! Ansonsten alles soweit in Ordnung für ein Stadthotel.

Hotel was in great condition and clean--reasonably priced. The location is the downtown area near the train station. This area is ethnically diverse. Some of the buildings are covered with graffiti, initially giving a little concern about safety, but, when we walked through the area, we felt relatively safe--people were friendly. The hotel has a gated parking lot that seems to have surveillance to provide safety for vehicles parked there--reasonable parking price. Staff was helpful in assisting us to find a restaurant to eat at in the later evening. Unfortunately, on arriving at that restaurant, we learned that we needed a reservation. The restaurant referred us to a pizzaria a few blocks away. The menu included pizza, but also all sorts of pasta meals cooked under the direction of the Italian immigrant owner and his wife. Our meals were delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere was cozy, friendly, and informal. The owner came to our table, and we had a friendly conversation with him in the little Italian we could speak. We really enjoyed this mom-and-pop restaurant with good food and friendly, family-centered staff. We enjoyed staying at this nice, reasonably-priced hotel with friendly staff, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the area, as we went out to eat. We have pleasant memories from our stay, as we prepared to fly out from Duesseldorf.

Unsere Anreise war abends und leider war damit auch keiner am Schalter. So mussten wir online einchecken und es gab Schwierigkeiten dabei. Beim Kundendienst konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Der ganze Ablauf wurde per Email abgewickelt und ich musste in der Kälte warten bis die Emails ankamen… Grundsätzlich ist das Parken um das B&B Hotel eine einzige Katastrophe. In der Dunkelheit mussten wir weit weg parken um überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu finden..diese Straße wirkte für mich als Frau auch nicht wirklich sicher.. Endlich im Hotelzimmer angekommen, setzte mein Hausstauballergie ein. Der Teppich auf den Boden stinkte und war dreckig. Ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt besser vorgestellt!

also checkin klappte gut, leider zimmer zur strasse daher laut. das hotel ist eigentlich neu nur schimmelt im bad die dusche. fliesen werden nicht gereinigt und die fugen sind rot und die decke in der dusche ist auch total verschimmelt. die abluft funktioniert worhl nicht richtig. sauber geputzt war der boden im bad auch nicht mehr, muss so nicht sein, betten ansonsten sauber und okay

Positiv Zentral gelegen.zuvorkommendes Personal auch schnell ein Zimmer Wechsel möglich Negativ Das Hotel scheint ein Feuchtigkeitsmproblem zu haben, 1. Zimmer roch schon beim Betreten nach Schimmel und im Bad war die Deckel mit Schimmelsporen überzogen,auch die Fugen waren mit Schimmel 2. Ich hatte bei den Bewertungen von Schimmel gelesen und tatsächlich war die Decke im Bad mit Schimmelbefall. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist nicht vorteilhaft. In der Nacht laute Umgebung.

Ich habe ein B & B gebucht. das steht weltweit für bed & breakfast. ich bezahle vor ca. 2 Wochen , komme am Freitag abend an und werde um die Bezahlung von je 12,50 € gebeten für das Frühstück. das finde ich intransparent und diese Geschäftsart wird nicht zu einer Empfehlung meinerseits führen. Das hätte man vorher sagen können! In der Dusche war Schimmel an der Decke und Schmutz unter der Duschtür. Unter dem Bett war nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Die Zimmer sind schon extrem klein, damit die Betten hineinpassen, die für mich zu kurz waren. Ich bin 187 cm groß und schlafe auf dem Bauch, also plus Fußrückenlänge, ergo: zu kurz! Im Ganzen eher mittelmäßig.

Good value and location. Hotel very new, clean and well appointed. Shower fantastic! Rooms quiet despite busy street outside. Breakfast was OK but others are much better and better value too. Confusion over whether we had paid for breakfast, but not a big problem.

Its very close the city center (Hbf etc.) and near to tram station. But depend on that a little bit noisy. There are only 2 elektric plugin in the room. 4 people room and 2 plugin is horrible. Everybody has phone, watch etc and only lucky 2 can charge. :/

Personal war freundlich jedoch war selten jemand an der Rezeption. 2 von 3 mal in denen ich an den Tresen bin musste ein Mitarbeiter die/den Rezeptionisten/in holen. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und gut allerdings hat es an weiteren Essens Angeboten gefehlt. Auf Wunsch konnte man eine Pizza bestellen, allerdings nur TK. Im Zimmer hat es definitiv an Steckdosen gefehlt. Für eine Person hätte es gereicht aber von einem 2P. Zimmer hätte ich mehr als nur 3 Steckdosen erwartet wovon nur eine am Bett war. Zusätzlich war das zimmer im EG zum Parkplatz hin wodurch immer wieder Lärm wahrzunehmen war, sowohl von Autos als auch von weiteren Gästen/Angestellten. Dafür war die Dusche hervorragend und das Bett sehr bequem! Man sollte allerdings unter Umständen ein extra Kissen mitbringen.

also checkin klappte gut, leider zimmer zur strasse daher laut. das hotel ist eigentlich neu nur schimmelt im bad die dusche. fliesen werden nicht gereinigt und die fugen sind rot und die decke in der dusche ist auch total verschimmelt. die abluft funktioniert worhl nicht richtig. sauber geputzt war der boden im bad auch nicht mehr, muss so nicht sein, betten ansonsten sauber und okay

Ich habe ein B & B gebucht. das steht weltweit für bed & breakfast. ich bezahle vor ca. 2 Wochen , komme am Freitag abend an und werde um die Bezahlung von je 12,50 € gebeten für das Frühstück. das finde ich intransparent und diese Geschäftsart wird nicht zu einer Empfehlung meinerseits führen. Das hätte man vorher sagen können! In der Dusche war Schimmel an der Decke und Schmutz unter der Duschtür. Unter dem Bett war nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Die Zimmer sind schon extrem klein, damit die Betten hineinpassen, die für mich zu kurz waren. Ich bin 187 cm groß und schlafe auf dem Bauch, also plus Fußrückenlänge, ergo: zu kurz! Im Ganzen eher mittelmäßig.

Unsere Anreise war abends und leider war damit auch keiner am Schalter. So mussten wir online einchecken und es gab Schwierigkeiten dabei. Beim Kundendienst konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Der ganze Ablauf wurde per Email abgewickelt und ich musste in der Kälte warten bis die Emails ankamen… Grundsätzlich ist das Parken um das B&B Hotel eine einzige Katastrophe. In der Dunkelheit mussten wir weit weg parken um überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu finden..diese Straße wirkte für mich als Frau auch nicht wirklich sicher.. Endlich im Hotelzimmer angekommen, setzte mein Hausstauballergie ein. Der Teppich auf den Boden stinkte und war dreckig. Ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt besser vorgestellt!

Personal war freundlich jedoch war selten jemand an der Rezeption. 2 von 3 mal in denen ich an den Tresen bin musste ein Mitarbeiter die/den Rezeptionisten/in holen. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und gut allerdings hat es an weiteren Essens Angeboten gefehlt. Auf Wunsch konnte man eine Pizza bestellen, allerdings nur TK. Im Zimmer hat es definitiv an Steckdosen gefehlt. Für eine Person hätte es gereicht aber von einem 2P. Zimmer hätte ich mehr als nur 3 Steckdosen erwartet wovon nur eine am Bett war. Zusätzlich war das zimmer im EG zum Parkplatz hin wodurch immer wieder Lärm wahrzunehmen war, sowohl von Autos als auch von weiteren Gästen/Angestellten. Dafür war die Dusche hervorragend und das Bett sehr bequem! Man sollte allerdings unter Umständen ein extra Kissen mitbringen.

Sehr sauber, sehr einfache Abwicklung prima. Den Preis finden wir nicht günstig für die einfache Ausstattung, aber immer noch okay. Wir mögen es, wenn eine Unterkunft nicht so vereinsamt wirkt. Hier war aber leider nur sehr wenig Personal da, morgens die Rezeption zu und nur Küchenkräfte in der Nähe des Frühstückraumes, aber kein weiteres Personal. Schade. Dafür würden wir wiederum gern ein bisschen mehr bezahlen.

Hotel was in great condition and clean--reasonably priced. The location is the downtown area near the train station. This area is ethnically diverse. Some of the buildings are covered with graffiti, initially giving a little concern about safety, but, when we walked through the area, we felt relatively safe--people were friendly. The hotel has a gated parking lot that seems to have surveillance to provide safety for vehicles parked there--reasonable parking price. Staff was helpful in assisting us to find a restaurant to eat at in the later evening. Unfortunately, on arriving at that restaurant, we learned that we needed a reservation. The restaurant referred us to a pizzaria a few blocks away. The menu included pizza, but also all sorts of pasta meals cooked under the direction of the Italian immigrant owner and his wife. Our meals were delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere was cozy, friendly, and informal. The owner came to our table, and we had a friendly conversation with him in the little Italian we could speak. We really enjoyed this mom-and-pop restaurant with good food and friendly, family-centered staff. We enjoyed staying at this nice, reasonably-priced hotel with friendly staff, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the area, as we went out to eat. We have pleasant memories from our stay, as we prepared to fly out from Duesseldorf.

Its very close the city center (Hbf etc.) and near to tram station. But depend on that a little bit noisy. There are only 2 elektric plugin in the room. 4 people room and 2 plugin is horrible. Everybody has phone, watch etc and only lucky 2 can charge. :/

Ich hatte bei den Bewertungen von Schimmel gelesen und tatsächlich war die Decke im Bad mit Schimmelbefall. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs ist nicht vorteilhaft. In der Nacht laute Umgebung.

Fint hotel med gode senger, veldig hyggelige mottagelse av resepsjonisten. Parkering var egentlig fullbooket men han ordnet plass så vi fikk ladet, uten å ta betalt for det. Ca 10 min å gå for å ta toget til Düsseldorf som tok ca 25 min. Byen Krefeld hadde dårlig med spisesteder, og var ikke en by man hadde lyst til å gå rundt alene. Mye uteliggere og belastede personer.

Good value and location. Hotel very new, clean and well appointed. Shower fantastic! Rooms quiet despite busy street outside. Breakfast was OK but others are much better and better value too. Confusion over whether we had paid for breakfast, but not a big problem.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet, die Ausstattung leicht und zweckmäßig, das Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

jammer dat we er geen ontbijt bij konden boeken, parkeren op eigen terrein ging ook niet maar dichtbij een goede parkeergarage op loopafstand 5 min.

De renovatie was nog niet klaar, maar dat wisten wij niet en hierover waren wij vooraf niet geïnformeerd. De kamer was OK, hoewel deze erg weinig opslagruimte heeft, en de TV uitsluitend Duitstalige zenders. Leuke vormgeving, nette inrichting. Doordat het werk aan de renovatie niet af was, was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar. In de kamers is geen voorziening voor koffie of thee, en de automaat daarvoor was defect. Dus was je aangewezen op tankstations en supermarkten - gelukkig zijn die echt dichtbij. Bij het inchecken extra betaald voor het parkeren. Hierdoor bleek echter de toegangscode voor de voordeur te wijzigen, waardoor we later niet naar binnen konden zonder hulp. Het personeel was zeker bereidwillig om te helpen, maar dus niet altijd adequaat. In het trappenhuis hing rooklucht, mogelijk door roken in de liften en gangen, maar in ieder geval door roken vlak voor de achteruitgang. Al met al heel wat minpunten, maar het hotel zou deze allemaal kunnen aanpakken en dan heb je opeens een heel fijn verblijf, met als enige belangrijke nadelen geen drinkvoorziening op de kamer en weinig opbergruimte.
De renovatie was nog niet klaar, maar dat wisten wij niet en hierover waren wij vooraf niet geïnformeerd. De kamer was OK, hoewel deze erg weinig opslagruimte heeft, en de TV uitsluitend Duitstalige zenders. Leuke vormgeving, nette inrichting. Doordat het werk aan de renovatie niet af was, was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar. In de kamers is geen voorziening voor koffie of thee, en de automaat daarvoor was defect. Dus was je aangewezen op tankstations en supermarkten - gelukkig zijn die echt dichtbij. Bij het inchecken extra betaald voor het parkeren. Hierdoor bleek echter de toegangscode voor de voordeur te wijzigen, waardoor we later niet naar binnen konden zonder hulp. Het personeel was zeker bereidwillig om te helpen, maar dus niet altijd adequaat. In het trappenhuis hing rooklucht, mogelijk door roken in de liften en gangen, maar in ieder geval door roken vlak voor de achteruitgang. Familienzimmer etwas kleiner als dargestellt. Parkplatz war voll, musste draußen eine Parkplatz suchen. Frühstück sehr minimalistisch. Z.b nur eine Käsesorte. Baby mit 2 Jahren musste auch 6€ bezahlen. 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder zahlen hier 43€! Ansonsten alles soweit in Ordnung für ein Stadthotel.

Ich habe ein B & B gebucht. das steht weltweit für bed & breakfast. ich bezahle vor ca. 2 Wochen , komme am Freitag abend an und werde um die Bezahlung von je 12,50 € gebeten für das Frühstück. das finde ich intransparent und diese Geschäftsart wird nicht zu einer Empfehlung meinerseits führen. Das hätte man vorher sagen können! In der Dusche war Schimmel an der Decke und Schmutz unter der Duschtür. Unter dem Bett war nicht ordentlich gesaugt. Die Zimmer sind schon extrem klein, damit die Betten hineinpassen, die für mich zu kurz waren. Ich bin 187 cm groß und schlafe auf dem Bauch, also plus Fußrückenlänge, ergo: zu kurz! Im Ganzen eher mittelmäßig.

Hotel was in great condition and clean--reasonably priced. The location is the downtown area near the train station. This area is ethnically diverse. Some of the buildings are covered with graffiti, initially giving a little concern about safety, but, when we walked through the area, we felt relatively safe--people were friendly. The hotel has a gated parking lot that seems to have surveillance to provide safety for vehicles parked there--reasonable parking price. Staff was helpful in assisting us to find a restaurant to eat at in the later evening. Unfortunately, on arriving at that restaurant, we learned that we needed a reservation. The restaurant referred us to a pizzaria a few blocks away. The menu included pizza, but also all sorts of pasta meals cooked under the direction of the Italian immigrant owner and his wife. Our meals were delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere was cozy, friendly, and informal. The owner came to our table, and we had a friendly conversation with him in the little Italian we could speak. We really enjoyed this mom-and-pop restaurant with good food and friendly, family-centered staff. We enjoyed staying at this nice, reasonably-priced hotel with friendly staff, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the area, as we went out to eat. We have pleasant memories from our stay, as we prepared to fly out from Duesseldorf.

The central air conditioning was not effective and room was too hot. There was an air conditioning unit in the room that did not work. Not sure if it was no longer in use or if it was broken. By the time I realized that the room was not properly cooled, the staff at the front desk had left for the night. All I wanted from the hotel was a comfortable room to sleep in, which I did not get. Also don’t bother paying for the breakfast. The quality of the food was poor and the set up of the buffet is very crowded and inconvenient.

I could not enter the property because there was no staff in the evening. I had messaged the property ahead of time to let them know I would be arriving late due to a wedding I was attending and there was no response. So I never stayed at the property. I tried to get a refund since I didn't actually stay and they denied me. No apology or anything.
