Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis/Alton

They changed my room reservations without any notice. I reserved 2 queen and they moved me to a king, hotel was full so I could not change it back, I booked certain room for a reason. Should not change.

The breakfast wasn't the best, coffee was horrible. Whoever decided to put a barn door on the bathroom, needs to find another job. And the handles on that door are all on the outside.

Room was clean and was comfortable

No complaints the hotel and breakfast was great I will definitely be back.

The shower head outlet pipe was turned toward the wall making the shower head spray difficult to use. The shower leaked into the floor causing us to use towels to keep the water from running everywhere. The hair drier kept stopping, when I called the front desk they said they would immediately send someone up with a new one but they never came. We have stayed in this hotel many, many times over the last 5 years and it's a shame to see the condition and service deteriorating.
