Sleep Inn & Suites Ingleside - Corpus Christi

Everything was great. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Staff was very polite. The only bad thing was when we went into the lobby to check-in, there was a bad smell, maybe some freshners would help. Other then that everything was great!!

Staff very polite and friendly, quiet and clean. Breakfast had good options and was very good for a continental breakfast. Beds were comfortable and property well maintained. Only semi complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty bad.

As soon as you walk in there is an odd smell that doesn’t go away. Our room smelled funky. The tub had mold around it. The curtain above the ac had mold spots all over it. We told the front desk and they moved us to another room but the tub was the same. They have rusty soap holders inside the shower (both rooms had them). There were Rollie pollies (pill bugs) in every corner of the room and throughout the hotel. Everything grossed me out. Will not be staying there again. The front desk clerks were friendly and hotel surroundings were clean.

We paid for a signature room and got a standard. The room smelled really bad like mold and mildew. The breakfast did not have a good selection at all. The pool was dirty. Early morning, used the restroom and the toilet clogged and overflowed… when I called the front desk to notify, there was no maintenance person available. I had to run downstairs to use the lobby restroom. Did not even offer another room. We will not be staying here in the future. Also at check in nobody was at the front desk, when she did show up (lady with short blond hair) she was not welcoming and seemed irritated.

The pool was cold. I wouldnt wash a dog in the shower.

I stayed on Friday thru Monday. I went down to fish. Hotel was so affordable. Not much room for parking with a boat, but overall cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. It is a super place to stay. I also want to mention Lupita, she provides the breakfast and takes care of everyone who needs anything in the food area. She goes out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of.

The pool was DISGUSTING

Front desk very Friendly. Ice machine was always out of ice. Room felt a lil dirty and had previous room goers socks

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Breakfast was inconsistent but appreciated, pool was tiny and dirty.

Was agood location for whatvwe needed. Property was clean on the outside. Good parking. Room was clean. Very quiet.

Staff: Friendly and nice; Helpful if you call on them. No issues experienced with them. Rooms: The rooms on the third floor are stuffy but the A/C units work well and bring the temperature down to where you want it to be. The pillows had varying degrees of musty/damp smells, but there was no visible sight of mold, just the smell when you put your face on it, so much so that we didn't use them. I advise the hotel to replace/deep wash them. We called the front desk and they came to replace the bed sheets and pillow cases but this did not resolve the smell issue with the pillows. There are other reviews that talk about mold and I will not take away from other's experiences, but my family and I were NOT affected by anything during our stay. Typically, if something was in the air I will notice it in the morning through a congested nose which I did NOT have. So, there were no concerns with the room. Cleanliness: Below average, we walked in and it was a bit dusty and the rest room looked like it had been lightly used and not cleaned thoroughly before we came in. The cleaning schedule is also inconsistent. Breakfast: Normal breakfast served like other hotels - Hardboiled eggs, waffles, toast with jellies, yogurt and apples and bananas. Coffee and juices are available. Overall, for one to two nights, this is a tolerable option. For large families and/or folks wanting to stay past 2 nights, I would recommend another place if the smells and damp air is a concern for your liking.

Upon checking in, the staff was friendly. When we went into the room, there was a strong smell of mold. We looked at the lamp shades and they were moldy. The desk clerk came to the room and removed them.

During my stay we had bed bug in room . Manager took more than 24 hours to reach out and tried to treat the problem as if a simple issue for which we changed room . In reality we went through a lot of stress to wash our clothes and dry and ditch baggage so that we do not bring bed bug problem back home .

The floor in our room was wet. like soaking wet. guessing because of humidity but it was gross. other than that the hotel was nice. clean. breakfast was decent…. we had biscuits. plenty of butter but no jelly to be found lol.

The breakfast here is amazing, great options and fresh every morning. The staff were very helpful and nice during our stay. The bedrooms are a nice size and had enough space for everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The downsides however is the room was a little dirty upon arrival, there were small areas that didnt look like they got cleaned. In the restroom the bathtub faucet was disconnected from the wall in the room I stayed. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend for a quick stay.

Room was not that clean

As i checked into my room, i experienced there were roaches in the room, and i was very very uncomfortable.

It was a very quiet, and nice area, the rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was very polite and friendly…. Would definitely recommend this hotel and be a place we will definitely be back to when visiting the area……

The room felt like it was brand new. I loved the bed and wanted to take it home with me. Breakfast was good and hot.

Clean, quiet Enjoyed our 3 day stay

Room was very nice. Bed was comfy. My only complaint was the A.C. was very noisy.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When checking out, I yelled for the desk clerk, Katie, several times, but there was no answer. I finally called the front desk and I could tell I woke her up and I could finally check out.

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Their knowledge of the area and recommendations were very helpful.

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and our ac in the room didn’t work and they couldn’t give us another room but gave us a fan that really didn’t cool the room and we were there 3nigts 2 days and was upset cause of the ac problem my kids complained it was hot the whole time there even with the fan they gave for the time me stayed there

Staff was very accommodating & kind!

Housekeeping woke me up at 0730 screaming house keeping and asking us if we have left yet. Checkout is at 11am. Clean rooms and they have a breakfast but isnt the best.

The location is not in the city area. There are few more hotels near but that is pretty much. Was feeling little unsafe the for our vehicle. There are limited dining options in the area. Overall the hotel is ok.

Very nice shower and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Didn't like the long way to get to the turnaround to head back in the other direction.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Great as always. Nice and clean. Beds are comfy. Friendly staff. Close enough to Port A but also close to Portland & Corpus. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great!! Lots of restaurants and shopping centers close by, including and HEB.

Great Breakfast! Bad gas smell from the refinery sometimes. Not sure if you can do anything about it, otherwise a good stay. Otherwise a lovely facility. Thanks

I have no complaints about this hotel stay. The hotel was clean, the room was cold, and the staff were friendly. The area was quite and safe.

Property was wonderful - Free breakfast was amazing.

I rented 2 rooms. The control for the tv did not work in 1 of the rooms but we used the remote from the other room. I loved how you all had the shampoo, conditioner, and the lotion containers and they smelled good! Breakfast could used a little improvement in at least 2 other waffle makers because we had to line up for it. Also oatmeal could be a freat addition to the menu as well!.

Good overall, breakfast is pretty simple.

My stay was excellent,clean rooms ,staff was nice ,beds were comfortable except the pillows. Breakfast was delicious. The breakfast attendant was super nice .She was very attentive and friendly.

In a restroom, the bathtub was rusted and full of mold. The breakfast at the offer they run out of food at 8:30 in the morning overall it was no good service his pictures of the restroom.

Hotel room was good but the breakfast was bad, no much options in breakfast. Hotel served only bread, waffle, boiled egg, muffin, cereal, juice, coffee and muffin for breakfast.
