This was everything we could have ever wanted from a vacation. We rented the beach house for our wedding weekend, we live local but wanted to make it extra special. I could not even begin to express how amazing the entire experience was.The owner is available for anything you need, the house is better stocked than my own home, and it is sooooo clean. Every room has a view that leaves you forgetting what you were doing. It was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding, and start our lives.Key Features:-Private and easy kayak/paddle board launch. Both are provided and also life jackets.-Huge primary bathroom with his and hers showers, and a jacuzzi tub for 2. -Elevator to make loading easy-Perfect entertaining space with more games than you could ever play. Board games, card games, puzzles, xbox, play station and more.We may have just gotten married, but we are already planning a family vacation to come back.

We have stayed in this area and with this management company for the last couple of years. The house and property were clean with all essentials needed for the whole week included. The grills looked like they were brand new, which is not the case for most properties. The house itself has a great view of the beach and you can hear the waves crashing at night. The houses main benefit is being able to enjoy both the sound and ocean. Everything in the house was included with many extras located within the house.

The beach on the other side was like a private oasis. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group to have a great time together or sneak away for a little privacy. The host was easy to get ahold of and provided excellent info about the area in the document he sent ahead of our trip.

Our vacation stay at this property was nothing less than amazing. The home was beautiful, impressive, and very well stocked. Private beachfront property with stunning views and a scenic walkway through the mangroves that led out to the intercoastal dock where we watched the dolphins every day. Detailed pictures of the home do a pretty good job of featuring the layout, but we were most impressed by the service we received. I’ve rented many other properties from VRBO, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but I have to say Al and his team really set a new standard for customer service. So much thought was put into every detail. From the welcome basket we received, to the robes, slippers, beach towels, coffee, tea, creamers, jellies, and all of the countless beach toys that were made available…. fishing poles, kayaks…. everything. Al even provided us with a phone charger since I managed to leave mine at home. I messaged him when I was two hours away from the property and the charging cord was delivered to the house before we even arrived. After surveying the area, I was a bit concerned about getting my father out to the dock because he cannot walk very long distances. After a quick search, I found a wheelchair in the garage! Again, amazing attention to detail. Please do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. It was a perfect experience, and an excellent value!

Perfect location! Perfect place! They are not kidding that the house is stocked with EVERYTHING.... Fishing gear, water walkers, footballs, volleyball net, ping pong table....I could go on and on! The teenagers were in heaven. Grandparents had the perfect lookout on the porch to watch them have fun in the sand too!

Beautiful house with spacious main level. Loved having two family rooms for tv viewing and spreading out. We rent a house for 2 weeks for our family vacation every year and have never been in one as well stocked as this one! It has everything you need. We brought our boat so having the large dock across the street was a big plus. Ocean views are incredible; don’t miss the rooftop deck which is perfect for sunning and watching the sun rise and set. House is close to a busy road but most drivers were very courteous; the road could definitely use some speed bumps and flashing lights to slow the speeders. Walking/biking path begins at this property and goes north for several miles which is a big advantage over other homes on this road. We had a couple of very minor issues which were addressed by Al within minutes. Great host and house; highly recommend this property.

Our stay was amazing. The house was so clean and so much thought went into what we would experience while vacationing. When you read the amenities that the house comes with, believe it! This house came fully stocked with everything we would need to be at the beach! Do not over think and pack too much! If you have this house saved as a contender for your next vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at La Dolce Vita. The house and property were great- super clean and incredibly well stocked! EVERYTHING you would want for a week at the beach is provided. Instructions for everything were very clear and everything was labeled (kitchen contents, etc)- super helpful! Communication was outstanding- we only had one minor issue with two bikes and two new bikes were dropped off within the hour. Any emails were answered almost immediately! The view from the house is beautiful and location is wonderful. A Publix grocery store is conveniently located a mile away and we had wonderful meals/drinks and service at all the restaurants we tried. (Kyle G’s Prime, Shuckers, Stuart Boathouse, Hudsons, Fujiyama hibachi)Just an FYI- the entrance to the house is directly on a main road and we all agreed that it would be a slight concern with small children. 5 stars!

We had a really nice 2 week family getaway at this house! Very clean, very well stocked and Al was very nice to deal with. The wing foilers in our group (and the rest of us) loved the location!

Check in was very easy. We had some difficulty getting the stove top burners to work and the process for using them was not intuitive. We finally got the hang of it about Wednesday. The kitchen was about cramped with so many of us using it, but otherwise, it was fine.

We had a group of family and friend come into town for a wedding. Being a large group and the fact that we wanted to stay together, La Dolce Vita was the perfect answer. It was just beautiful and our hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. We will definitely have to come back again for another amazing vacation.

This house was wonderful and is stocked with nearly everything you need! The property management team is fabulous and so reaponsive, with a great attention to detail. I had mentioned something about the wheelchair in the garage in an email to Al and when we checked in, the chair had been brought up for our use! We also forgot a few items and within a week they were at my doorstep. Beautiful house with spacious main level. Loved having two family rooms for tv viewing and spreading out. We rent a house for 2 weeks for our family vacation every year and have never been in one as well stocked as this one! It has everything you need. We brought our boat so having the large dock across the street was a big plus. Ocean views are incredible; don’t miss the rooftop deck which is perfect for sunning and watching the sun rise and set. House is close to a busy road but most drivers were very courteous; the road could definitely use some speed bumps and flashing lights to slow the speeders. Walking/biking path begins at this property and goes north for several miles which is a big advantage over other homes on this road. We had a couple of very minor issues which were addressed by Al within minutes. Great host and house; highly recommend this property.

Very nice stay, even with some plumbing issues that were addressed by Al promptly. Thank you!! Though I wish I knew that there is only outside stairs to go up and down between the 2 floors (other than the elevator which is not to be used by kids). Nice property but tight for 11 adults and 5 kids. Luckily we had that maximum for only 2 nights

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at La Dolce Vita. The house and property were great- super clean and incredibly well stocked! EVERYTHING you would want for a week at the beach is provided. Instructions for everything were very clear and everything was labeled (kitchen contents, etc)- super helpful! Communication was outstanding- we only had one minor issue with two bikes and two new bikes were dropped off within the hour. Any emails were answered almost immediately! The view from the house is beautiful and location is wonderful. A Publix grocery store is conveniently located a mile away and we had wonderful meals/drinks and service at all the restaurants we tried. (Kyle G’s Prime, Shuckers, Stuart Boathouse, Hudsons, Fujiyama hibachi)Just an FYI- the entrance to the house is directly on a main road and we all agreed that it would be a slight concern with small children. 5 stars!

Our vacation stay at this property was nothing less than amazing. The home was beautiful, impressive, and very well stocked. Private beachfront property with stunning views and a scenic walkway through the mangroves that led out to the intercoastal dock where we watched the dolphins every day. Detailed pictures of the home do a pretty good job of featuring the layout, but we were most impressed by the service we received. I’ve rented many other properties from VRBO, and I’ve never had a bad experience, but I have to say Al and his team really set a new standard for customer service. So much thought was put into every detail. From the welcome basket we received, to the robes, slippers, beach towels, coffee, tea, creamers, jellies, and all of the countless beach toys that were made available…. fishing poles, kayaks…. everything. Al even provided us with a phone charger since I managed to leave mine at home. I messaged him when I was two hours away from the property and the charging cord was delivered to the house before we even arrived. After surveying the area, I was a bit concerned about getting my father out to the dock because he cannot walk very long distances. After a quick search, I found a wheelchair in the garage! Again, amazing attention to detail. Please do not hesitate if you are thinking about renting this home. It was a perfect experience, and an excellent value!

We have stayed in this area and with this management company for the last couple of years. The house and property were clean with all essentials needed for the whole week included. The grills looked like they were brand new, which is not the case for most properties. The house itself has a great view of the beach and you can hear the waves crashing at night. The houses main benefit is being able to enjoy both the sound and ocean. Everything in the house was included with many extras located within the house.

This was the most beautiful house/location we’ve ever stayed. The boardwalk into the mangroves to a private dock felt like our own nature preserve. The beach on the other side was like a private oasis. There was plenty of space for everyone in our group to have a great time together or sneak away for a little privacy. The host was easy to get ahold of and provided excellent info about the area in the document he sent ahead of our trip.

The property was in a good location,plenty of parking. Very clean and accommodating for all the guests. I can’t say enough but all these properties we’ve been staying out past 4 years. I’ve been excellent thank you so much. See you again next year.

Our family had a fabulous time. Dolphins swimming in your backyard everyday. Turtles nesting, beautiful beach with thousands of shells. Fishing off the dock with shrimp we caught at least 18 fish. The house is open great kitchen set up. Sunrises were beautiful. It worked great for our wedding and our kid’s birthday. Plus my husbands. If you have the opportunity stay at this rental.

We have rented these properties for two years now and this one did not disappoint. Sparkling clean, amazing location, and stocked with everything from beach towels to coffee and tea to everything you need to enjoy the beach. The floating dock and the elevator were great for my elderly father. The layout is confusing from the description and the layout posted so this will be helpful to others: there are four beautiful bedrooms upstairs. One is billed as a family room/bedroom but it is an actual bedroom and a beautiful one. Downstairs there is the efficiency apartment, a bunk room, and two other bedrooms. The two bathrooms downstairs are all shared inside the efficiency apartment. We did find a way to improvise some privacy with the partitions provided. I would highly recommend these properties for a big family vacation. More than enough room, lots of outdoor space, enough parking, and secluded beach.

We were very impressed with the house, beach and host. It is definitely clean and well stocked as advertised. Communication with Al the manager was excellent from start to finish. When an issue or question arose, Al was right on it. We loved the beach! It's not crowded and has really interesting rock formations as well as plenty of pure sand. The water was blue and warm during our stay in February. I would highly recommend for a large family or two small families.

We had the perfect intimate wedding at La Dolce Vita on New Year’s Day. The house itself was flawless, beautifully maintained, fully stocked, and incredibly comfortable.
