We loved staying here! We were taking a trip to visit White Star Park Quarry Beach and this was the closest hotel. Great place! Buffet breakfast and a pool. Very very clean. The kids had a great time.

We've stayed in alot of hotels over the years and I will have to say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable that we've experienced. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.

We loved staying here! We were taking a trip to visit White Star Park Quarry Beach and this was the closest hotel. Great place! Buffet breakfast and a pool. Very very clean. The kids had a great time.

We had some difficulty checking in. The attendant did not recognize the Hotels.com reservation number. We asked for daily room service. I noted that they did not mop the bathroom floors which had muddy footprints on it. The bathroom ceiling vents were covered with dirt and debris. Concerned me (legionnaire's disease)? Seems to me that an swipe with a cleaning brush would clean the vent. Lastly, one room did not have hot water on day 2. Second room did not have TV most of the time.

The staff were very nice. The rooms are a bit old/dated and ours had a little smell to it. The washer was broken and they closed the dinning area with breakfast almost 10 mins early. Loved the area around it.

Property is nice. Staff was quick at chech in A/C unit was loud TV did not work. Staff said she could try and call mainman at other property but it may "take a little while". We said forget it as it was already 9 pm. All she could say was " I'm so sorry"

Overall, not too bad. Nice clean and modern hotel in a good area. The front desk clerk was less than enthused upon arrival. I was given room 120, which is next to the kitchen / breakfast buffet. The carts being moved in the prep area woke me at 5:45 and didn’t stop until I gave i up p o. Sleep and got up early.

We had a suite. The room was okay in size, not the biggest for the price paid. The USB plugs above the desk did not work. The bathroom door lock was broken. The bathroom sink had a very, very slow drain and the shower only got a little above luke warm. Our bed was non adjustable, but it was comfortable.

I don't write reviews as I find most hotels are all pretty standard along this price range. However this was lacking in a couple areas. The pillows were too soft so that as soon as you laid on them they were super flat as if I didn't even have a pillow. And I used 2 pillows. My daughter agreed for the bed she was on as well. I've been in hotels with these types of pillows but never had any that were just super flat once you laid on them. The other frustrating thing was the shower had the bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but only the shampoo bottle had anything in it. I brought my own stuff for a one night stay but seeing those in the shower I decided to use those and not get my stuff out of my bag. So it was very frustrating to be in the shower to then realize the items that were missing.

Two of the front desk staff were very kind and friendly. The others acted as though I was a pure inconvenience to them. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the two of the ladies scowled the entire time that we stayed there. The woman who worked in the later evening on Tuesday was very pleasant and helpful. And the man who was working when we checked in on Sunday night the 4th I believe, he was also very kind and helpful.

This property is adjacent to Bowling Green State University, and we were there to see a friend's recital. The hotel is a good value for the money and clean. The only negative is that the accessible room I had reserved had not yet been cleaned yet even though we arrived 45 minutes after the check-in time. We were given another accessible room, but without the roll-in shower. To be fair, the tub had lots of bars, which helped, but it was a process to get my wife onto the shower stool sfely.

We stay here almost every time we come to visit our two children who attend BGSU. It is very convenient to be able to walk to campus and to Main St. in BG. It is also perfect for the ease of getting on I75 to go to any other main store you may need that is not in BG, but lacked in Perrysburg. The hotel room was clean, bright and spacious. The staff is very friendly! Highly recommend!

The room was very nice. We arrived early and we were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready and we were able to check in early. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It got very loud in the hallway overnight, but didn’t last too long. The breakfast was average at best but it did the trick. Overall it was a very nice stay.

We had a wonderful experience at the Fairfield. No complaints at all. Easy check in. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast was great. (The only bad part was I forgot my favorite yoga mat type sandals in the room and as of today, they have not found them.)

The staff were very nice. The rooms are a bit old/dated and ours had a little smell to it. The washer was broken and they closed the dinning area with breakfast almost 10 mins early. Loved the area around it.

Room was clean and cleaning staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent over the 4 days. Refrigerator in room did not work and after reporting to maintenance they came in and left the room unlocked. Refrigerator still did not work. No communication about this.

Room was fine but some things were odd, like a phone that wasn’t connected at all - so why leave it in the room? Front desk staff could be a little tricky to find.

When we arrived our tv was not working and we found a two dirty socks on floor by the air conditioning unit. We called at 9am in the morning to report the issues and ask for 3 towels. When we returned to our room at 9pm, the tv was fixed but the pair of dirty socks were still laying on the floor and our towels had not been delivered. We called the front desk and the man at the desk said I had to send someone down to get the towels. My daughter went to get the towels and the man handed her the towels with the top one having a long dark hair on it and it was stained. She pointed out the hair and he picked it off and threw it on the floor. My daughter told him she did not want that dirty towel and the man was offended, but went in the back to get a “new” towel. My daughter asked about someone coming to remove the dirty socks and the man asked her to put them in the hallway. My daughter told him she was not going to touch them and told him he needed to come up and remove the dirty socks. He came up about a half hour later with a napkin laughing about the socks. He picked them up and left. No apologies for the towels or dirty socks. It was very disappointing and frustrating.
