I have stayed here before but unfourtunalty the hotel is not being very well maintained. The ac was very loud, it smelled musty and there was mold in the shower.

I booked and paid for a suite but got a standard room and was told that bcz I booked @ a 3rd party that was all I was going to get even though I paid more for the suite. There was nothing done about adjusting what I had already paid for. As for cleanliness: the room looked OK but the carpet was so very filthy that I would not even let my dogs on it. A guest actually sat on it briefly and when they got up their legs were black from the carpet. Probably have not been cleaned in years. As for the bed it was ok but don't expect real pillows. What we had were your grandma's pillow from when they grew up. Also don't expect garbage bags, bring your own. And don't expect the frig to keep anything cold, barely works. All of the staff were very nice and professional, NO COMPLAINTS there. Although, I do think they could have done a little more about the suite issue. I didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment. This is not the experience I expected having stayed at another Hilton hotel in Olympia Fields, IL. My experience their was excellent! That is why I booked this hotel bcz I thought I knew what to expect. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are in an emergency. Just make sure you where your shoes at all times.

I booked the room for my wife because she was driving from Colorado to Park Forest, IL to deliver a generator to our son who had no piwer due to the tornado. I specifically asked for a room that had been cleaned using NO chemicals or odors due to my wifes severe allergy. They did not honor my request so my wife couldn't stay in the room and the denied us a refund.

The breakfast was well-maintained and staffed, kept clean and overall pretty good. The room was clean and all staff friendly. There were a few times the front desk had no one there, although that was temporary. Staff that was there was efficient and friendly. We would stay there again.
