Everything about this house was perfect for the four of us! We celebrated a birthday and retirement royally! This home was 10-15 min away from everything we wanted to see....Carmel, PG, the Wharf, Pebble Beach. It was immaculate and had more than anyone could need! We especially enjoyed the fireplace each night....even though it was in the 70's in the day:) Thank you so much for making our stay special in every way!!! (an added bonus could be a firepit on the patio:) We sure hope to be back!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is very beautifully build. As we walked in the interior it immediately felt comfortable, luxurious and welcoming, just what we really wanted. There were only few down sides. Random paper tissues on the bed in the smaller room. The office room has water heater in the closet which made noise periodically. We could not use that closet as there is no space. Also,it took me nearly half an hour to locate the bedding for that room and even then we were missing pillows. Another disappointment was the company's inability to stand behind their words when they say there is a crib and a high chair,which I requested at the time of booking, and could not provide either one. The company charging a cleaning fee, but requested to do several chores at the check out and expects guests to leave promptly by 10:00am. This makes things a little stressful at the end. We also had internet loose connection a few times.

Beautiful furnishings (with enchanting bird themes throughout the house) with lovely touches: jetted tub, smart TV, labelled light switches, relaxing back garden with BBQ, easy to use fireplace. Great service to fix even small problems.

Garage not available. No view. but handy to drive places.

We stayed 4 nights. Everything was perfect. Beautiful home with every amenity you could possibly want. Great communication with owner. Definitely would stay again. The gardens and back patio area were a great place for morning coffee.

Such a beautiful property. It fits our family needs perfectly. I don’t think we spent more than 15 min in the car to go anywhere we needed to go (wharf, aquarium, beach, wedding in Carmel, restaurants) the home was so quite and relaxing. Perfect size backyard to relax and let our little ones play. It was the most complete kitchen we have ever had at a rental and highly recommend staying here as we anticipate a return for ourselves.

This home is beautiful! The hosts are wonderful and attentive. My husband and I stayed there with my parents and our two young children. The open kitchen/living area was large and spacious with lots of windows and natural light. We appreciated the large bathrooms as well. The home was VERY clean, well-kept, and well stocked. The pack-n-play was clean and new-looking which I appreciate. Hosts were quick to answer any questions. Check in was easy! Property details inside were very helpful. Instructions were very clear. Checkout instructions were clear and simple. When we walked in the home for the first time, we were greeted with calm music and a lovely gift of wine and cheese from the hosts!

Excellent home. Over the top. Great neighborhood. Owners have thought of EVERYTHING!! We use VRBO often all over the US including Hawaii. This unit was tied with a unit we stayed at on Maui and in Whitefish MT. Prices comparable and units so well thought out.

We do a lot of day trips to Monterrey. Sometimes we stay at a hotel. This time we went with this house. The house is centrally located but extremely quiet and ideal for a family or quiet working trip. It is well appointed and very clean. I highly recommend this location and only wish we had added a day or 2 because it was such a peaceful place.

Very clean, beautiful home, especially the spacious kitchen. If you will use the coffee pot, bring basket type filters with your coffee. The pull out sofa was not comfortable, but they provided a large air mattress, which did the trick! We enjoyed the Monterey area very much; the wharf was about a 12 minute drive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

This home is beautifully decorated, and the furnishing are all high quality with the touch of an interior designer. It was such a comfortable and relaxing home to stay in. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. The appliances were new, bathrooms were amazing. The entire home looked like it was recently renovated with high end everything! We were so close to everyplace we went. LOVED this home. We wished the 3rd room had a trundle with actually beds mattresses instead of futon sofa. We double up in the master as the futon wasn't comfortable for any of us ladies.

Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there. The appliances were new, bathrooms were amazing. The entire home looked like it was recently renovated with high end everything! We were so close to everyplace we went. LOVED this home. We wished the 3rd room had a trundle with actually beds mattresses instead of futon sofa. We double up in the master as the futon wasn't comfortable for any of us ladies.

I even found a KitchenAid stand mixer! The master bedroom was large and very comfortable as were the living areas. The property was spotless. We were close enough to all the touristy attractions, but off the beaten path in Del Rey Oaks in a quiet neighborhood. I didn’t want to leave when it was time to check out. I would definitely stay here again if the need arose!

The house was a good size for a small family and was clean in a quiet neighborhood close to a park. The only issue we ran into was when finally got to the house after spending all day at the Aquarium @ around 430( check in was at 4) the housekeepers were still cleaning the house and we could not access the house til 530. So having to wait in the car for an hour with two tired children is not what I would call a weekend retreat. So I wasn’t happy spending $900 for one and still having to put up with this inconvenience. I did email the vacation rental company when this occurred and got no response.

We stayed 4 nights. Everything was perfect. Beautiful home with every amenity you could possibly want. Great communication with owner. Definitely would stay again. The gardens and back patio area were a great place for morning coffee.

This home is beautiful! The hosts are wonderful and attentive. My husband and I stayed there with my parents and our two young children. The open kitchen/living area was large and spacious with lots of windows and natural light. We appreciated the large bathrooms as well. The home was VERY clean, well-kept, and well stocked. The pack-n-play was clean and new-looking which I appreciate. Hosts were quick to answer any questions. Check in was easy! Property details inside were very helpful. Instructions were very clear. Checkout instructions were clear and simple. When we walked in the home for the first time, we were greeted with calm music and a lovely gift of wine and cheese from the hosts!

The house was perfect for our group. It was well maintained and had all the comforts of home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We needed to be at Laguna Seca everyday and it was an easy/quick trip from the house to either entrance. One person in our party needed to work from the house one day, she comfortably set up at the dining table and said it was quite pleasant with the windows open. We were there during the one week of the year that you probably want A/C but were were able to quickly cool the house opening the windows and getting a cross breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this house was perfect for the four of us! We celebrated a birthday and retirement royally! This home was 10-15 min away from everything we wanted to see....Carmel, PG, the Wharf, Pebble Beach. It was immaculate and had more than anyone could need! We especially enjoyed the fireplace each night....even though it was in the 70's in the day:) Thank you so much for making our stay special in every way!!! (an added bonus could be a firepit on the patio:) We sure hope to be back!!!

Very clean, beautiful home, especially the spacious kitchen. If you will use the coffee pot, bring basket type filters with your coffee. The pull out sofa was not comfortable, but they provided a large air mattress, which did the trick! We enjoyed the Monterey area very much; the wharf was about a 12 minute drive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Such a beautiful property. It fits our family needs perfectly. I don’t think we spent more than 15 min in the car to go anywhere we needed to go (wharf, aquarium, beach, wedding in Carmel, restaurants) the home was so quite and relaxing. Perfect size backyard to relax and let our little ones play. It was the most complete kitchen we have ever had at a rental and highly recommend staying here as we anticipate a return for ourselves.
