Toilet seat needs replacing the yard needs to be spruced up no door stop and a hole in the bathroom wall

The hotel is in a state of squalor and disrepair. I am shocked Wyndham lets them operate under their name.

Needs repair!!! Upkeep is at best below average. Garbage cans were overflowing.

There was no hot water the ac dud not work, there was no phone in the rooms ti contact the front offfice.none of the vending machines where working been empty for 2 weeks...

Amenity was low quality

This place is absolutely disgusting. It is in between and airport and a train station so there is constant noise. The inside of the rooms here are disgusting and the ground is filled with dirt. It was so bad we walked inside with our bags and immediately left and was only granted a partial refund.

We were able to check in early (we arrived about 2:15, prior to 3 o’clock check-in). Staff was very nice. The stairs up to our room were rusty and we could see through them, so we were a little concerned about that…the door to our room needed to be pushed and body-slammed by two of us at once in order to open it (a staff member needed to open it when we first checked in because we struggled). Some stains around the room, curtain, a pretty big bug, shower faucet/fixture very loose (hard to turn off/on). Low on towels upon checking in, but we were brought more just minutes after we requested them. Overall it was a convenient location, decent deal, but maybe a little older/dingier than pictures reflected.

It served its purpose..just to have somewhere to sleep for one night but it lacks so many amenities that we are used to. There’s no hair dryer. The parking area is too bumpy and had some clutter/trash. It’s really just a travel lodge, good for a one night stop but not for multiple nights.

Definitely the place drug dealers and users go. Everyone is a bit sketchy to say the least. The family that owns it is pretty nice though. A lot of trash in the parking lot and grocery carts everywhere.

Holes in bed , room smell like smoke , roaches , mold and mildew

I booked a non-smoking room for myself, my spouse, and our toddler. Perhaps it was "non-smoking" in that guests are no longer allowed to smoke in the room, but the smell of stale cigarettes was permeated into everything, including the sheets. There was blistering paint and mold on the walls - clear evidence of water damage, and the smoke alarm was missing. We got in late at night so it wasn't worth asking for a different non-smoking room or looking for a different hotel. Besides, the room was nonrefundable. This was by far the most expensive dive that I've stayed in.

The room was clean average AC work very well

Whatever you do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!! It is by far the most disgusting place I have ever been to. First of all, the staff is nasty and won't let you check in until exactly 3:00 unless you pay them $50 extra. My husband and I had a flight that arrived early at Teterboro Airport so they made us wait for over 3 hours in the blazing heat before we could check in, even though there was no one else at the hotel. Then, when we finally got into our room, exhausted and sunburned, we were shocked at what we walked into. The walls were full of holes and had smeared stains of Lord knows what all over them. The bathtub was full of cigarette butts (in a supposed non-smoking room), the bed comforter was full of holes from cigarette burns, the refrigerator was full of mold and there were ants and beetles crawling all over the floor, which was filthy. We politely asked for them to switch out room, and they were incredibly nasty, claiming they couldn't do that because they were booked up for the night. Had it not been a weekend night with multiple events going on and all other hotels in the area booked, we never would have stayed. We ended up having to clean the room ourselves that we paid $170 in this dump to stay in. But the worst part is this - this hotel has bedbugs and possibly lice, because I woke up with my hair and eyebrows feeling itchy, and I picked at least 3 large bedbugs out of my hair!!! Please guys, fair warning - you'd be better off sleeping in your car!!!

There were bugs and roaches in the bathroom and bath tub crawling around!!

Needed a room to stay overnight on business trip. Wasn't looking for anything fancy or expensive, just a place to sleep and shower the next morning. Check-in was good. However, the bed only had 2 postage stamp sized pillows and just a duvet cover on it. There was no top sheet or blanket. Froze my butt off! Very uncomfortable. There was hair and mold in the shower and the room had several holes through the walls and tiles. If you stay here, bring your own pillows and blankets

The only reason I stayed at the property was because of my late arrival flight….. Besides that, the room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was still trash on the trash can, the bathroom was dirty, the entire place was not at all of what they display on their page. I was completely disappointed entering the room and feeling I wasted my money for one night sleep. When I asked for extra towels they didn’t have any at all. The place inside looked like it needed entire renovation and I’m very upset that I actually had to pay that amount for a night. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I think I’m more upset at the fact that it didn’t represent anything as advertised, even the sheets had stains on them. I’m glad I had my own sheets because I fortunately bought some for my own place when I was traveling so I used them.

Everything was dirty (walls, shower, floors, etc). The smoke alarm was gone and the room smelled like cigarettes and weed. Found multiple bugs crawling around. There were burn marks on the bathroom door as if someone had tried setting it on fire.

Easy to get to transportation to New York City. Rooms clean and the staff was there for you

The rooms were not clean at all. Cigarette burns in blanket. Dust everywhere, walls had stains, wall unit AC was filthy. The bed was hard as a rock And made a ton of noise. The TV had terrible reception, kept freezing. Will never stay here again.

Door lock was broke

There was no hot water in the shower and pretty sure a cockroach ran across the floor in the morning. I will not return.

Unfortunately, the T.V. was not hooked up to server box. I could not watch T.V.

Room was clean... besides the caulking in the bathroom, but the room was in need of renovation. The mirror was missing in the bathroom, furniture was lopsided, bed was creaky, short on convenient electrical outlets, needed a bedside lamp, and the decor was very dated.

The beds, however, were uncomfortable, and the surrounding area isn’t great, so we only ventured out of the room when we were leaving the property completely. There was also a lot of noise at all hours from the other guests outside in the parking lot and the corridors. It was disappointing for the price.

First room was disgusting. Holes in the walls with tape covering them. Had a foul smell and it was non smoking. Staff was understanding when asked for room change. New room was a tad better. At least no smell. Card slot for the card key was so loose I’m shocked it didn’t fall off. No security lock on the inside of room. I propped chair to secure the door when sleeping. Had to reactivate my key everyday. Roaches in the room. Behind the mini fridge. In the restroom. Bed was hard a a rock. WiFi password never worked. Room wasn’t cleaned properly when booked.

Upon trying to check in, I was told that I could not use a different card from the one I used to place the reservation (never had that problem in all of my years of traveling). I used the same card only after being told to go to the ATM and take out cash to pay for the reservation. Rooms were only sort of clean. The bed had no top sheet and one of the pillows had an odd stain on it. Room layout was not intelligent: the table and cabinet/drawers were pushed into a corner instead of a more convenient space below the television. There was also no luggage rack to set baggage on, which was an oversight for a hotel sonclose to an airport.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend any travelers to stay here short or long term.

They refused us entry unless we paid a higher price! Now they won’t refund my money!!

I’m currently looking for my refund being I was unprofessionally kicked out of my room due to errors made by the front desk, reused my towel I took a shower with, and did not clean room after removing me. Looking into taking legal action

Poor service and attitude by certain staff members. Staff seems distrusting of their guests. Poor amenities. I felt as if I they were doing me a favor by their conduct and dealings with me.

Staff was exceptional

They were simple ,easy and on point .i was pleased by their performance all around

After driving 3 hours from Pennsylvania for my daughter to have surgery the next morning all we wanted was food and sleep. From the moment we check in The desk clerk was rude.. I asked to change rooms cause the toilet was not filling up with water and kept running and he was very annoyed and said "no one ever complains." The room he finally gave us after making us feel like we were really bothering him was not much better. Furniture was broken, no hot water and every 15 minutes all night long a loud rushing water noise came from the bathroom. We didn't even sleep under the covers ....just used pillows and laid on top. We checked in at 10 pm and finally left at 6 am after a night of no sleep at all. I called and spoke to another desk clerk who told me she would speak to a manger and someone would get back to me but I have heard nothing at all. Very disappointing... I asked for some sort of refund cause no way should I have paid $128 for a room like that. I would never recommend anyone staying there and truly feel I deserve some money back. April 29th 2025

This the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Filthy, non smoking room smelt like cigarettes. Right next to a private airport, frequent landings. Multiple scrapped cars in parking lot, one on cinderblocks. Room was gross.

Affordable rate but area was unsafe. Planes taking off and landing added to a restless night.

I've stayed here multiple times prior to this Very affordable stay with a stop for a bus line to NYC no more than one minute away Restaurants close, including a nice diner about a 2 minute walk away . Shopping close enough if I had needed it I will be back

Great location.

When I visit NYC I stay in an inexpensive place before my girlfriend joins me, and then we stay in Manhattan. The hotel is very affordable with everything being "ok" The best thing about it is it\'s located about a 1 minute walk to a bus which only costs 4 dollars to get to the city- super convenient and the wait is no more than 10 or 15 mins Also located by a very good diner and some other restaurants I have stayed here 6 times now over the years and I will every time I visit NYC and alone
