No hot water. Moved us to a new room but failed to let us know they moved us. So we ended up staying in the room with no hot water. No tv/cable tv Last time I stayed here I found hair in the bed and bathtub. Never stay here again

Check to make sure the Wi-Fi works first. After taking 20 minutes to get checked in, as they handed me the keys they said BTW the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Planning on using my computer to get several things done, it took another 30 minutes to get my reservation canceled and get my money back. Very frustrating they didn’t say it in the first place. Probably why it took so long to get checked in. I noticed he was using his cell phone to do something.

No breakfast on the Sunday we stayed there. Front desk employee didn’t know why. Asked for accessible room, it wasn’t given. Was charged $40.00 on my credit card. Don’t know why. They didn’t have my booking which was done thru HOTELS.COM.
