Very friendly and helpful staff. Had dinner at the pub and the portions were generous and the food tasty. The room was average sized and the bed was comfy - again generous amounts of tea/coffee in the room. The building is a bit tired in places but for one night, it suited me and I would stay again.

A very good short stay in a charming estate village. Comfortable room. Good breakfast, restaurant & bar. Very helpful & friendly owners & staff. Plenty of rural footpaths for walking.

WE HAD A LOVELY STAY, THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING, VERY FRIENDLY. THEY COULDN'T DO ENOUGH TO HELP YOU. THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. HOWEVER THE ROOMS ARE A BIT TIRED ALTHOUGH WE HAD A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP.
