Fantastic staff, good food, very clean and nice rooms, pool area nice and clean and inviting. Pool bar staff very service minded. Also the waitress we had in the beach front restaurant was attentive and great.

Très bel hôtel familial loin du centre de Pattaya,chambre spacieuse,confortable et propre.Le personnel est charmant.La nourriture et les petits déjeuner très bon avec une mention spéciale pour le chef pâtissier français qui fait de merveilleux gâteaux et de très bons pains.Le plus de l’hôtel est la belle piscine face à la mer réservée aux adultes,il y en a une très belle où les enfants sont acceptés avec des jeux d’eau à côté.Petite remarque pour la piscine adulte écrire en chinois l’interdiction pour les enfants car ces touristes ne lisent pas toujours l’anglais.

Stayed in an expensive pool suite... the outdoor area is in need of maintenance around the private pool. Unfortunately there was a festival on for two nights ..so banging of drums to Midnight .. not good when you pay around 30,000 bht per night !! . But not the hotels fault . Having no movie channel and having to use your own Netflix account to get anything was poor.

Quiet location with great pool facilities. 2 pools , both with zero edge , point out to the sea. The breakfast buffet is first rate with many choices. Beach is not too swimmable as you need to go out 200 to 300 meters to reach a depth to your shoulder.

Fantastic place, fantastic bed, great facilities, great service. Felt like home. Restaurants are very good, private beach stunning, pools fantastic. It’s really paradise and excellent value for money.

Services were excellent. Overall hotel layout is good. Facilities were a bit aged and not very clean at some places such as the in-room bathtub. The spa and massage was great. Food was so-so but the pool side bar is good.

The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great but limited options s for a longer stay. We stayed 5 days. The surface at the pool was a bit weird. They never came around to see if you wanted anything. When you went to the bar they made you feel bad for coming to the bar and said go back to your seat and we will bring it to you. Overall, the really beautiful and I would recommend it

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had great amenities! The staff was super helpful, friendly and nice. The food at the restaurant was incredible. I especially want to say that Zack at the concierge desk was beyond helpful and welcoming. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back!

기대했던 것 보다 너무 아름다웠고 방도 크고 쾌적하며 깨끗하였습니다. 스태프들도 모두 친절했구요. 다만 조식이나 룸서비스는 맛이 좀 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 마지막에 들렀던 페블스 레스토랑은 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 또 갈께요~~ 수영장 정말 최고!!

It is a nice and relaxing resort with a small private beach. Our room was closer to the end of the pool, there’s buggy service taking you to in and out your room from hotel lobby if you don’t want to walk under extreme hot weather. Room was very nice and spacious with welcome fruit and there’s enough complimentary bottle water replenish daily for our family room. The room is in good condition overall except the bathroom is a bit dated and you can see mould in the shower room and tap around the sink. The shower room has an odor and we have to run the shower for a bit to wash that smell off each time before using it. Restaurant serve a good variety of breakfast selection. We didn’t get the to try the restaurant - Pebble as it was fully booked throughout our stay. Hotel location isn’t ideal, as you would expect the closest 7-11 is 900m away without any shelter throughout the walk, no other shops or facilities nearby. I booked here for 2 nights stay before moving to the busy part of Pattaya. I still find it enjoyable and our family had a wonderful stay, we spent most of our time by the poolside

Enjoyed the beachfront access and had an enjoyable stay. We had some features in the room that was not functioning upon check in but was fixed once we raised a maintenance request. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Very accessible for those travelling with senior citizens. Overall really great holiday and will return in future!

It's awesome staying in this hotel. Decoration is modern style less is more. All staffs are very friendly and 100% services mind. Breakfast is lots and lots. Just 2 things to complain 1) the pillows are too solf. 2) sea water in the front of the hotel is quite poor.

Stayed in an expensive pool suite... the outdoor area is in need of maintenance around the private pool. Unfortunately there was a festival on for two nights ..so banging of drums to Midnight .. not good when you pay around 30,000 bht per night !! . But not the hotels fault . Having no movie channel and having to use your own Netflix account to get anything was poor.

It is a nice and relaxing resort with a small private beach. Our room was closer to the end of the pool, there’s buggy service taking you to in and out your room from hotel lobby if you don’t want to walk under extreme hot weather. Room was very nice and spacious with welcome fruit and there’s enough complimentary bottle water replenish daily for our family room. The room is in good condition overall except the bathroom is a bit dated and you can see mould in the shower room and tap around the sink. The shower room has an odor and we have to run the shower for a bit to wash that smell off each time before using it. Restaurant serve a good variety of breakfast selection. We didn’t get the to try the restaurant - Pebble as it was fully booked throughout our stay. Hotel location isn’t ideal, as you would expect the closest 7-11 is 900m away without any shelter throughout the walk, no other shops or facilities nearby. I booked here for 2 nights stay before moving to the busy part of Pattaya. I still find it enjoyable and our family had a wonderful stay, we spent most of our time by the poolside

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were nice and professional. However, the only downside was our experience at the breakfast noodle bar. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression. We hope the hotel management takes note of this, as such interactions can affect the overall guest experience and the hotel’s brand reputation.

I would like to thank all the staffs of Renaissance Pattaya. My sister and I had the best hotel stay ever. The service here has really set the standards higher for what to expect in a 5-star hotel. When we first checked in for the night, the room's aircon was faulty. However, it was resolved quickly by changing our rooms. It was solved in 10 minutes. We came to Pattaya for the Rolling loud event; the hotel has a team specially for navigation/limousine. They helped us to settle our transportation back and forth and tried their best to help us with the bad traffic. I personally feel that the navigation team will go to the extra mile for their guests and have done way more than their job scope. One of the example, the hotel's spa was fully booked after the concert and the team even helped to contact other spas/ massage parlor to get a slot for us. Once done, they even offer to book a limousine to the place and buggy ride to fetch us from our room. All of this was initiated by the staff and I truly felt pampered throughout my stay. I would like to specially thank Ti and all of the navigation team (sadly, I didn't manage to get all their names) for their warmest hospitality and helping us with every request. The Reception team was also very patient and friendly and helped us in any way they can. It was the little details that elevated the experience here! I genuinely love their service!I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Renaissance Pattaya for this wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and everything was well looked after. Mr. Johnny from FB was very nice and kind, always making sure we had what we needed. His friendly service made our stay even more special. We would be happy to come back again.

Great resort in a great location. Situated outside of Pattaya city, super quiet and secluded. Resort does haven’t too many rooms so it helps with the traffic within the resort. Easily enjoy the resort without to having to run into other guest all the time. Enough space to spread out and enjoy the various parts of the resort.

Très bel hôtel familial loin du centre de Pattaya,chambre spacieuse,confortable et propre.Le personnel est charmant.La nourriture et les petits déjeuner très bon avec une mention spéciale pour le chef pâtissier français qui fait de merveilleux gâteaux et de très bons pains.Le plus de l’hôtel est la belle piscine face à la mer réservée aux adultes,il y en a une très belle où les enfants sont acceptés avec des jeux d’eau à côté.Petite remarque pour la piscine adulte écrire en chinois l’interdiction pour les enfants car ces touristes ne lisent pas toujours l’anglais.

Beautiful resort but nothing much in it’s vicinity. If you are here, be prepared to stay and enjoy the resort in it’s entirety. That said it has a great beach view, good food, and awesome staff, so not a hard thing to do by all means, hence the overall 5 stars

Quiet location with great pool facilities. 2 pools , both with zero edge , point out to the sea. The breakfast buffet is first rate with many choices. Beach is not too swimmable as you need to go out 200 to 300 meters to reach a depth to your shoulder.

기대했던 것 보다 너무 아름다웠고 방도 크고 쾌적하며 깨끗하였습니다. 스태프들도 모두 친절했구요. 다만 조식이나 룸서비스는 맛이 좀 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 마지막에 들렀던 페블스 레스토랑은 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 또 갈께요~~ 수영장 정말 최고!!

The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great but limited options s for a longer stay. We stayed 5 days. The surface at the pool was a bit weird. They never came around to see if you wanted anything. When you went to the bar they made you feel bad for coming to the bar and said go back to your seat and we will bring it to you. Overall, the really beautiful and I would recommend it

The staff at pool side was excellent. Very observant and helpful. The facilities are good. But the food at the restaurants could have been better. Ordered mango sticky rice for room service but the mango was a little sour.

Lovely hotel Although they let People come for day pass which make the place look cheap as these they got fully undressed at the pool to change to their day clothes when they had to leave Not a pretty sight 🙈🐷

Très bel hôtel familial loin du centre de Pattaya,chambre spacieuse,confortable et propre.Le personnel est charmant.La nourriture et les petits déjeuner très bon avec une mention spéciale pour le chef pâtissier français qui fait de merveilleux gâteaux et de très bons pains.Le plus de l’hôtel est la belle piscine face à la mer réservée aux adultes,il y en a une très belle où les enfants sont acceptés avec des jeux d’eau à côté.Petite remarque pour la piscine adulte écrire en chinois l’interdiction pour les enfants car ces touristes ne lisent pas toujours l’anglais.

Services were excellent. Overall hotel layout is good. Facilities were a bit aged and not very clean at some places such as the in-room bathtub. The spa and massage was great. Food was so-so but the pool side bar is good.
