Grange Gardens Hotel

This could have been a good last minute choice , we just thought let's give this place a chance and decided to stay here but then the lady at reception is a terrible host. What kind of policy at a hotel tells you that you get only 1 towel and if you use the swimming pool there is no option to get another towel If you order 2 rounds of alcohol , why would the reception tell you at first that they will bring the 2nd round to you , then after you pay for it , they tell you to come yourself and collect it. Everytime you asked this woman a question she would dance around it and change her answers. When I told her the tv is not coming on , she didn't respond to me, she shouted over the counter to someone else. I am not even a fussy person, and i dont usually leave bad reviews but guys....I will never make the mistake of going here again, and you too should not !

My stay was very terrible. The hotel surrounding, the dirty corridors, the struggle to get towels, the electricity going off bcos of malfunctioning plugs, the noise when we were sleeping at night, the cockroaches in the room, the airconditioning system that's not working properly, the list is endless. We really had a terrible stay I won't recommend it to anyone until they get the act together.
