Très bel hôtel aux pieds des pistes avec une vue époustouflante face aux pentes de la Floriaz! Le SPA offre des grands moments de détente et de réconfort. Les appartements sont confortables et bien équipés !

We got the apartment A9 (one bedroom plus living room). The place is perfect for a family of four with young kids. Very clean. Friendly staff. Super location in the heart of Chinaillon. Ski room is super convenient at the lower level with direct access to two main ski lifts. Just wished the swimming pool would be a tad warmer (still 30c)

Carlota is AMAZING! Truly the definition of hospitality. Warm, kind, and effortlessly attentive, she makes you feel like royalty from the very first second. If every place had a Carlota, the world would be a better and happier place. However, the WiFi was absolutely terrible, in this day and age, it’s just not acceptable anymore.
