This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks

Very nice, clean room, heated bathroom floor was nice, elevator for luggage was very welcoming, great quality cookwares, and it is a plus to have paper towels and face tissue in the room. It might be challenging for some guests because this hotel is on very steep hill.

Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. Our reservation said our stay included breakfast each day but there was none available. The wellness center was a nice surprise. We paid for a two hour visit and it was very relaxing. Not a bad place, just nothing great/special except for the spa area which costs more to reserve.
