Otelin konumu merkezi. Odalar temiz. Kahvaltı güzel ve yeterli. 1-2 gün kalmak için öneririm.

Otele ulaşım çok kolay, çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever, otelin temizliği, kahvaltısı çok iyi. Çok memnun kaldık, özellikle kahvaltı alanındaki Onur bey gerçekten işinde çok profesyonel ve güleryüzlü. Mersine yeniden geldiğimizde tercihimiz bu otel olacak.

very friendly staff at the reception

I think it was a very beautiful hotel and the service was absolutely amazing. The valet service was very nice, he was there to greet us when we arrived and assisted with carrying my bags and parking in my car. Reception was incredibly responsive and did their best to address all of my needs. The reason for the rating is because despite everything else, the air conditioning barely worked and the handle on the door to my room was clearly on its way to coming off. Honestly, if this hotel would fix the air conditioning, and keep everything in good condition. It would be one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at in a very long time. I would still stay here again. I would just make sure that the air conditioning in my room works.
