Calling from room to room didn’t work for some strange reason. That was annoying. Given what I paid for the room I was offended when I had to pay $5 more to stream channels on the TV so I didn’t and just read a book. The hotel was difficult to find from highway 522 given the massive freeway construction in the area. It was just OK. It was clean but it was just a regular hotel room.

We stay here all the time and will be back. That being said, the morning after we checked in I realized the room fridge had frozen a good amount of the food we had in there. I called the lobby and asked for a new fridge. He offered for us to change rooms but who wants to re-pack and unpack all over again?? I declined. They sent up a gal that pulled the fridge out and there is a dial on the back of the fridge to adjust the coldness apparently. I told the front desk I expected some sort of compensation at which he answered “there is nothing I can do but my manager will be on site tomorrow.” At no point in the next two days did anyone contact us. Pretty disappointing stay. Also, the gym is crazy hot. The thermostat said 75 degrees.

The staff were extremely helpful and the amenities were great. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection, and they even provide packaged gluten free bread by request, which is extremely rare in this price range. Really appreciated the staff, who went the extra mile to make sure guests are well taken care of. The guest room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is a bit older, but appeared well-maintained. The only downside was having no guest laundry, though there are laundromats in the area. (Just would've been convenient to have in the hotel, as the laundromats closed by 5pm)

The room was clean and spacious with very nice amenities. The view, well not so great. Not really in an area for walking, however a short drive provided more options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast, very good. Coffee and ice water always in the lobby. We’d stay again.
