Did not get an email on where to park BUT when I called, Nancy was quick to return my call and explain parking. It is also not a true bed and breakfast as breakfast is dropped off the day before you arrive and you need to cook/ heat it up yourself. It felt more like an Air BnB. The room itself was clean and it was very cozy. The pond and sitting area outback was lovely. We would totally go back!

I enjoyed the rustic experience of being in a barn. The barn had lots of wooden paneling. The little pond and chairs outside were nice to sit and read. Most importantly, the location was close to hiking trails and restaurant. The owner was very quick to respond to texts and offer recommendations.

The Lily Garden B&B has a literal lily pond garden right behind the repurposed barn which encloses the actual rooms. The Carriage House room which we rented was great - bigger than a hotel room with lots of local flavor, but was also clean and functional. Owners live next door and are responsive to needs. Local area has very few restaurants or grocery stores, but the proprietors provide some food for free included in the price of the room. It was a welcome amenity. Overall, it was a very convenient location at a good price point!

Great space and location (about 0.5 miles from lower historic HF, easy access to Appalachian trail, quiet (no train horns), other sights). The carriage suite was very comfortable; we really liked the bed. The suite comes with a full kitchen which is great, if you plan to stay for a few days. The outdoor space was also nice with a relaxing pond right in front of the porch. My only two recommendations: include a regular coffee maker/grinder and hot breakfast option - we read that they used to have a local restaurant deliver hot breakfast, which would’ve been a nice option.

really lovely place to stay, i loved the contactless check in and out. the room and kitchen where decorated beautifully and clean, had everything one would need. also it’s just up the hill from the town and trails, so a lovely walk. the only thing i would ask would be a deadbolt on the front door for added safety as the bottom lock isn’t for locking. but over all would highly recommend

What a great, cozy place to stay in Harper's Ferry. Our suite was spacious with a very practical kitchen. The hotel staff took our breakfast order and had it waiting in the room for us when we arrived. The yard has a nice swing which we used in the evening. This place is walking distance from Harper's Ferry lower town; however, walking back is uphill so take that into consideration if you're walking into the history area. I would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay there again.

These folks are very good communicators and the location is great. The property itself is rather run down and the front steps are certainly not up to code. Very tight inside. Okay for younger travelers but not for older folks.

Lily Garden Bed & Breakfast was lovely! Breakfast was delicious, decor was amazing, and the property was safe, quiet, and clean. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Harpers Ferry. Only about 10 minutes walk from the main part of the historic district. The host was absolutely wonderful, communicative, and friendly.

What a beautiful experience. The suite was very nice, clean and comfortable. The owner reached out to offer his help in locating hiking trails and for whatever I needed. I didn’t take him up on the offer but it was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend anyone visiting the area to stay there.

It is also not a true bed and breakfast as breakfast is dropped off the day before you arrive and you need to cook/ heat it up yourself. It felt more like an Air BnB. We stayed in the upstairs apartment in the Carriage House. It was really quaint and cozy. Everything was clean, the hosts were thoughtful,had everything set up for, and were easy to communicate with even as they respected our privacy. Lovely place to chill in the evening, and if you're looking to see Harper's Ferry and/or hike the many trails in the area, you can't beat the location. Would gladly stay again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Good locations to restaurants in Bolivar and historic Harper’s ferry (uphill on the way back). The host supplied a nice breakfast and asked for choices in advance. The house is a rustic and getting up to the loft area is interesting. Downstairs bed was better than the one in the loft.

This was our 2nd time staying, and the area is excellent, the rooms are perfect for a small group of people who enjoy antique style and cottage esque houses. Not to mention the service is always awesome. it snowed about 6 inches and the owner came out and shoveled during and after the storm as well as kept up with salting. Over all great time

I stayed in the Trundle suite which was very comfortable. Full sized refrigerator and generous breakfast portions. Had everything I needed and a great location in walking distance to Old Town Harpers Ferry, Bolivar, Bolivar Bakery, Kelly's Farm Kitchen, and The Barn.

This was our 2nd time staying, and the area is excellent, the rooms are perfect for a small group of people who enjoy antique style and cottage esque houses. Not to mention the service is always awesome. it snowed about 6 inches and the owner came out and shoveled during and after the storm as well as kept up with salting. Over all great time

Lily's Garden was a great place to spend a few days of peace and quiet. The Trundle suite is cozy but had everything we needed. The Trundle suite is the lower level but we had no issues with noise from the upstairs unit. Lily's is out the top of the hill in Harper's Ferry. There is a sidewalk to town for access the restaurants. Shawn was very responsive to our questions and provided us with lots of options for dinner and activities.

We stayed in the upstairs apartment in the Carriage House. It was really quaint and cozy. Everything was clean, the hosts were thoughtful,had everything set up for, and were easy to communicate with even as they respected our privacy. Lovely place to chill in the evening, and if you're looking to see Harper's Ferry and/or hike the many trails in the area, you can't beat the location. Would gladly stay again.

The place was perfect and situated about 4 fifths of a miles from the heart of Historic Harpers Ferry. Breakfast was good.Bolivar Heights, Antietam and Gettysburg battlefields are all within an hours drive for Civil War history buffs.

What an excellent place this is. The location is perfect for those, like myself, who come into Harpers Ferry by train. Close to the historical center, nearby Bolivar and the Appalachian Trail connector. Shawn, who runs the tiny operation, is attentive, helpful and knows the area and its history very well. The room is cozy and was perfect for my three days writing and walking retreat.

Enjoyed our stay here. Good locations to restaurants in Bolivar and historic Harper’s ferry (uphill on the way back). The host supplied a nice breakfast and asked for choices in advance. The house is a rustic and getting up to the loft area is interesting. Downstairs bed was better than the one in the loft.

I stayed in the Trundle suite which was very comfortable. Full sized refrigerator and generous breakfast portions. Had everything I needed and a great location in walking distance to Old Town Harpers Ferry, Bolivar, Bolivar Bakery, Kelly's Farm Kitchen, and The Barn.

What a great, cozy place to stay in Harper's Ferry. Our suite was spacious with a very practical kitchen. The hotel staff took our breakfast order and had it waiting in the room for us when we arrived. The yard has a nice swing which we used in the evening. This place is walking distance from Harper's Ferry lower town; however, walking back is uphill so take that into consideration if you're walking into the history area. I would recommend this place to friends and would definitely stay there again.

We spent 4 nights at the Lily Garden and loved it. The property is absolutely charming and full of character as is this part of Harpers Ferry. Breakfast was DIY which suited us fine and we were supplied with all the food we could wish for including a quiche which did us for supper on two nights. Our host was very attentive and eager to assist. A lovely stay, highly recommended!

Did not get an email on where to park BUT when I called, Nancy was quick to return my call and explain parking. It is also not a true bed and breakfast as breakfast is dropped off the day before you arrive and you need to cook/ heat it up yourself. It felt more like an Air BnB. The room itself was clean and it was very cozy. The pond and sitting area outback was lovely. We would totally go back!

Great space and location (about 0.5 miles from lower historic HF, easy access to Appalachian trail, quiet (no train horns), other sights). The carriage suite was very comfortable; we really liked the bed. The suite comes with a full kitchen which is great, if you plan to stay for a few days. The outdoor space was also nice with a relaxing pond right in front of the porch. My only two recommendations: include a regular coffee maker/grinder and hot breakfast option - we read that they used to have a local restaurant deliver hot breakfast, which would’ve been a nice option.

Although not dirty, certainly not well maintained. “Breakfast” was food provided (bagels, yogurt, juice) dropped off to self prepare in the small kitchenette. 2 stools to sit at a small counter. Very cute, shabby-chic style rooms with a small kitchenette. The owners made sure our breakfast was to our liking and the quiche was delicious. It was easy to find and convenient to Harpers Ferry historic area.
