1 Beige Cozy Bungalow or 1 White Cozy Efficiency Cottage in Titusville

We loved this place!! I hope we return annually! "Cozy bungalow" describes it perfectly! I loved the beautiful and home-y decor! Roger was a great host, and we greatly enjoyed walking to him. He was especially helpful in keeping us up-to-date re the scheduled rocket launches.

It’s an older little spot… Nothing super fancy but it has everything you need and is close to everything.

No light on smoke detectors, no cO2 sector. Heater shut down often without warming the house. Bathroom floor was a total mess and smelled like urine. Kitchen corner where table set smell bad also. No hot water ever in bathroom, no plug for bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Stove wire cot went out the wall to outside plug in, no safe. Freezer rusty. Was on property while we were gone. Very noisy next to 4 way stop sign and train that come through in very early AM 3 AM. Kitchen floor looks unsafe. Should be pulled from listing until up graded electrical, flooring fix. Water assessed etc.

Didn't stay at all there ! Went to a motel! The outside had a lot of stuff that should have not been there , the shower was nasty the fridge was horrible it was nothing like the pictures the bed was a full size or maybe a day bed I don't know ! Whoever gave good ratings must like dirt and spiders! But I rate this a 0 !
