Propre et pratique. Eau chaude et confortable. Notre hote a ete tres attentionné. Nous partions tres tot pour le macchu pichu, aussi, il sest leve tot pour nous donner le petit dejeuner a emporter. L'âge des installations commence a se faire sentir mais dans l'ensemble cest plus qu'ok.

Hôtel pas du tout en rapport avec le montant demandé, la prestation étant franchement mauvaise. Le petit déjeuner était sans pareil, plus aucun choix disponible du faite de quatre autres chambres présentes en même temps, l’attente c’est déroulée sur 30 bonnes minutes avant de pouvoir enfin déjeuner. Il a fallu quémander du produit de toilette ainsi que du papier toilette après que la chambre venait d’être faite. La simple isolation des vitres vous donnent droits au bruit incessants de la rue, du soir jusqu’à 24 h et reprenant à 5h30 du matin, et l’eau chaude demande une mise en route 5 à 8 minutes avant que l’eau soit chaude. bref, l’acceuil et le sourire des managers ne suffit malheureusement pas à palier aux lacunes de cet établissement, qui pourtant se targue d’être très onéreux au vu des prestations proposées.

Disappointing Central location and pleasant staff but this hotel is not 3*, certainly not boutique and has nothing to justify the 3* price. Breakfast was meagre, rooms dated, bedside lights didn’t work at all, plugs faulty, lukewarm shower (leave it to run and it got there eventually) paint peeling from the entire ceiling in the bathroom. Some cleanliness issues and musty pillows. Right on the road so noisy late into the night. View of the ruins didn’t impress. Wanted to like it but very disappointing stay, the worst hotel of a 2 week trip. Shame as the hotel has potential; staff need to work to address basic issues.

Everything from the disheveled guy who checked us in, to the water stoppage every night, to the toilet that clogged, to the inability to modulate water temp, to the shower door that didn’t shut to the mold in the sink to having to ask for additional toilet paper again and again. to the cold coffee at breakfast indicated a place that no one runs or cares about. Utter neglect! The view from the Executive Suite was beautiful, but the overall feel of the place ruined our stay in Sacred Valley. Please STAY AWAY.

Great location, nice rooms with a view of the ruins, great beds, very nice bathroom. Staff was amazing. Nicely remodeled, very clean and charming. Nice buffet breakfast, nice service. Suggestions to improve the experience: make the instructions for the wifi and how to use the tv remote more clear. But the front desk guy came right away and explained things to us. He was very professional and friendly.

The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. They called a taxi for our return to Cusco at a cheap price, it was a very nice taxi as well. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the linens and towels have stains on them. The staff said it was from a hair dye. Overall excellent!

Pros: Room was clean, nice view of ruines and central location. Cons: Very low pressure hot water. Unexpectedly, the entire hotel was under renovation. There was no one at the front desk 95% of the time. Price was more than Casa Adina Standard in Miraflores but 50% of the value. Breakfast was very basic, 2 eggs, instant coffee, juice and bread. I did a lot of research and this looked like the best value in the area. Should have gotten a discount because of the noise and clutter from the renovations.

Great little hotel right in the heart of town! The only thing is if you are a light sleeper, there is a bar next door, which you can hear till about midnight. Didn’t bother me, but my wife said it kept her up a little. It was a 10 minute straight walk to the train station, the archeological site was a five minute walk ($45 US for a private tour guide), and right near a lot of restaurants. The hotel arranged a taxi to pick us from Cusco airport, took us to the salt mines and moray, and delivered us to the hotel! So easy and worry free, made the vacation hassle free.

Rooms are decent with a beautiful view. The hotel is located in the MOST busy street, if you don't mind the noise, well this is a place for you. The breakfast "buffet" is mediocre, the picture you see on their website, it's a lie, i had to request some fruits and oatmeal. TV's control in the rooms are a bit complicated, expect 45mins to figured it out.

Ficamos apenas uma noite para conhecer o Vale Sagrado de forma mais fácil. Alícia foi um amor e nos ajudou a conseguir uma guia tarde da noite, também separou box de café da manhã para levarmos. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e com uma vista linda! A água do banheiro demora um pouco pra esquentar e não tem tanta pressão mas acredito que seja mais pela infra da cidade como um todo. A localização é perfeita, você consegue conhecer tudo a pé e ir a vários restaurantes e pracinha central. :)

De todos os hotéis que já fiquei acredito que esse pode ter sido o pior de todos apesar de eu ter pego o melhor quartos, na recepção o menino não sabia nada, banheira saindo água marrom, sem papel higiênico e sem lixo no banheiro, quando fomos sair na manhã seguinte para passear o recepcionista dormindo mas até nós descobrirmos onde ele estava ficamos preso dentro do hotel no mínimo uns 20 min e para ajudar pergunte se teve café da manhã ? Não, não teve, tive que pagar e comer fora com toda certeza nunca voltaria a esse lugar

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very accommodating. Our son got sick and they recommended muña tea and directed us to the nearest pharmacy. The accommodations catered to our needs that required two separate reservations before and after our hike to the Machu Pichu. The hotel stored our luggage free of charge without requiring us to pay for a room! The breakfast was nice and Sessa arranged for us to have our laundry cleaned at a nominal price. The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. They called a taxi for our return to Cusco at a cheap price, it was a very nice taxi as well. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the linens and towels have stains on them. The staff said it was from a hair dye. Overall excellent!

Pros: Room was clean, nice view of ruines and central location. Cons: Very low pressure hot water. Unexpectedly, the entire hotel was under renovation. There was no one at the front desk 95% of the time. Price was more than Casa Adina Standard in Miraflores but 50% of the value. Breakfast was very basic, 2 eggs, instant coffee, juice and bread. I did a lot of research and this looked like the best value in the area. Should have gotten a discount because of the noise and clutter from the renovations.

Ficamos apenas uma noite para conhecer o Vale Sagrado de forma mais fácil. Alícia foi um amor e nos ajudou a conseguir uma guia tarde da noite, também separou box de café da manhã para levarmos. O quarto que ficamos era muito espaçoso e com uma vista linda! A água do banheiro demora um pouco pra esquentar e não tem tanta pressão mas acredito que seja mais pela infra da cidade como um todo. A localização é perfeita, você consegue conhecer tudo a pé e ir a vários restaurantes e pracinha central. :)

Great little hotel right in the heart of town! The only thing is if you are a light sleeper, there is a bar next door, which you can hear till about midnight. Didn’t bother me, but my wife said it kept her up a little. It was a 10 minute straight walk to the train station, the archeological site was a five minute walk ($45 US for a private tour guide), and right near a lot of restaurants. The hotel arranged a taxi to pick us from Cusco airport, took us to the salt mines and moray, and delivered us to the hotel! So easy and worry free, made the vacation hassle free.

Hôtel pas du tout en rapport avec le montant demandé, la prestation étant franchement mauvaise. Le petit déjeuner était sans pareil, plus aucun choix disponible du faite de quatre autres chambres présentes en même temps, l’attente c’est déroulée sur 30 bonnes minutes avant de pouvoir enfin déjeuner. Il a fallu quémander du produit de toilette ainsi que du papier toilette après que la chambre venait d’être faite. La simple isolation des vitres vous donnent droits au bruit incessants de la rue, du soir jusqu’à 24 h et reprenant à 5h30 du matin, et l’eau chaude demande une mise en route 5 à 8 minutes avant que l’eau soit chaude. bref, l’acceuil et le sourire des managers ne suffit malheureusement pas à palier aux lacunes de cet établissement, qui pourtant se targue d’être très onéreux au vu des prestations proposées.

Disappointing Central location and pleasant staff but this hotel is not 3*, certainly not boutique and has nothing to justify the 3* price. Breakfast was meagre, rooms dated, bedside lights didn’t work at all, plugs faulty, lukewarm shower (leave it to run and it got there eventually) paint peeling from the entire ceiling in the bathroom. Some cleanliness issues and musty pillows. Right on the road so noisy late into the night. View of the ruins didn’t impress. Great location, nice rooms with a view of the ruins, great beds, very nice bathroom. Staff was amazing. Nicely remodeled, very clean and charming. Nice buffet breakfast, nice service. Suggestions to improve the experience: make the instructions for the wifi and how to use the tv remote more clear. But the front desk guy came right away and explained things to us. He was very professional and friendly.

I cannot understand the high ratings for this hotel. 1. When we arrived a light fixture near the bed was hanging off the wall with exposed wires. I reported it immediately and was told it would be fixed but it was never addressed. 2. Our family room for five people had two towels available. 3. The bathroom sink had tons of black mold in the bottom of the basin. 4. My mom’s room had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. 5. One morning there was no hot water to shower. I was told unapologetically that the hotel had run out of gas for the hot water heater like it was an understandable issue. 6. There was no room servicing for the 3 nights we were there. Not even the tiny trash can for toilet paper was emptied (3 days x5 people made this problematic).
