I cannot understand the high ratings for this hotel. 1. When we arrived a light fixture near the bed was hanging off the wall with exposed wires. I reported it immediately and was told it would be fixed but it was never addressed. 2. Our family room for five people had two towels available. 3. The bathroom sink had tons of black mold in the bottom of the basin. 4. My mom’s room had black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. 5. One morning there was no hot water to shower. I was told unapologetically that the hotel had run out of gas for the hot water heater like it was an understandable issue. 6. There was no room servicing for the 3 nights we were there. Not even the tiny trash can for toilet paper was emptied (3 days x5 people made this problematic).

Was a nice place with amazing views, friendly staff, well maintained and good breakfast. Great tea selection in the room also, highly recommend!

La habitación no fue la que me ofrecieron en la plataforma, el tiempo de desayuno es muy limitado, el baño luego de usar el lava manos o la tina saca mal olor, en ningún momento ofrecieron limpiar la habitación, en recepción no hay alguien fijo, al llegar nunca me dieron indicaciones de nada, mucho menos prestar servicio para subir el equipaje a la habitación, no hay cambio de toallas, no tienen registro de sus huéspedes un guía de tour tocando todas las habitaciones buscando a sus clientes a las 04:00 hr. Despertando a todos los huéspedes, desepcionado del servicio porque el pueblo dé Ollantaytambo es precioso y hay demasiadas visitas de personas, mal aprovechado el inmueble, hay muchas opciones más, no recomiendo el hotel, a pesar que está en un punto estratégico no lo saben aprovechar, mala administración.

Very close to the fort and the rail station. Staff is extremely friendly. we store the luggage there before going to Machu Pichu.
