Hyatt Place Dallas/The Colony

Everything was very nice

Breakfast was great, lots of choices, rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. The only thing that irked me was that there was no coffee available unless you wanted to pay for Starbucks. Hyatt place used to have complimentary coffee and hot water for tea but I won’t pay for Starbucks. Anyway, everything else was great.

The breakfast menu had a good variety. The shower temp and pressure were very good. The A/C worked very well. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The issue I had was that I found a contact lens in my bed. I don't wear contact lenses so this was alarming in terms of cleanliness.

Room was very clean and up to date. Hotel is perfect location literally near by anything you could think of!! Will definitely be booking again

The breakfast offers hardboiled eggs however the eggs are not peeled. I cannot figure out why they would set them out like that. How and where are guests supposed to peel the eggs? Do they want egg shells all over the table? A deep clean is really needed throughout. No one seems to notice milk splashed on the cabinet doors at the bar.
