We enjoyed our stay with your hotel in Fredricksburg VA for the weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean for our whole family and comfortable beds. We picked one with a pool and it didn't disappoint. Our boys were happy and the pool was warm and lots of towels available. Great hot breakfast and a coffee /hot chocolate station open all day. Thank you for a wonderful stay which made our trip a memorable one.

The room was great. Only complaint is the pool should have longer open hours or just be open 24hrs since there isn't a life guard on duty and adults do like to go for a swim after checking in which sometimes is late at night.

The air conditioning cools but does not remove humidity from air. The rooms are cool but clammy. This has been the case in every room I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed here a number of times. Also the pet fee is much too high.

This hotel was very nice. Great location. Beautiful room. My only complaint was we never received any towel service and they never cleaned our room for the new four nights we were there. The sign in the bathroom stated we would get service every other day – but I had to ask for clean towels every day. Front desk staff was very nice. When I requested towels, they were more than happy to hand them off to me. I have Hilton honors, and I was very disappointed in the service we received.

This review is hard to make because our room was extremely clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the front desk service was friendly and pleasant. The only problem was, when we got to our room it reeked of a mildew, moldy smell. We had rented two rooms and the other room smelled perfectly normal. We tried to change rooms, but the hotel was booked so they said there was nothing they could do. We suffered through the night and in the morning getting ready and they called us to say they were going to send someone up to check it out. No one came so we called back and they said oh no we changed our mind. We’re not sending anyone up. So when we came down to check out and they asked us how it was I said it’s really unfortunate because it was a lovely stay other than the fact that our room stunk miserably. She then went into a long explanation about how it’s not mold so we don’t have to worry. It’s their air-conditioning issue and problem and there’s nothing they can do about it, but it is going to get fixed. Refused to give us even a discount or any money back or anything so I probably will not be staying with Hilton again, unfortunately.

It was a good hotel few problems the bed was not comfortable and the sign for the hotel is so small you can’t see it until the last minute. They need to fix there sign by either cutting down a few trees or put there sign on a pole so you can see it. Breakfast was not that great juice was amazing but not the food. Overall besides the breakfast bed and the hotel sign it was a great hotel

I have to say I was so impressed with so many things! The little extras that make it better! The set up of the room ... the curtain to separate beds from tv / couch area... the full size pull out table hidden under a desk ... all the lamp choices ! The DRAWERS in the bathroom!!! There's NEVER enough space in a bathroom for all your stuff... the drawers were awesome! Full size fridge... dishwasher / micro... cups /plates utensils... EVERYTHING. Also the breakfast!!!! SO many options. Healthy / not so healthy... and everything in between! Bacon / Turkey bacon / varieties of eggs / waffles / cereals / baked goods! Literally amazing ! My only regret is not staying longer!

The front desk young lady was unbelievable! She was courteous and welcoming and very pleasant! I would definitely stay there again because its very seldom when you get that level of service, Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious as well . Great stay!

Our stay was nice, no complaints about our room. However it would have been better, had I not been DOUBLE CHARGED ! The lady that checked us in even said it was not a DOUBLE CHARGE, when in fact is WAS ! So we spent well over an hour on the phone with Expedia and they resolved the issue. Hilton was paid but I have to wait for 3-5 days before I receive my money! PROPER TRAINING would have stopped this.

This hotel was perfect!!! We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Quantico base. It was super close and 5 min away from Starbucks, tjmaxx, target and probably 20 more stores. Plus all the places to eat! Absolutely perfect location we wish we had a reason to need to go again.

It was a good hotel few problems the bed was not comfortable and the sign for the hotel is so small you can’t see it until the last minute. They need to fix there sign by either cutting down a few trees or put there sign on a pole so you can see it. Breakfast was not that great juice was amazing but not the food. Overall besides the breakfast bed and the hotel sign it was a great hotel

Pleasantly surprised. Visited from NY for graduation weekend. The location is conveniant. Hotel is located near highway exits and shopping centers. The room was very clean and provided most of what you need for you to be comfortable. The staff were very friendly and provided decent customer service. Although, the hotel was near the highways the area was extremely quiet which was nice.

Great stay: very comfortable room with spacious sitting area/ lobby with plenty of sitting/ plentiful breakfast included/ plenty of free parking/ courteous staff: want to highlight Mel at the reception and the manager with her cute dog. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have to say I was so impressed with so many things! The little extras that make it better! The set up of the room ... the curtain to separate beds from tv / couch area... the full size pull out table hidden under a desk ... all the lamp choices ! The DRAWERS in the bathroom!!! There's NEVER enough space in a bathroom for all your stuff... the drawers were awesome! Full size fridge... dishwasher / micro... cups /plates utensils... EVERYTHING. Also the breakfast!!!! SO many options. Healthy / not so healthy... and everything in between! Bacon / Turkey bacon / varieties of eggs / waffles / cereals / baked goods! Literally amazing ! My only regret is not staying longer!

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE IN A WHEELCHAIR. have stayed at many rooms since my journey of being in a wheelchair and by far this place is the least accessible and accommodating. I booked an accessible room since I am unable to walk and need to transfer from the chair. The first I was in was a standard room with no accessibility. No where for my chair to turn around so I use the bathroom and a stand up shower, needless to say I was very disappointed when I called downstairs and they refused to check if another room was available for the following day. They told me if I saw it online to book then. So I did, I had to pay for two rooms and got no refund. I called customer service and I am pending a response still two days later. I had moved to my other room but not until 4pm the following day. Then after being the room a few hours that night a ROACH the size of an eraser is now in my room!!! I was appalled and disgusted. I had no choice but to stay as my transport was not available. Then it’s time for me to leave today and it’s 9am and here comes maids banging on my door then undoing the locks and entering my room. This has by far been the worst experience I have had at a hotel yet.

Was a perfect stay, clean, actually spotless. Room was very comfortable with all comforts of home. Staff was warm and friendly and treated you as there guest. Breakfast buffet was outstanding may be, no was the best I ever had. I will book with home2suites on future travels. Absolutely 💯. Keep up the fantastic work ethic those employees have. So if I had to have one complaint I ran out of tissues in the spacious bathroom on my morning of departure. But to the amazing staff there was a backup roll of paper towels on the counter. Perfect place. The large apartment size refrigerator was a surprise. As well the dishwasher, that was a first. Cookware and serving for 6 was also shocking.
