We stayed here in the summer and it was close to all our hiking we wanted to do. A beautiful view from the hotel room, with plenty of space for the family. Rooms looked pretty new and facilities were nice also! An enjoyable stay.

Good location for our trips in the region. Both cleaning staff(Szilvi) and waiters(Aldo) very polite and profesdional. Room clean, wifi ok, bed comfy. Outlook from balcon very nice. Sauna not big but good for our purposes. Food good compared to room price. Missed only scrambled eggs from breakfast. Stayed 4 nights.

Staff were really friendly. The children's playroom was clean and had a variety to keep kids entertained. Breakfast area was nicely decorated.

A very cosy place to stay, nice view and clean. Located in a very small and remote town, nothing nearby and limited dining places. You may travel to Hallstatt within 30 mins from this hotel. Dinner is not bad and staffs are very polite and friendly. Free parking is an advantage.

Stayed one night before our visit to Hallstatt. Hotel is very modern with tons of parking. The hotel was busy but quiet. If you are avle, splurge on a balcony room with a view of the alps, so beautiful! Breakfast was good, usual European fare- cheeses, breads, meats, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay there again

5 napot voltunk a lassan 2 éves kisfiúnkkal és csak pozitív tapasztalatról tudok beszámolni. Minden rendben volt, a személyzet egytől egyig végtelen kedves és segítőkész. Kisfiúnkkal külön kedvesek voltak. A játszószoba megfelelően felszerelt, minden korosztály megtalálja a számára megfelelő játékot. Reggelit tartalmazott a foglalásunk, minden igényt kimerített. Minden ízletes volt. A tisztaság is teljesen rendben volt, mi nem kértünk minden napra takarítást, mégis minden nap finom illat volt. Kényelmes ágy, gyönyörű kilátás és eszméletlen csend. Extra 5 csillag a személyzet kedvessége miatt. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom 😊

Nettes Personal jedoch war das Zimmer etwas staubig ansonsten war es sehr schön. Das essen war auch abwechslungsreich nur im Winter ist die Sauna definitiv sehr voll. Super Lage

A very low-level hotel, the reception staff lacks service awareness and is not nice to say the least, the rooms smell bad, the floor of the room is dirty and sticky, I don't know why but the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, worn and torn towels, there is no minibar in the room, the only bright spot I found is the dining room with a varied breakfast and dinner

Das Hotel war neu und sauber und sehr schön mit Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Leider hat unsere Bettwäsche sehr gestunken. Nachdem sie gewechselt wurde war es zwar besser, aber trotzdem nicht frisch. Von den Mitarbeitenden am Empfang und der Bar hätte ich mir mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht. Die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Overall excellent experience. Surprised Mountain View from the hotel balcony, friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Clean room. Very satisfied and pleasant. Will come back in the future.

Check in process is very slow. Also they have a peculiar method of room cleaning service. If you want room serviced you have to hang a placard outside your door.

The hotel is in a nice location. Please be aware that everything around closes early so shop in advance or hotel will be your only option for dinner. Plus- Hotel was neat and clean. Room were spacious and a good view of the valley. Minus- 1. We waited more than 30 minutes at the check-in desk. There was only 1 person at the desk and everyone had to wait. Later on another person joined in the at the check in desk and it was faster. The staff was courteous. 2. We were not aware that everything around closes early. Nevertheless, we had buffet dinner at hotel and it was ok. We had a kid(about 2 years) and she was not ready to eat at that time. I requested them if I could take some soup with us in case she gets hungry at night. They refused stating the hotel policy that no food from buffet can be taken outside. Instead they offered us to buy a lunch pack(with sandwiches which she doesn't eat). I have been traveling a lot and understand hotel policies but I found it a bit insensitive in this case. A kid is not an adult, the hotel can make an exception in this case. They should also consider that there is nothing else available in the area around. 3. There are no glasses, cups or kettles in the room which is a negative for me. I don't want to go down to the restaurant for everything.

This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, but perfect! The drive to Hallstatt was perfect, the scenery was beautiful, the prices were great, the restaurant was…not bad but dinner buffet was like 25pp didn’t really think it was worth that. Rooms were small and no AC, and no coffee makers- so buy one at aldi! I would definitely stay here again though! The price and scenery made it worth while.

The view from this hotel is amazing! The room was clean and hotel was quiet. The hotel does not have air conditioning. It was a cooler day and we didn't need it but if it was hot, it would have been difficult to sleep in a hot room. There is also no table in the room. The hotel provides meals which are 20 euros per person per meal which was a bit pricey when you travel with family. Also, we had medication that needed refrigiration and there is no refrigerator in the room, we had to keep it our cooler on ice.

Great location, the staff was very friendly, breakfast and dinner were good, the only thing is that there is not AC in the rooms, we travel in summer and it is very hot during the day, impossible to take a nap or rest , at night the temperature go down but we needed to leave the windows open, but still was hot.

Hotel was average. Check in at an Austrian hotel takes forever compared to checkin in the States. The room layout was great. Walls are thin, so you hear everything!

The front desk ladies and gentlemen are not very friendly and impatient. That the only reason I rate it lower than 5. Others are so great like the stunning view and gentlemen in restaurant.

Absolute ’give a damn’ attitude of the staff.. whether when u are checking in or trying to ask for info, or even food.. extremely rude …if kitchen stops at 8:30 pm, they won’t even bother to inform u that u can order atleast a bar menu or pizza. We had to drive around town to find food and with nothing available, ended up dining on precooked n packed meals .. pathetic staff service.. no cleanliness in rooms .. no appliances, fans or ac.. hair dryer also wouldn’t work. For any thing u have to go all the way to the front desk coz they won’t provide a phone in the room to connect the hotel. Front desk is most of the times not even there so u can ask.. worst hotel ever….

We stayed one, the location is great for explore Gosau and hallstatt. Breakfast is super! The restaurant’s terrace has a beautiful view of gosau. Great stay, highly recommended!

The reception staff was unfriendly and inpatient. The hotel is also under staff, we could not check in until 4pm even though the check in time is 3pm, because the room was not ready, but the check out time is 10am, which is earlier than a typical check out time. Also we could not get into our room because the electric door was out of battery, we had to wait a long time for the staff to change the battery.

Das Check in dauerte recht lange. Es waren viele Gäste am Tresen aber nur eine Empfangsdame. Diese hat einen guten Job gemacht wie das Servicepersonal im Restaurant auch. Immer hilfsbereit und allzeit bereit.

숙소에서 바로 보이는 산전망은 정말 최고였고 주변환경이 조용하고 알프스의 자연을 느낄 수 있는 그런 곳 입니다. 특히 차로 20분내에 할슈타트를 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 자동차로 여행 중 이시라면 강추 입니다.

숙소에서 바로 보이는 산전망은 정말 최고였고 주변환경이 조용하고 알프스의 자연을 느낄 수 있는 그런 곳 입니다. 특히 차로 20분내에 할슈타트를 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 자동차로 여행 중 이시라면 강추 입니다.

We stayed here in the summer and it was close to all our hiking we wanted to do. A beautiful view from the hotel room, with plenty of space for the family. Rooms looked pretty new and facilities were nice also! An enjoyable stay.

This hotel is out in the middle of nowhere, but perfect! The drive to Hallstatt was perfect, the scenery was beautiful, the prices were great, the restaurant was…not bad but dinner buffet was like 25pp didn’t really think it was worth that. Rooms were small and no AC, and no coffee makers- so buy one at aldi! I would definitely stay here again though! The price and scenery made it worth while.

Great location and super intimate! There isn’t many dining options around that are close by (you would need to drive) so eating at the hotel buffet is convenient which it is not bad! Great location in the alps and super beautiful property

Very clean, gets the basics covered. No iron in the room though, and some sound bled from the neighbouring room. Overall, great property. Breakfast was great too.

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einziger Minuspunkt: beim Frühstück ist das Angebot für Veganer sowieso schon begrenzt und wenn der einzige Aufstrich dann auch mit den Worten: " gibts heute nicht" ausfällt und an der Bar der einzige vegane Snack (Kartoffelwedges) auch nicht verfügbar ist, finde ich das nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auch das Abendessen ist nicht besonders für Veganer geeignet.

Stayed one night before our visit to Hallstatt. Hotel is very modern with tons of parking. The hotel was busy but quiet. If you are avle, splurge on a balcony room with a view of the alps, so beautiful! Breakfast was good, usual European fare- cheeses, breads, meats, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Would definitely stay there again

Nice facility, clean and modern. Parking was difficult when we got in late and all the spaces were take. Food was average quality. Dinner not great, breakfast was ok.

Hotel delizioso, una camera molto grande con tanto spazio. Molto curato e pulito. Bello il succo di frutta di benvenuto (ci voleva dopo 5 ore di macchina!). Una colazione nella media con una scelta abbastanza ampia. Bellissima la vista delle montagne

My stay at the property was amazing from parking to check in to the welcoming staff that took care of every need. Beware that the hotel does not have air conditioning, however on request front desk provided a fan for the room, that and opening the windows made it pleasant and comfortable in the room. Every room has a balcony with a view, breakfast was amazing, spa services were good too. Room was very spacious modern and clean. I have nothing negative to write as staying in this hotel only enhanced my overall tourism experience. The beds were clean and kids had a bunk bed which was also comfortable. There was a foul smell coming from drains in shower room which the staff resolved as we got back to room so full marks to them, once again you have to experience their breakfast buffet and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
