The condo was very clean and just as pictured. It was perfect size for just my husband and myself. The pools were clean and the snack shop is always a plus.

We had a great stay. The description was accurate for this condo. Small, but worked well for 2 people who didn’t spend much time in the condo. Bring your own beach towels and shampoo and conditioner though. They were not provided. There is also a $35 parking fee. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The room we stayed in which was 100w did not have a beach view but the room was very clean and had a coffee pot, small refrigerator, toaster and toaster oven. The bathroom and shower is very tiny but the water pressure was good. It had a humidifier that was running when we arrived so that was nice along with the A/C and heater. The room had nice lightening and the bed and coach were comfortable. It has 3 pools and a kiddie pool, tennis court but bring your rackets and balls. It had outside bathrooms for the pools and coming up from the beach. When you come up from the beach there is 2 places to wash off the sand. I would stay again and recommend.

I was pleased with the condo (254) itself. Clean, nice, comfy. Close to everything and right on the beach!! The only complaint is with the property. It was so hard to get to our room. Elevator north was not working and the south elevator was so far from the room. It’s hard to get around, but everything else was fantastic! Will stay again!

This property is incredibly RUN DOWN. There are wires exposed ALL OVER, the balcony railing is made out of PVC PIPES and it is loose, broken and unsafe throughout. It rained, and the parking lot SEVERELY flooded. It was not passable. There are rusted pipes throughout the property, poor lighting, doors that literally do not have balconies and one can step out of and fall several stories. One pool was greenish, one pool was closed. The lighting throughout was weak and made the community look unsafe. This should be inspected by City Ordinance for LOTS of code violations. The unit itself HAD NO TOILET paper while other cleaning products were provided. The Dryer vent was a Woman's PANTYHOSE! It smelled like CONCENTRATED cigarette smoke. The bed was poorly made, the towels were OLD and everything was worn and in poor condition. The door lock was difficult to operate. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. I feel the City should inspect it for grounds of shutting it down!

My friend and I booked this place for a three night girls' trip but checked out after just one night due to the condo being filthy. We honestly wished that we didn’t stay here the one night we did. We ended up booking a chain ran condo down the road. We found a used washcloth in the shower and bought cleaner to scrub the entire bathroom ourselves. The towels and washcloths smelled musty, and there was hair in the shower and sink. We also had to buy our own blankets and pillows because the sheets seemed unwashed and smelled bad. The AC wasn't cooling properly, and the filter was clogged with dust which I cleaned. We discovered toenail clippings and hair on the living room floor. The refrigerator ruined our groceries, as it couldn't keep them cold, and the freezer was iced over and then melted, causing a mess. We contacted the owner about the major issues, who was dismissive and rude. He offered to send the cleaning team back, but we had already cleaned and bought new bedding. I texted the owner first. He ended up calling me and hung up on me. The hallways and parking garage were sketchy (notice there’s no pictures of them on the listing). We didn't feel safe walking around the building and kept our purses with us at all times. The place was small, which was fine, but it was filthy. The tiny refund we received didn't cover the cost of cleaning supplies, bedding, or wasted groceries. The owner only offered a refund after we called VRBO. Don't waste your money here.

Place was clean and nice!

No balcony, no washer/dryer, we saw roaches on day 2, mattress had urine stains. One and done. Worst spot on property I’ve ever stayed in. Feel like I wasted money.

The place and area were very nice and close to everywhere. the parking lot flooded with water on our second day, and the bathroom was so small it was not comfortable to wash in it, find facial hair on the sink, plus the floor had sand on it.

This property in no way resembles the pictures in the advertisement, gross misinterpretation of all of it. There was mold in the bathrooms and peeling paint throughout the whole building including the rental. There also was no table and chairs to sit at for a meal let alone accommodate 6 people for sleeping as was advertised. The linens were stained as well. The elevator was broken for the majority of our stay as well. Construction noise was horrible and we weren't given notice that construction would start at 6:30 am every day of our 25 day stay. Curtains were the quality of very cheap sheets and were filthy. We had to hang a blanket to keep the light out in the bedroom. Speaking of the king bed it was soft and very lumpy. Black mold throughout the shower was in the master bathroom with only a curtain for a door. We had to deal with burping toilets which brought raw sewage back up into the bathroom. Also ceiling leaking into the master bathroom right over the toilet from issues with plumbing.I would definitely never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone Way overpriced , we have stayed in many places and this place was one of the worse I have seen for the

Listing was 100% accurate. The cleanliness of the unit was 10/10! The mattress in the bedroom with the bathroom slept like a dream! I cannot say enough about the shower either! This place had all the comforts of home, and I would definitely stay again! I want to give the owners a "Hail State!" shoutout! Once I spotted the Oby's cups in the kitchen and the framed bulldog picture in the living area, I knew the trip would be amazing!

To be an older complex it was nice, could definitely use some maintenance and the elevator fixed. Someone needs to check that the cleaning staff is actually cleaning because ours was not swept or vacuumed, found food and a pill on the floor. The washer and dryer are in need of being replaced, the dryer door needs to be changed to the other side. Overall the stay was great and the atmosphere was great! Would definitely stay again.

198sf turned into most efficient little cozy place

It is small which was accurately described. It had everything we needed. There were a few things that weren’t great. We checked in on Sunday. There was no WiFi. In the book it said to call Harbor Communications that the owner couldn’t help. I called the number for 3 days with no answer. I googled the company and got a different number. I talked to them and they sent someone out Wednesday. The day before we left. Hopefully they will fix it. Also there was only 6 towels which for 2 ppl for 4 days was not enough. The building is old and not well kept. The pools were nice. For the price it wasn’t too bad.

There is no way to get fresh air I. This unit window is painted shut. Only door opens into a closed in hallway. When I turned on a/c there was green/black mold all inside unit. Let the VERY Small took cool off for 2 hours. Came back just as muggy and hot as it was before. Found an extremely dirty fan in the cabinet that we had to clean in the shower to get the gunk and dust off. Still never cooked so we had to leave in the middle of the night. Also be ware this place is about the size of a postage stamp. With a dark damp closed in shower stall I wouldn’t stand I. If my life depended on it! DO NOT RECCOMEND

The room was small but very nice. Only complaint would be the shower. Its about the size of a shower in an RV. As far as the room being small my partner and I loved it. Also, the bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay; right on the beach, easy check in/out, parking isn’t a headache and there’s a pool and activities in addition to the beach access

We enjoyed our stay at sugar beach! They are older condos, but we’ll taken care of, clean and perfect location. The owner, Tom, was great to work with and very helpful. Yes, this is a smaller condo but for two people it’s perfect! Everything you need!

Overall the stay was great. Very clean, owner was a very nice and easy to get in touch with.

We loved the location! The furnishings and the appliances were all very good. The bed was very comfortable and it was well stocked and supplied with everything we needed. The only mishap we had was that the A/C role in the afternoon. We made one phone call and someone came to fix it by 10pm that same night. Other than that it was a great place and we would stay there again.

Everything was perfect.

The location was great and the size of the room was perfect for me and my son. Great access to the beach and we liked the covered parking area. I loved the keypad entry which kept us from having to worry about our room key.
