Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix Downtown

It was a fine stay except the room smelled really strongly of sweat and body odor as soon as we walked in the first night and all of the other nights. The bathtub did not work either, it was constantly draining and we couldn’t use it for baths. It was a huge let down since my mom really wanted to use the bathtub.

The room was so clean and comfortable, staff was extremely helpful, and kids loved the pool!

Rooms are on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Parking is absolutely horendous here. Nothing on site but there is parking around the corner. Do it yourself instead of paying the ridiculous cost to valet

The hotel was beautiful and in a good location. We chose it because of the indoor pool.That was small, but lovely. It was disappointing that no breakfast was included, but nice that there was a bistro in the lobby. The room was really small. Overall, not a great value for the price, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
