You get what you pay for and for the money it was ok. The room itself was pretty beat up. Fridge was damage but worked somewhat. Towel racks pulled off the wall. Fairly clean tho. Looked like renovations are being done. Pool was beautiful and clean. For the cost and location, I would stay again.

Clean room, welcoming staff, great air conditioning, covered parking, quiet room and lots of towels. Two excellent restaurants within 100 yards. Match all this with a room rate that can't be beat and I think you'll agree this property is unmatched in this area. Will definitely stay here again

Not a lot of options for Englewood, picked this based on the reviews. Property is run down and does not look like the photos. Front office was not staffed at check-in had to call the number for service. Discarded furniture, equipment and appliances in the garage. Graffiti in the elevator. Room was clean but one of the towels had stains on it. Lots of road noise if your room faces McCall road.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. As far as I could tell, the sheets were clean and there was not obvious dirt or grime. With that said, everything else in the room was damaged, significantly stained, or poorly installed. This includes the lamp shades being obviously damaged severely, chipped lamp bases, a large hole in the wall, what looked like blood stains on the bed skirts, severely stained chairs, a completely broken and poorly repaired sink, chipped frames on the mirrors (what were installed with exposed screws, a screw in the side of the mini fridge, and a poorly installed (loose) bath insert in the shower. The front office person was nice and they allowed a late checkout (that was only 1 hour). On the outside, near the north side of the property, in the garage, they are using the area as storage and it is very unsightly. The elevator is disgusting. During my stay, there also seemed to be a lot of shady people hanging out outside. Overall, the property appears to have been bought by owners that run it with minimal expense and effort (ghetto storage, weird red paint throughout, old and damaged appliances). Luckily we did not contract anything from this place. I have no idea how they have an 8 rating (maybe they have a review farm they’ve contracted or have changed owners from the ones that earned that rating). It was cheap though. So, if you want some adventure and don’t have any money, you could give it a try. Otherwise avoid!

Close to the beaches, price was good. I called to make sure they had no damage and was told everything was working. Once arrived, pool closed, room smelled horrible, towels were dirty. They gave coffee but no coffee pot. Refrigerator was gross. Had to buy Lysol to disinfect the odor.

The location is very good as it is near the beach and dining. I stayed there about a year ago and it was much cleaner then. My slippers were black on the bottom after 2 days walking on the floors in the unit. There was also a big mold stain on the shower curtain.

The rooms were kept extremely clean, the bathroom was brand new. Nice and quiet. The only thing they need to change are the very dated colors in the room in the bed linens and window curtains. I would stay there again. Thank you.

First room had dirty sheets, moved us to a second room. “Clean” towel brought to room had something spilled on it. Freezer in room fridge was full of something pink. Ceiling exhaust in bath seemed to be full of mold/dirt/something. Hallways and elevator dirty. Would not recommend. I understand ongoing hurricane repair but that doesn’t make up for the dirty room.

Arrived late due to transportation and traffic issues. No one in the office on arrival. No parking spot available on the property. Room was dirty, humid, smelled of cannabis smoke. Nothing about the room or the property was as advertised. We left the property immediately. We are disputing the charges. I want my money back! The room was terrible.

First and last in this place. At the beginning, everything went very well. We couldn’t arrive before 10 p.m., which was when the reception office closed, and the gentleman called me to confirm the reservation. He left the room key in a lockbox, and everything was perfect. The night was great and very quiet, and the room was clean. The next day, the cleaning man looked through the window three times to check if we had already left. It was very uncomfortable to see him approach so often—we felt like we had little privacy and, in a way, harassed. To top it off, while we were packing to leave, we saw two cockroaches come out in the bathroom.

If you are traveling with a pet(s) and going through Englewood Florida, this is the place to spend the night. We had a double queen bed room and it was more spacious than a lot of mini-suite rooms, and updated as well as clean. With two nice restaurants within 50 yards and a Dunkin down the road for an early coffee, this is once again truly the place to spend the night.

Only issue I had was check-out day, at 10am with the Do Not Disturb displayed on the door someone form cleaning was knocking on the door while I was in the middle of a conference call. Did not appreciate this as I still had one more hour before checkout

Check out is at 11 but from 8 AM till 11 Room service just walks in without knocking girlfriend was just getting out of the shower getting changed as they decided to barge in and then continued to come to the door until we checked out

Clean room, welcoming staff, great air conditioning, covered parking, quiet room and lots of towels. Two excellent restaurants within 100 yards. Match all this with a room rate that can't be beat and I think you'll agree this property is unmatched in this area. Will definitely stay here again

Not a lot of options for Englewood, picked this based on the reviews. Property is run down and does not look like the photos. Front office was not staffed at check-in had to call the number for service. Discarded furniture, equipment and appliances in the garage. Graffiti in the elevator. Room was clean but one of the towels had stains on it. Lots of road noise if your room faces McCall road.

If you are traveling with a pet(s) and going through Englewood Florida, this is the place to spend the night. We had a double queen bed room and it was more spacious than a lot of mini-suite rooms, and updated as well as clean. With two nice restaurants within 50 yards and a Dunkin down the road for an early coffee, this is once again truly the place to spend the night.

Close to the beaches, price was good. I called to make sure they had no damage and was told everything was working. Once arrived, pool closed, room smelled horrible, towels were dirty. They gave coffee but no coffee pot. Refrigerator was gross. Had to buy Lysol to disinfect the odor.

The first two days where good but on the last day I went down to see if I could get the room for nother day as my husband who is chronicle I'll was not feeling well I also had my dog with us .I went to the window no one was there but it was quarter to 7 so I called on the phone from the office to see if I could pay the room another day only did it so early because I had to be to work I talked to the owner on the phone and told him I wanted to stay another night he asked if we could do it at 9 I said no because I had to work but could do it at 2 when I got off work he said fine But at 10 o'clock they where pounding on the door to the room yelling and screaming at my very unwell husband and told him I didn't pay that he had 5 min to vaccate the room or they where calling the cops .and during this time I'm on the phone with the owner again who was screaming at me for not paying and I was trying to tell home about the phone call we had in the am he called me alier said I didn't have .money on my card very rude and nasty well they made my husband less congestive heart failure and very bad vertigo and very bad swelling legs who could not walk very far very well leave the room with all our belongings and our 100 lb dog I had to leave work and go pick them up and then when I went to return the card to the room and show him that there was money in my account he said fine just give it to me and you can stay I said no thank you please just give me my deposit back I am leaving and I wi
