Everything was nice except pool was to cold to swim

On arrival dirty wash clothes, old toiletries, dirty shower/bathroom floors. Room carpet dusty/dirty. Internet TV not working. Room phone and front desk phone not working. Large 6" dark brown liquid dried onto heating/cooling unit coming from the window casing. Icemakers broken on 2nd and 3rd floors. Only one employee in the building. I had to go back down to get him since the phones didn't work. He couldn't do anything except offer a different room. We examined it but it too had old toiletries in the bathroom with even dirtier floors. The dried liquid was cleaned up in our original room but that was all that could be done. The next day the cooling unit wouldn't work and the evening person had to come and fix it. I had important business to conduct and in the "business center" I discovered the printer kept jamming and when we fixed that it didn't have nearly enough ink to print out a document. The evening person said the ink cartridge was in the manager's office which was locked. The next day when the manager was trying to help me she had no ink cartridge and had to order it. Eventually completed my essential business task through sending my confidential documents to and from her computer and scanning and resending. It took way to long, spread out over 2 separate blocks of time, to get it finished. At the same time the TV channel controller quit working and had to be exchanged, also didn't work right. Then the one elevator had trouble and sign posted said use at your own risk

We have stayed here several times. It remains very clean, which we appreciate very much. The only thing we would like to suggest is that there needs to be more than one luggage cart for the entire facility.

The hotel was just what we needed. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There was a good variety of good for breakfast. We were there with a sports team so it was nice to have the lobby to hang out in the evening.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean. I will say, I was placed in a handicap accessible room, which is fine. I had no issue with that. However, taking a shower I almost slipped in the tub and after the shower, despite putting a towel down, when I stepped onto the tile after drying off I nearly slipped and fell again. Whatever your staff cleans the floors with needs to be rinsed and dried thoroughly. As some with a regular gait, slipping is just a little funny. However, if anyone using that room does not have a regular gait could fall and injure themselves greatly if they slipped on a tile with fresh steam and cleaning residue caked on it. I was fine, the next guest may not be. Just something to think about.

They do not vacuum the rooms and hallways the same dirt is there every day

Everything was great. Staff was friendly. Only compliment was spots on walls in room and microwave wasn’t cleaned. Great area, quiet and nice besides that.

The hotel was very clean. I was comfortable alone when it ended up being just me. Breakfast had some decent options and it was clean. Staff were all friendly.

We stayed at the property for 5 nights and our rooms were not cleaned at all for the entire stay, even though we requested it twice during our stay.

Our room was freezing cold for a long time. Shower curtain could be a little longer to keep water from going out into the bathroom.

very comfortable room.

Nice place to sleep clean and quiet.

We were supposed to have a handicap accessible room. It was on the 3rd floor. Had bars by the toilet and in the tub but not convenient for a wheelchair. Stayed 2 nights and they didn’t even make the beds.

Handicap room and bathroom was exactly as promised and what my wife needed.

We stay here often and it is always clean, especially the rooms. The only disappointment with this visit was the internet. It was not good. Lots of drops, Netflix was so sluggish we gave up using it.

The woman at the desk was amazing. Extremely accommodating. Need more people like her at night. She was there in the morning.
