Awesome little area, very private. Own beach. Rooms have everything you need & are decorated seashore Cape Cod style. Very cute! Extremely clean! Little kitchen is perfect! Couple live here for a week~easily!

Went for anniversary weekend Getaway and was completely perfect, had the suntied room on first floor with the front view ocean, it was heaven. Totally recommend this place along with it being private and the beach only for the guest of Chatham Tides

What a great place!!! I really don't have enough words to express what a wonderful stay we had at Chatham Tides. The location couldn't be more perfect. You get beautiful sunrises and sunsets and a private beach from which to view them. Our room was perfectly furnished and very comfortable. Everyone we spoke to on the staff was so kind and helpful, from an easy after hours check in to fantastic restaurant recommendations. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here for two days and really enjoyed the location. It was wonderful being steps from the water and just a quick drive into Chatham. The hotel was very clean and the room had everything we needed. It was great having the little kitchenette and we did cook dinner one night. The kitchen supplies are limited so don't plan on elaborate meals but when you don't want to eat out, it is nice to have the option. We sat outside in the evening at the fire pit when it was chilly which was a nice addition to have the use of.

Had a great stay. Right on the water with a private beach. People around us were a little noisy, so do an upstairs room if you’re in a 2 level. Conveniently located between Chatham and Harwich.

It was right on the beach. They provide chairs and the beach was so nice. We loved our private deck and the view was so scenic. The room was so cute!! Loved the mini kitchen We look forward to coming back

Very clean with all amenities that you could ask for. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the kitchenette was stocked well enough to make a simple breakfast or a quick meal. Our room was overlooking the beach with a picture window and screened side windows so you could open and listen to the waves. The AC was cold and there’s a ceiling fan. Plenty of deck chairs and there were Adirondack chairs on the beach. Beach towels are also provided.

It was a peaceful stay for us at Chatham Tides. Our room was clean and very pretty. The ocean view was spectacular and the beach was lovely. The staff was so helpful every step of the way. We’d go there again in a heartbeat!

What a great location and beautiful property! If the bathrooms were updated this would be a 5 star stay. Also, floors felt slimy and dirty definitely need to do a better job moping. But minor, I would stay again even with the outdated camp like bathrooms because the location is so amazing.

I paid over $500 per night to have an ocean front unit. My view was primarily of the parking lot with the water beyond that. The carpets were very stained and the noise from the unit above was quite annoying. There seemed to be no sound proofing between floors.

When we booked the hotel it was showing the room has ocean view, but when got to the room we didn't get the room showed on picture, we went to the front desk and ask, the guy said well you booked via Expedia and he said no room with the ocean view available at that day. Room is small the pot and pan are not clean. Overall, we are ok since we only stayed for one night.

Room and property were lovely. The room did overlook the parking lot which overlooks the ocean so it is a little misleading. We also got a handicap room which my boyfriend wasn't a big fan of.

Nice hotel with generously sized rooms overlooking a nice beach. Rooms are well decorated and have been mostly updated except for the bathroom area which offered very little counter space for toiletries. There is not staff overnight but we did not have any issues so that was not an issue for us. Great area with lots of restaurants close by and a delicious pie shop called Marion’s about a mile up the road

Our check-in / out went very smoothly. Your invoice was ready at check-out. Office staff was very friendly. We stayed in room #26, a studio room in the lower left side of the SUNTIDE building. It was clean, comfortable, but the bathroom was very small. The shower stall is about 34" wide, making it difficult for my 6', 200 lb. frame to shower. The little kitchenet had a Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, and a toaster. However, there is only a small bathroom sink to wash the plates and utensils. A small kitchen sink added would be much better. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a couple that did a lot of walking in the above unit, that sounded like very heavy people. If we had to book again in that building, we would have opted for the upper floors. My wife was disappointed that the unit did not have a mirror on the wall somewhere, where she could use it to get ready to go out. We spoke to some workers that were remodeling the seaside rooms. Guess there is plans to do some improvements. Unfortunately, while we stayed there March 17-20, there was heavy equipment working on the beachfront, making it a bit noisy. It was nice falling asleep, listening to the waves crash on the beach, which was a benefit for being so close to the ocean. The south Chatham and Chatham area is very nice, with some scenic spots.

Property was conveniently located on the beach, which was nice the room we had had a second floor above it, which was a little bit noisy and also the bathroom fan did not work. It looked like it hadn’t worked for a while by the paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom bathroom and the rust on the bathroom light fixtures.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We brought our 2-year-old daughter, and it was our first true family vacation that wasn’t just traveling to visit relatives. We stayed in a beachfront room, and it was incredibly peaceful to open the door and hear the ocean. Every morning, we made breakfast in the kitchenette and enjoyed it while looking out at the water. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was spacious and nicely updated. It felt just right for us as a young family. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

Beautiful and relaxing by the beach had a lovely stay. Only thing I wish was for the rooms to be a bit more sound proof. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware of staying ground floor since it’s easy to hear anything from above floors.

Clean room, great staff, beach view. Only inconvenience was bathroom super small and no counter space at all but that would not deter me from staying there again. Location is excellent and staff really sets them apart, extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Cancelled my trip due to call from an unprofessional, Ill mannered, and offensive reservation staff member. Received call a day before my trip and I was told that I booked a day earlier than I did. He tried to strong arm me into a different room than which I booked stating that I booked the wrong night and attempted to increase the price by changing the room type. I cancelled the trip because the staff member seemed unhinged and I felt unsafe staying at the property where he would be working. I requested to speak to the manager who refused to divulge the owner’s contact information. The manager attempted to correct situation however, I felt the situation was beyond correction due to the aforementioned safety concerns.

This property was clean and well staffed. Wonderful location right on the beach. No restaurant or food available. Snack machines with exact change only and no change at front desk. Also desk closes at 8pm so no access to ice after 8pm. Hopefully you can sleep in bright lights. The lights on porch come thru the blinds and sunrise was blinding. Need drapery for black out. Last, bathroom needs remodeled. It only holds one in the shower, way too small, and no room at sink for 2 persons or toiletries. Bathroom needs remodeling and there is plenty of room for it.

Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy. Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return!

Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy. Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return!

Had to extend our stay by 1 day and was charged $100 more than the 6 previous days. When i said inwould book online because it clearly showed at half the rate online i was told that woyld not work- room that we are satying in will show blocked. Essentially leaving me no choice but getting extorted by them. Would not recommend

Chatham Tides is mid- Cape and a lovely place to stay especially for couples and seniors. The rooms are lovely and the atmosphere is calm and quiet. There is a nice, small beach for sunning.

We booked a deluxe king oceanfront room, it was perfect. The room was bright, very clean and had an amazing view. The staff was very polite and even let us check in early. The hotel is at the end of a quiet road. It was so peaceful and beautiful there, just what we needed. I highly recommend Chatham Tides.

Awesome little area, very private. Own beach. Rooms have everything you need & are decorated seashore Cape Cod style. Very cute! Extremely clean! Little kitchen is perfect! Couple live here for a week~easily!

We enjoyed our stay here. The ocean view is beautiful. Room was updated and clean. We didn’t like the barn door for the bathroom as it really wasn’t good for privacy at all. There’s also no dining options at this property, not even muffins or anything quick in the morning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we arrived, Jay, the Man who runs the hotel, made us feel at home. Having stayed at the top Hotels on cape cod, this was the best. Being a stones throw from the beach was incredible. So many hotels are deceptive about the beach location. Not this place. And Jay had a wealth of knowledge about everything Cape cod. My wife and I loved this hotel and will make it “ our “ new cape cod hotel. If Chatham Tides was a stock it would be APPLE. Just a happy and quiet stay. And the bed was great. I’ve had so many bad experiences with beaten up hotel beds. Then your own balcony on the beach! Loved it…. And they provide a stove and cooking gear should you want to cook. A 10 is my rating…

Beautiful location on the beach! Very clean room, equipped with fridge, stove, cookware. Definitely worth splurging for a room directly on the beach (we were in #3). In a quiet area away from crowds but just a short drive to Chatham and Harwich. We enjoyed breakfast at Hangar B and dinner at Boca’s.

This property was clean and well staffed. Wonderful location right on the beach. No restaurant or food available. Snack machines with exact change only and no change at front desk. Also desk closes at 8pm so no access to ice after 8pm. Hopefully you can sleep in bright lights. The lights on porch come thru the blinds and sunrise was blinding. Need drapery for black out. Last, bathroom needs remodeled. It only holds one in the shower, way too small, and no room at sink for 2 persons or toiletries. Bathroom needs remodeling and there is plenty of room for it.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We brought our 2-year-old daughter, and it was our first true family vacation that wasn’t just traveling to visit relatives. We stayed in a beachfront room, and it was incredibly peaceful to open the door and hear the ocean. Every morning, we made breakfast in the kitchenette and enjoyed it while looking out at the water. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was spacious and nicely updated. It felt just right for us as a young family. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

Absolutely wonderful property. I booked the double queen ocean view for four nights to celebrate my daughter’s graduation for a long weekend father-daughter trip and it was perfect. The property grounds are quaint and the rooms are fresh and immaculately clean. While this is a “motel” in that there are no restaurants or amenities on site, it is very well appointed and right on the beach. Pleasant street is right off of Main Street with downtown Chatham just a 10 min drive. Absolutely loved the property and would stay here again. Also Jay and John were very nice and willing to help and answer questions. Thank you!

This is a fantastic place to stay if visiting Chatham MA. It is literally right on the beach. Our room was ocean front (#25) and was roomy and very comfortable. Great bed..stove...sink...big refrig right in the room...its like a mini apt...free bikes to ride...beach chairs...sunsets on the beach......I have stayed at Chatham Bars Inn before which was also fantastic....but like 5x the cost of Chatham Tides.........I would def do the Tides again.....the staff is fantastic...

We stayed here for two days and really enjoyed the location. It was wonderful being steps from the water and just a quick drive into Chatham. The hotel was very clean and the room had everything we needed. It was great having the little kitchenette and we did cook dinner one night. The kitchen supplies are limited so don't plan on elaborate meals but when you don't want to eat out, it is nice to have the option. We sat outside in the evening at the fire pit when it was chilly which was a nice addition to have the use of.

We loved this quaint quiet hotel off the main drag and with its private beach! bikes and grills provided were a bonus. Staff were beyond helpful! Will definitely return!!!

We stayed one week at Chatham Tides and it was the PERFECT beach front location to enjoy one last summer hurrah! The location could not be any more convenient and the room amenities make it so convenient too! It was lovely having the coffee maker, fridge, and stovetop for occasional meals - but we were also so close to amazing restaurants too! The housekeeping facilities were wonderful! Additionally, there were kayaks, an outdoor shower, beach chairs, and a grill available for use! Parking was easy too! And the staff was the absolute nicest and kindest who helped us with any questions we had! We had the best week - highly highly recommend this gorgeous hotel. 12/10 stars!
