The room was spacious but smelled of old cigarettes...no one came and serviced our room the entire time that we were there, I stopped one of the maids in the hall for fresh towels and there's not even a vending machine to buy a bottle of water from. The water pressure in the shower was great for a hotel though

I am very surprised this property had such a high rating. It was very dated and the hallway was shabby and dirty. There was no coffee or water in the lobby and even the bathroom in the lobby was out of order.

Appreciate the well lit parking lot! It was cold outside but the room was very warm and the AC wouldnt come on.

price was good. did not like there was no continental breakfast and doors not locked after hrs

Staff was very welcoming. Ample parking, no fuss clean place to stay for a couple of nights.

The place offered breakfast in the add but didn’t have any when we checked in. It is a two story building without an elevator. So if you are traveling with the whole family, this may be an issue. Also, the lady at the front was not too welcoming. It might have been because we checked in after midnight. So, be aware.

A little older but very clean and comfortable. No extras like pool, gym, breakfast, coffee, etc.

Cost effective and decent area off the freeway. The room was typical for a roadside spot, and clean enough for a quick few hours of shut eye. We were in and out in less than 10 hours, so we didn’t see/experience any amenities. No elevators, so moving suitcases upstairs at 11:30 at night was no fun.

The hotel was filthy. There were hairs in the bed and we asked for another room. The new room was even worse. Hairs in the bed and hairs allllll over the towels. One of the towels had brown spots all over it too. The furniture looked like it had never been wiped and there was food and dirt underneath the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. We were traveling and got in late but if it wasn't so late and we had more options I absolutely would not have stayed there and would have found another hotel. We didn't even go under the covers we were so grossed out. Also, there were drug addicts perched right outside the side door. Not good.

The room itself was OK, but the halls are filthy. Stained carpet and VERY smelly. Also very noisy.

Comfortable clean room. The carpets in the hallway were stained but the room, bathroom and, most importantly, bedding were clean. All staff were lovely and very helpful.

Odd smell in the hallways, multiple spots of mold

My room was filthy, the sheets were damp, and it was also infested with roaches. They also refused to give me a refund.

The front desk was friendly enough, The hotel is not in good condition. Carpet looks like it was water damaged ages ago and never cleaned. Smelled like mold Cleaning staff may want to wear their hair contained to avoid long black hair being left in bathroom and other areas

The area was on the rough side. Was awoken at 1:30 am by a stranger knocking on the room door. Property was adjacent to the freeway so it was a bit nosy. On the positive side the rooms were clean and comfortable.

No frills hotel with everything you need. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Hot water. Cold AC. Good service. Good internet. Cable TV. Easy access. 10 min to downtown. Great price. Would stay here again.

Rooms were great, beds were comfortable. For the price I paid was really happy. If I was back I'd stay here again

The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel was very nice and my room was spacious. Ask for a room towards the back of the building.I could hear various vehicles during the night using the interstate out front.

Lots of noise from Interstate 30 nearby, but if you turn on the A/C, the noise almost completely goes away. The pillows were harder than I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, but I got good sleep on them.

The rooms were very spacious and clean and included a microwave oven. It was very quiet and the black out curtains were great.

Customer service was outstanding!

The lady that checked us in made me email her my paperwork for my service dog, which is against the ADA law, and I will be reporting them. Second the stairway has no air-conditioning and since they do not have an elevator then you had to take the stairs and it’s very hot and musty in the stairwell. Plus the lady at the front desk. Also charge me extra $25 for checking in two hours early which I have never heard of out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed out of never been charged to check in early especially if it’s only two hours, the parking lot was empty, so I know there was plenty of rooms. They said nowhere on their booking about charging that fee. I am very disappointed.

The front desk clerk was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. We were tired and exhausted and he made our day

Great staff very smart about reservations no hassles go out their way share hospitality of India to their customers cleaniness and curry snacks.

Stayed here many times, always exceeded expectations. Special shout out for ANGIE who has always been very helpful and on the ball. My wife is handicapped and Angie has always accommodated even when accessibility wasn't available.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. We checked in late as our first booking was a nightmare and the welcoming from the staff was amazing. It was me and my son and 2 yr old grandson and the stay was amazing. The room was very clean and the staff made you feel like family. I'm would definitely recommend this place for anyone!

The people at the front desk were very friendly. The hair dryer didn't work (the on/off button was completely gone, and they gave me a new one so I could dry my hair. Thanks!

Our flight landed at 1 am so we were looking for somewhere quick to stay. As soon as we arrived to the property there was a tattooed man with no shirt walking out of the hotel. Check in was easy and the man working was nice. There was only one way in and out of the hotel parking lot. We had to park in the back of the hotel which was scary. There was people hanging out in their vehicles in the back. We made our way to the front and there was people drinking and smoking at the side entrance so we decided to go through the front. While we looked for the elevator all we could here is blaring music. After looking for a few minutes we realized there was no elevator. So we made our way up to the to the second floor going up the stairs I run into my sister and her boyfriend who were staying there as well. They said they went to open their room and realized someone was already occupying their room. That definitely made us scared to open our room. We went in and kept on going back and forth about staying or leaving and drive the 4 hrs home. We decided it was already late that we would just sleep and leave early. We wake up at 7 am, make our way down check out and make our way to our truck only to find a truck parked next to us with a man passed out with his windows down. If my husband was not with me I would have never stayed their. The bed was comfy and the staff was nice but that’s it.

We've stayed here many times. Never disappointed. Housekeeping and front desk always helpful for everything. SPECIAL PRAISE AND GRATITUDE TO ANGIE ON THE FRONT DESK, ALWAYS HELPFUL ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND HAS GONE OUT OF HER WAY TO ASSIST. My wife is handicap and ANGIE has exceeded expectations to accommodate even when accessible was not available.

It was by the highway like many other hotels in Texas. You need to have a car to get around.

Convenient location, comfy room, superior customer service. Have to mention the awesome shower head! I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit family at the Navy base.

For the most part it was fine. There was no type of breakfast at all. I found hair in the tub/shower, bathroom area. Bed was a bit hard for our taste. However, as motels go, it was okay. For the price I would stay there again.
