The lobby really sold me when i walked in. Loved the clean aroma, cleanliness and space of it. My boys loved how you couldn't tell you were moving on the elevator it was so smooth.

Furniture is fairly new, 2 TVs in the room (one for the bed and another one for couch, breakfast includes scrambled eggs and sausages, the personnel is polite. They don't limit you on the devices number for Wi-Fi. 30 min drive to the beach.

Hotel room was nice and clean. A/C worked great, bathroom was excellent. However checking in was an ordeal because the clerk was so busy flirting with the young men checking in ahead of me it took fifteen minutes for me to get checked in. Not acceptable after driving 300 miles today!

The bed was a little firmer then we would have liked. Rough night with thin walls. Its tucked off the roadway almost passed it up. But location felt safe and no concerns about leaving my vehicle. Clean and room got super cold.

This has so far been one of the most amazing and relaxing experiences for me and my boyfriend. The place was so quiet, super clean, front desk staff very friendly. But we loved the lady who attends the restaurant in the morning, she is so darling and very polite. Definitely recommend this hotel. We are already planning our second trip and looking into booking at the same place.

This location was less than 5 min from shopping and local activities. The beach was about 35 min away. Very nice community. Staff was helpful and kind. I do wish they offered a waffle iron and batter with the breakfast.

Everything was great. The breakfast was awful and it is not due to your cooks. The breakfast lady was unbelievably nice and food was hot and there was plenty. But people don’t premade keish or sandwiches. People want eggs and sausages or bacon.

Parking lot had a lot of broken concrete. It seemed very unsafe. The conditioner pump was out in shower which was frustrating because I had to exit the shower to grab my conditioner from my bag. Other than these issues, my stay was great and the staff was very helpful.

On July 18, at around 8:30 a.m., I was standing by the coffee station when I overheard a male staff member with long hair say, “It’s just dumb.” Hearing that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest. Whether the comment was directed at me or not, guests should not have to hear language like this from hotel staff. I hope management will remind employees to communicate professionally and respectfully so that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and respected.

On July 18, at around 8:30 a.m., I was standing by the coffee station when I overheard a male staff member with long hair say, “It’s just dumb.” Hearing that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a guest. Whether the comment was directed at me or not, guests should not have to hear language like this from hotel staff. I hope management will remind employees to communicate professionally and respectfully so that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
