This is a place that we return every year because it is a great place to relax and enjoy the country side. We never had any issues at this property and the price is always right ✅️ We will be back next year 😊

Beautiful view, outdoors well maintained. Great communication from host). Beds are quite hard, furniture could use an update, and a few minor amenities would be a bonus (dish washing towels, washing machine tabs, utensils). Interior was clean, just outdated. Kids loved the cats, and I have been asked to rename: Calico = Filepé (loves cuddles) Older Calico = Shortie Gray Tabby = Nina & Lina (bigger) Tabby with white = Georgie Skiddish dark cat = Shadow Overall great time and would recommend.

Although we really enjoyed the views from the balcony and the exterior, the large rooms and kitchen. We would love to see this place have a remodel/refresh as it was not in the cleanest state on arrival. The staff would come each day to clean and fold sheets which was a nice touch! But the shower and kitchen could need a deep clean. We really loved the views this place offered with Athena in the distance and the islands dotting the coast. 5 min via car to the wonderful beach and 8 mins to Epidavros. We would come back for sure to see our new friends (all the cute cats) and enjoy the beach life. Check in was easy and the staff were super friendly! Comfortable beds
