Everything was wonderful! The room was comfortable, the view was stunning, the pools and jacuzzis were amazing, the arcade was so much fun, the spa was lovely, and the restaurants were fantastic. I also loved the location, near so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a grocery store, and the mountains themselves. We definitely want to come back for another trip soon!

Hugely disappointed by a couple of major items. First, apparently every studio room has an adjoining room. I would not have selected/stayed had I known that up front. There is no latch or lock on the door to fully keep the other party out of your room. The front desk’s response was: “well, there is no door handle on the other guest’s side.” Not comforting whatsoever. If the door doesn’t latch properly they could just push it or use a credit card. I selected a Mountain View and was given a parking lot view. At check-in I was told it’s Expedia’s fault for listing it that way. There were a ton of dead bugs all over the patio/balcony along the floor and trapped in webs floor to ceiling in all the corners. Lots of leaves in the pool which was odd. On the positive, comfy bed, two great onsite restaurant choices, clean facilities otherwise, walking distance to a number of town offerings including restaurants and a nice wine/cider tasting offering on site as well.

Positives: We had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were friendly and our room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was fun. Negatives: Parking can be challenging. Although there are restaurants on site, it would be nice if the hotel had a coffee bar. The trail to the river is not clearly marked. It took us some time to find it through an area behind the vineyard.

The property is fine and convenienty located. My disappointments would be how early the hotel bar and restaurant closed and the fact they only offer EV charging for Tesla, which was a major inconvenience.

Beautiful vac experience. The only complaint i have, is there is only one set of elevators in each wing, if your room is at the end of the corridor of the west wing, you have to walk all the way over to the elevator (and its a good distance for an older person, ) and then when you hit the lower lobby, you have another good walk to the pool which is in the East wing..you surely get your steps in, and God forbid if you forget something in the room. Everything else is excellent, a lot of walking, the place is hugh!

Pool area was great, Jacuzzis were amazing. Always found seating at pool area. Bathroom shower was a little dirty and some kitchen utensil were dirty but other than that, it was great!

The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came.

Beautiful property, spotless kitchenette with everything you need for a basic meal. Lovely shower. Lovely staff. Great swimming pool with a good atmosphere. So nice to have a balcony. The supermarket is right next door for supplies. Couldn’t fault the hotel and wish we had stayed longer.

Our room was absolutely fantastic! It was like an apartment. We had a full-size kitchen, beautiful soaking tub fireplace. I couldn’t have asked for more. Wonderful pool and activities for kids. The bar and restaurant on site was fantastic. Lots of options. Food was great.

The room that we were in had a wall bed. I booked through Expedia and thought we were getting a bedroom or at least a real bed. It was unsafe opening it up and terribly uncomfortable. Hard to get in and out of as there was no room on the sides.The room was very noisy, walls and ceiling must not have insulation.

The hotel overall was very clean, well furnished, and provided a very decent number of amenities. The restaurants that where in the hotel and surrounding area had excellent service and options for any person. The downside was the bed. It did not allow my wife and I to get much needed rest and caused us so much discomfort we cut our stay down from two nights to one night.

Great resort, love the pool facility. Room was a bit small and bed made noise everytime i moved or turned…not sure if mattress to old or sheet protector is to blame. Unfortunately did not sleep well. Lack counter space in bathroom and there was 1 hanger in closet. Resort grounds were well kept and the view of the mountain is gorgeous! Kids loved the arcade.

We booked a studio room with a kitchenette which I expected to be larger than a standard hotel room and was not. The hotel appears new and room was very clean with a wonderful tile shower and balcony overlooking the pool. There is very little space to put anything. No luggage rack provided, only four hangers in the closet, one towel rack in the bathroom and no place to hang a hand towel so it takes up 1/2 the counter space. The bed was small (a double) which I was aware of when I booked, however, there is a giant uncomfortable couch in the room which butts right up next to the bed, making it awkward to get in and out. Also, no bedside table on that side. No light, nowhere to leave glasses and a phone but on the couch! Stay in this size room for 1-2 nights if you have very little luggage.

This is a nice resort. A lot bigger than the pictures. As such there were a lot of people. You need a reservation for everything. The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came.

Riverwalk is a beautiful resort, however the lack of dining was disappointing. Both restaurants had lots of open tables however they would not seat you because the kitchen was 45 minutes behind. The grounds are gorgeous and rooms spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

I was very pleasantly greeted by Carroll the second I walked through the door even though it was almost midnight! He was very patient with me (I had an issue with my credit card)he helped me resolve it quickly. He then made sure I was safe in the parking lot (had to park in the last row), he then helped me up to my room making sure I was settled and safe. Carroll definitely went above and beyond I truly appreciated his willingness to help me. I had a wonderful stay. The resort was clean, comfortable and offers great amenities! I highly recommend!!

The staff was incredible! They were so kind and informative. When we arrived we decided to upgrade to a larger room and the front desk associate personally walked us to view other options. The property was extremely clean and had everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the vineyard is so gorgeous. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely visit again!

Beautiful new hotel in Lincoln NH. View overlooking the pools and mountains is nice. Right near a shopping area and lots of restaurants you can walk to. I enjoyed a dinner in the Italian restaurant downstairs. The octopus app was as good as I’ve had in Europe. Then ate meatballs, garlicky but incredibly flavorful. Room was dark, quiet and bed was very comfy.

Everything was wonderful! The room was comfortable, the view was stunning, the pools and jacuzzis were amazing, the arcade was so much fun, the spa was lovely, and the restaurants were fantastic. I also loved the location, near so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a grocery store, and the mountains themselves. We definitely want to come back for another trip soon!

Positives: We had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were friendly and our room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was fun. Negatives: Parking can be challenging. Although there are restaurants on site, it would be nice if the hotel had a coffee bar. The trail to the river is not clearly marked. It took us some time to find it through an area behind the vineyard.

We had an amazing stay at RiverWalk! The hotel was very accommodating for our large group, and everything felt easy and stress free from check in to check out. The 2 restaurants on site were phenomenal, the food was absolutely delicious and a highlight of the trip. The location could not be better, just minutes from Whales Tail Water Park and Clarks Trading Post, which made it perfect for families and group activities. The only thing I wish they had was a breakfast option at the hotel, but other than that, our trip was truly magical. Highly recommend RiverWalk and cannot wait to come back!

Really nice stay at RW. We were able to stay in the newly completed part. The weather wasn't the best but made the best of it with the local attractions and the pool and arcade with the kids on site. Price chopper is in the same parking lot which is nice. The one area to stay away from that I am perplexed about is Veranda by Vista Pool bar. ***CAUTION***Instead of walking to the room and making a cocktail, I thought it was nice they had a bar there for guests. I ordered a margarita for my wife and an Aperol spritz for myself. The bartender was friendly as well. The bill for these two (two) drinks was $57 (gratuity of ~$7 included? I asked what the charge was for each and was told the margarita was $22, and the Spritz was $19, and then the gratuity. Dont get me wrong, I understand ease and convenience, however, that was much more than ever anticipated. It's New Hampshire, where there is a price chopper in the same parking lot. On this alone, we chose not to eat at the restaurant for dinner, but instead drove a mile down the road to some pubs and public houses.

The resort was very clean, has comfortable beds, and good service. The outdoor hot tub was lovely. The Italian restaurant was delicious. It was centrally located to a bunch of restaurants and stuff. However, We expected an indoor pool from the website and reviews, but it’s just the steps to the outdoor pool that are indoors. The property is fine and convenienty located. My disappointments would be how early the hotel bar and restaurant closed and the fact they only offer EV charging for Tesla, which was a major inconvenience.

We have stayed many times, but this was our worst stay ever. Screaming children while we are trying to sleep does not deserve a 250 dollar a night price. An unaddressed car alarm made for a terrible night's rest. The river walk is labeled a resort. I suggest keeping children in an area separated from us who don't have small children. Dana Benoni

Great location, great pool, cute bar and restaurant. Outside bar was terrible- clearly it was the first time the bartender had made a drink and when I told her it was not great- she didn’t offer to remake or refund so don’t be experimental, stick to the basics. Other than that, great hotel.

We had a lovely weekend at RiverWalk. Our room was clean and well appointed. The AC was amazing!! We enjoyed the pool, our balcony, the outside bar and the backyard/winery areas! Definitely a place to keep on your radar. We will absolutely be back up again!
