Very nice room with nice size. Staff was friendly. Pool was small but not bad. Clean.

There’s a bathroom right next to the pool so the one by front desk stays cleaner.

The suite was excellent and had a kitchen with complete dish sets. We ordered food from across the street and were able to reheat it! The breakfast was great. The pool needed to close because a group of people left it wet, with towels in the pool, and dirty, and the incident was monitored too late.

Excellent choice! I had my daughters pool party here and set up everything nice in the room, no complaints, very nice, there when you need something etc 10/10

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. My family liked the room setup, but the pool didn't seem to have a heater and the fitness center lock didn't seem to work. Also, there were sets of weights missing.

Staff didn’t know how to turn on firepit outside. The air in our unit did not work. There was a large portable air conditioner and dryer vent home placed through the window.

Staff harassed us about check out, rooms weren’t ready at check in time, and there was puke stains on the carpet, and the toilet did not stop filling.

Very clean hotel! The friendly staff made it welcoming and comfortable. Our room was cleaned and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the lady cooking the food did an awesome job. Only wished they had a bigger pool.

When we arrived, the room smelled like cigarettes. We requested a nonsmoking room. The main light in the living room was out, so I had to request that someone come and change out the light bulb. The towels in the bathroom had mascara stains on them, so we had to ask for replacement towels (and they only do room service every other day). The AC is very noisy. The phone in the room is also not great - half the time, I could not hear what the person at the front desk was saying. Finally, and this was the worst, the couch is supposed to accommodate people to sleep since it's a sofabed. When I pulled it out, there were crumbs and stains all over it. The crumbs also spilled on the floor. I called down to get help and no one cleaned it up. So, we could not use the couch for sleep.

Heater vents were very dirty. The carpeting was frayed and worn. On day two AM we requested room servicing and were told we'd get new towels and the bed would be made. It didn't happen. On day three PM we requested new towels which arrived but were slightly damp.

I was very impressed with the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. It was probably the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Milwaukee. Breakfast was very good.

Upholstered furniture stained and dirty. Found a turd-like object next to the desk. Carpets stained too. Tiles in bathroom moldy. Hall carpets filthy.

Overall, I would not stay here again. The first room had a non-working AC and a floor unit with a large pipe through the window. The second room had barely any water pressure and was not too clean. There is also no daily housekeeping. Come one! It’s 2025 and it was ok during COVID, but not acceptable any longer.

The toilet was not bolted to the floor, so wobbled every time you sat on it. The shower ledge was hanging off the wall. The kitchen area was not too clean, it was wiped over with a dirty cloth. Staff was awesome, at front desk and in the breakfast area.

We always like the rooms with the kitchen and Residence In has them available. The cost is affordable the hotel is clean. The staff is very professional.

Great hotel for a stay with a family. Hotel room with kitchenette, separate living room space, bed(s) and bathroom allowed us to spread out and get some space. Comfy beds, great bathrooms. Excellent breakfasts with an array of options. Located next to I-43, it was easy to get to our destinations. Would stay here again!

The lights in my room did not work, our room was not ready at check in time and we waited 45 minutes, and the workers let themselves in my room on check out morning while I was getting dressed.

Large rooms, convenient location, solid breakfast, and friendly and efficient staff.

I really wanted to enjoy this property, and by all means the staff did try to make it as good as possible. However there are some serious staffing and management issues that need to be addressed. Additionally there needs to be more accountability in terms of them be forthcoming regarding their current issues. • No internet during the entirety of my stay - Apparently it had gone out over the weekend and could not be fixed. This was not communicated to me in anyway and caused me massive issues considering I was there on a business trip. • Lack of organization and follow up - Multiple times I would request something over the phone or in person and would be told I would get a follow up. None of that ever happened though. • I was without a bathtub drain plug the entire stay despite asking 3 separate days for it. So I was unable to take a bath. • I requested towels on multiple occasions and each time I was told that either they were not ready or they had no one to bring them up to my room. • I waiting over an hour past my checkin time for a room to be available for me. Which granted I was given a free room upgrade which I appreciated. However having to wait in the lobby for “just 5 more minutes” for an hour got very tiresome. • Front desk was very often unattended at night. Meaning I was unable to purchase anything or follow up on any requests. • There was additional issues regarding incorrect booking dates and lack of communication as well.

When my wife arrived she was told that my reservation was canceled even though we didn’t cancel it and then was told that they had no rooms available. I believe they canceled the reservation to accommodate more people than they had room for because my family did not arrive in town until the evening. I still am not aware if I have been charged for the room that they did not provide for my family. The employee was more concerned about his phone than finding a solution for my wife and daughters. It was not until I had to personally call and put a fire under him and suggest he contact his sister hotel that he did anything to aid in a solution.

The front desk staff were all extremely professional and treated everyone with the utmost respect. Sharon went out of her way to ensure my stay was absolutely perfect.

Staff was wonderful! Helpful courteous friendly and just beautiful people. My first time to Wisconsin and I really appreciated their welcoming. The room was comfortable and relaxing. I definitely would stay again next visit. God Bless

They overbooked and downgraded our room for the first night. They changed our itinerary and charged us more than what we supposed to pay. They said they will refund us but I still haven’t gotten the refund yet.

The staff was exceptional. Not only were they accommodating and knowledgeable, but they were personable, caring, friendly, and genuine. The room was fine as well, but the personnel is what made the stay truly memorable.
