Nach Konzertbesuch war die Bar noch offen und wir konnten noch einen absacker genießen. Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Ontbijt is chaos; veel te weinig zitplaatsen en veel lege schalen. Parkeren bij hotel niet mogelijk; garage op 6 min lopen. Restaurant hotel biedt burgers en wat fingerfood. Prima restaurants in omgeving. Centrum Dortmund op loopafstand.

Nice and clean, rooms are a little small and air con noisy. Beds were comfy Bar staff were slow to serve. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Great location for the town centre with a metro system right outside. All in a good place to stay in Dortmund.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und dafür war es vollkommen ok! Schade ist nur das es keinen direkten Parkplatz gibt und man in die umliegenden Parkhäuser fahren muss und dann zurück zum Hotel laufen muss! Aber wir würden das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt wieder buchen!

Der komplette Boden im Frühstücksbereich war vom Abend davor noch ungereinigt. Es lagen Essensreste unter den Tischen, auf dem grossen Tisch waren noch Getränkeränder zu sehen.

Only stayed for one night, but thought the hotel was great. Modern, clean and cool with friendly, happy, helpful staff. Will definitely use it next time we are in Dortmund. Very walkable from main station too

Wij hebben twee nachten overnacht in dit hotel. Leuk hotel, we werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We kregen een extra deken voor op de slaapbank en hadden geluk met een parkeerplek, tot dusver heel fijn. Na de eerste nacht kwamen we laat in de middag bij onze kamer, de deur was open gelaten door de housekeeping (vermoedelijk) en de extra deken was weggehaald kwamen we achter toen de kinderen gingen slapen. Het ontbijt op de tweede ochtend was matig, bijna alles op. Na een aantal berichten gestuurd te hebben, geen enkele reactie gehad. Jammer, want het hotel op zich is leuk, bedden en badkamer en kamer waren goed.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Moxy. Tolles, lockeres Hotel in sehr guter Lage! Sehr gute Betten. Mir persönlich gefallen Schiebetüren zum Bad nicht so gut. Mir ist die Privatsphäre zu wenig. Da könnte nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten - toll!

Hotel recente, de aspecto elegante, algo sofisticado ate. Cama muito confortável. De negativo aponto o quarto pequeno, sem cofre nem frigobar. A Tv nao tinha qualquer canal português o que desiludiu. Nao tem sala de pequeno almoço, é feito o pedido e a refeicao faz-se numas mesas em refor da recepcao ou sala da tv. Os coktails sao feitos nao cumpriram

Ich bin Vielreisender und ich kenne viele Moxys, auch das in NYC und anderen Metropolen. In Dortmund leider sehr schlecht. Mitarbeiter im Resaurant waren nicht besonders höflich. Keine Bedienung am Platz. Wusste ich nicht und habe erstmal gewartet. Kellner hat mich gesehen aber keinerlei Reaktion gezeigt. Bin dann zur Bar gegangen und habe gefragt ob niemand kommt. Antwort: Selbstbedienung (in so einem Hotel mit schöner Gastronimie? Wie bei Mc Donald?) Habe mir dann die entwas "schmuddelige" Speisekarte genommen und mir einen Wein und ein Pizza bestellt. Der Kellner füllte mein Glas, lies es im Bar Bereich stehen und ging in die Küche umd die Pizza aufzutauen und warm zu machen (schmeckte man...leider). Ich bin dann irgendwann genervt zum Empfang gegangen und habe um das Glas Wein gebeten, dass dort Stand. Habe ich auch bekommen. Dann kam die Pizza. Kein Besteck,keine Serviette. Habe dann danach gefragt..kam dann. Sorry, aber das war total unterirdisch und ich werden ins Moxy Dortmund garantiert nicht mehr gehen und auch nicht empfehlen.

Trotz Buchung mit Frühstück und inkl. Steuern wollte man vor Ort noch einmal abkassieren. Nach dem Checkout (bei dem nichts offen war) kam auf einmal eine Mail dass ich noch ~44.-€ an Getränken offen hätte (was natürlich nicht stimmt). So viele komische Forderungen, schaut ein bisschen nach System aus... Empfehlung an alle Besucher, immer Buchungsbelege mit den bezahlten Leistungen mitnehmen, damit man keine Überraschung erlebt.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Super eingerichtetes Hotel. Zimmer einwandfrei. Das einzige Manko. Das Frühstück ist für so viele Gäste absolut nicht ausgelegt. Endlose Schlangen um überhaupt Frühstück zu bekommen. Und nur eine Kaffeemaschine, was dazu führt wenn man noch einen zweiten Kaffee will sich ganz hinten wieder anstellen muss.

Underbart snyggt hotell. Rummet var fräscht och badrummet likaså. Trevlig personal och en väldigt bra frukost med bra utbud och bra kvalitet. Kaffet var riktigt bra.

Personeel super vriendelijk, check in super snel, kamer is klein, badkamer nog kleiner. Kamerdeur is zwaar en maakt veel lawaai bij dichtvallen, dus dat hoor je regelmatig (ook ‘s nachts). Ontbijt is chaos; veel te weinig zitplaatsen en veel lege schalen. Parkeren bij hotel niet mogelijk; garage op 6 min lopen. Restaurant hotel biedt burgers en wat fingerfood. Prima restaurants in omgeving. Centrum Dortmund op loopafstand.

Mir wurde unerlaubterweise von meiner Kreditkarte der Betrag für das Zimmer abgebucht obwohl ich später im Hotel zahlen als Option ausgewählt hatte. Das hat zur Folge das ich keine Rechnung vom Hotel dafür bekomme und ich es nicht in meiner Firma bei der Reisekostenabrechnung einreichen kann. Dieser Prozess hat 2 Wochen vorher auch bei einem Leonardo Hotel ohne Probleme funktioniert. Eigentlich bleibt jetzt nur die Möglichkeit die Kreditkarten Gesellschaft zu kontaktieren und den Betrag zurück buchen zu lassen von Expedia. Und im Anschluss vom Hotel eine neue Abrechnung samt Rechnung einzufordern. Das ist sehr ärgerlich!!!
