We were in a bind with a pet needing emergency care while we were in Denver. Despite a last minute booking on a Monday morning, the Hilton Garden Inn was able to accommodate us with an early check-in while welcoming our other large dog as a welcomed guest. The staff responded quickly via the Hotels.com chat feature on the app to our ask about the early check-in as well as easily adding our dog to the stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were overall very pleased with the property. We didn't know whether our other dog would be released that night, but he was and so we checked out without staying the full night. Even so, the early check in and the comfortable bed allowed us to have the perfect late afternoon nap to make our overnight drive home much easier than it would have been. The Hilton could not have given us a better experience given our circumstances and we are very thankful for the accommodations.
