Best Western Plus Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals Hotel & Suites

The staff was great, building need to be updated carpet needs replacing and walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Overall not bad. However the beds were to soft and the water to hard for me.

I've stayed here before and this time, it made more sense for me to stay in Florence. But my experience was so good, I decided to stay here again and drive to Florence! Extremely wonderful staff goes above and beyond. Very clean, cool room, big shower with great water pressure and outstanding breakfast!

Clean room and great staff. Only thing was some breakfast items were empty or stale - the main lady in charge had vacation days and nothing got done while she was away.

Easy check-in with great customer service and a good breakfast selection. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Want it more enthusiastic or more professional?
