What a fabulous start to my break in Hong Kong; I was greeted with a free upgrade at this hotel. The hotel room/flat itself was very spacious and could definitely fit 3 people in it. The sofa was firm enough and big enough for a child up to the age of 10 I would say. The washing machine and kitchen facilities all came in very handy especially as we had to use the machine every day. The aircon is powerful and there are air con machines in the living space and the bedrooms. It is very close to the MTR. There are lots of exits from the MTR, I used A3 mostly to get back to the hotel. It is very close to the markets for grocery and souvenirs. The staff were friendly and were able to speak in English and Mandarin. The free coffee from their lobby is amazing and I didn't bother buying coffee when I was out. I would definitely use this hotel again albeit a little hard work up the steep hill!

Excellent hotel IF you are fit to walk up to the building - as taxi's leave you at the bottom, then an, extremely, unbelievably steep incline up to lobby. Not advisable for elderly, unfit or heavy suitcase folks - find another hotel! Other than that, the location and what's around couldn't be more convenient. The free coffee with fruits brekkie and their outdoor deck makes for a wonderful start to the day. Excellent Thai resto close by, amonst others. Short walk to the harbour or a hike. Lots of shopping, this is the heart of HK, enjoy!

Second time with my wife here, even better exp rience than before. They improve the amenities: custom temperature water heater for drinking, portable heater for winter. Plus they gave us extra cord for our convenience. Cleaning service comes every day, providing clean towels, vacuum the floor, make your bed, giving extra from everything so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest and focus on your journey. Oh and smiling staff, lot of positivity. Plus free laundry detergent and dish soap are given by request in the receptionist. Location is excellent: groceries around you, hiking tracks close by, transportation literally on the street next to the hotel. Extra point for the direct airport connection via public transportation, budget friendly bus (can pay via Octopus card)

Location: I stayed at the Wan Chai branch which is really well located - 5 minutes walk from Wan Chai MTR; lots of good food in the area (including the very famous Samsen, and all the eats along Lee Tung Street); and several tourist attractions in the vicinity (Blue House; Wan Chai Market). The neighbourhood is quiet, and safe. Rooms and Amenities: Absolutely comfortable, well maintained, and clean. Amenities include a fridge, washer-dryer (very handy!) and induction cooktop. Mattress was on the firm side which I liked. The rooms are exactly as depicted on the website. There is a lounge on the ground floor, as well as an open air balcony to chill out, eat, or smoke. Service: Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Checking in and checking out were hassle-free and smooth.

Downside- Road access to hotel is very, very steep, don't consider this place unless you are agile and traveling light. Staff grimaces to smile, nobody smiles to welcome you or say good morning. Since its hard to get a cab to come up, you are expected to wheel down your luggage to the street, which is a steep incline. And no they don't offer to help, losing their temper that I dared ask. Very efficiently designed service apt, clean, well planned kitchen wirh excellent amenities, nice bathroom. Nice terrace area to chill. But, will not stay here again due to access issues and unpleasant staff.

The place was exceptional! They gave us complimentary wine for our honeymoon staying. All the staff were very helpful. No worries about language since all of them talked English well. Also, shout out to the housekeeper who cleaned our room, she did it excellently. The building was renovated recently, everything was in good condition and working: washing machine, fridge, windows, AC, water boiler, shower. My wife and I really enjoyed our honeymoon staying in this place.

Our second stay after a short trip away from HKG before returning home. Very clean room (Ying Studio) and spacious. The kitchenette and washing machine/dryer combo is great for longer term stays (we have stayed for app 10 days each time). Staff there are very friendly and helpful. Definitely our preferred option when visiting HK again.

The staff were professional, polite and very accommodating as we went the day after the flood and they had offered to change the dates if we weren’t able to access the building. The room itself was nice, little kitchen and small desk area. Our main issue was that the room was so humid with little to none ventilation meaning the AC had to be kept on 24/7. Additionally, the drain in the bathroom smelt like a public toilet. We told the staff and they went to clean it before we got back. This did help but the smell continued to linger.

Chambre non conforme au photo. Odeur forte de cuisine. Appartement de manière général rafistoler. Nos avons malheureusement pris la décision de partir à peine arriver et de ne pas dormir dans l’établissement. A l’accueil nous avons demandé pourquoi ce n’était pas comme sur les photos et la réponse que nous avons eu était que c’était bien la chambre mais pas rénover. Nous avons payer dans le de une chambre non utiliser.

Our stay at Ying'nFlo in Wan Chai was great! Our room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and attended to our problems immediately (e.g., there were some issues with our washer-dryer and they replaced it with a new one within a couple of hours!). The location is great and close to convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. There are many transport options nearby making it easy to commute. I would definitely stay here again!

The neighbourhood is quiet, and safe. Rooms and Amenities: Absolutely comfortable, well maintained, and clean. Amenities include a fridge, washer-dryer (very handy!) and induction cooktop. Mattress was on the firm side which I liked. The rooms are exactly as depicted on the website. There is a lounge on the ground floor, as well as an open air balcony to chill out, eat, or smoke. Service: Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Checking in and checking out were hassle-free and smooth.

Rooms were very comfortable and sizeable for Hong Kong and the amenities (kitchenette, washing machine/dryer, baby crib/bassinet) were perfect for travelling with our 3 month old. Despite having to walk a short stretch of steep road to get to the hotel, it was flat all around Wan Chai main areas and to walk to Times Square etc. Bus connections a minutes walk away taking you to the Peak, Stanley Beach, Causeway Bay etc. MTR less than 10min walk. Amazing food nearby. Would definitely recommend staying!

Not sure why but a lot of noise into the late night above us. We were on the 22nd floor of 24 floors. Other than that, the property was nice. FYI, you have to walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel.

Conveniently located on HK Island, close to transport links and Wanchai market. Room has cooking facilities and washer/drier. Our second stay in this hotel and we.re going back next month. This is now our accommodation of choice provided it doesn't get any more expensive.

The staff were professional, polite and very accommodating as we went the day after the flood and they had offered to change the dates if we weren’t able to access the building. The room itself was nice, little kitchen and small desk area. Our main issue was that the room was so humid with little to none ventilation meaning the AC had to be kept on 24/7. Additionally, the drain in the bathroom smelt like a public toilet. We told the staff and they went to clean it before we got back. This did help but the smell continued to linger.

What a fabulous start to my break in Hong Kong; I was greeted with a free upgrade at this hotel. The hotel room/flat itself was very spacious and could definitely fit 3 people in it. The sofa was firm enough and big enough for a child up to the age of 10 I would say. The washing machine and kitchen facilities all came in very handy especially as we had to use the machine every day. The aircon is powerful and there are air con machines in the living space and the bedrooms. It is very close to the MTR. There are lots of exits from the MTR, I used A3 mostly to get back to the hotel. It is very close to the markets for grocery and souvenirs. The staff were friendly and were able to speak in English and Mandarin. The free coffee from their lobby is amazing and I didn't bother buying coffee when I was out. I would definitely use this hotel again albeit a little hard work up the steep hill!

They didn’t have our booking upon arrival so fortunately I had the app on my phone so reference number was there. All remedied very quickly. Good location and perfect especially with the washer/dryer good aircon and tv in both the living room and bedroom. Good pressure shower.

Our stay at Ying'nFlo in Wan Chai was great! Our room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and attended to our problems immediately (e.g., there were some issues with our washer-dryer and they replaced it with a new one within a couple of hours!). Downside- Road access to hotel is very, very steep, don't consider this place unless you are agile and traveling light. Staff grimaces to smile, nobody smiles to welcome you or say good morning. Since its hard to get a cab to come up, you are expected to wheel down your luggage to the street, which is a steep incline. And no they don't offer to help, losing their temper that I dared ask. Very efficiently designed service apt, clean, well planned kitchen wirh excellent amenities, nice bathroom. Nice terrace area to chill. But, will not stay here again due to access issues and unpleasant staff.

Excellent hotel IF you are fit to walk up to the building - as taxi's leave you at the bottom, then an, extremely, unbelievably steep incline up to lobby. Not advisable for elderly, unfit or heavy suitcase folks - find another hotel! Other than that, the location and what's around couldn't be more convenient. The free coffee with fruits brekkie and their outdoor deck makes for a wonderful start to the day. Excellent Thai resto close by, amonst others. Short walk to the harbour or a hike. Lots of shopping, this is the heart of HK, enjoy!

Very well equipped for all your needs. Right in the middle of Wan Chai with the market and restaurants all close by. Excellent bus service to all parts of the island including going out to Repulse Bay. Downside is the hill but after a few days it’s not so bad!!

I like the small kitchen in which I can prepare my hot drinks and heat up my food. Wan chai neighbourhood is very vibrant, very eclectic - modern fusion cuisine amidst the local noodle stalls! The wet market is just down the road - the perfect place to grab fresh fruits - a must for me when I travel!

Our second stay after a short trip away from HKG before returning home. Very clean room (Ying Studio) and spacious. The kitchenette and washing machine/dryer combo is great for longer term stays (we have stayed for app 10 days each time). Staff there are very friendly and helpful. Definitely our preferred option when visiting HK again.

We stayed two weeks. The kitchen was great as we prepared our own food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though the hill is a bit tiring after a day of walking. We would stay there again.

Conveniently located on HK Island, close to transport links and Wanchai market. Room has cooking facilities and washer/drier. Our second stay in this hotel and we.re going back next month. This is now our accommodation of choice provided it doesn't get any more expensive.

The property is clean and has a kitchenette for light cooking and a washing machine/drier combo. Excellent for an alternate option to the traditional hotels, particularly for family or longer term stay. Bit like a service apartment that we have at home. It is located very close to the MRT, buses, trams, local market and plebty of local eateries. A short steep slope walk (50m app) up wan chai gap road is the only down side, but not a concern as we have managed with young kids. (Use the stairs via the park outside the hotel to avoid the slope). Last, but not the least, very friendly and helpful staff.

Chambre non conforme au photo. Odeur forte de cuisine. Appartement de manière général rafistoler. Nos avons malheureusement pris la décision de partir à peine arriver et de ne pas dormir dans l’établissement. A l’accueil nous avons demandé pourquoi ce n’était pas comme sur les photos et la réponse que nous avons eu était que c’était bien la chambre mais pas rénover. Nous avons payer dans le de une chambre non utiliser.

Localisation parfaite pour graviter dans et autour de HK Island. Appartement spacieux et avec toutes les commodités (cuisine équipée lave linge…). Parfait pour qui veut être autonome. Personnel discret et agréable serviable.

I like to stay here on slightly longer trips because you get the bigger space and the little kitchen that can come in useful, especially the fridge and microwave. The situation is pretty quiet for Hong Kong, being up a small alleyway and away from the noise on Queens Road East. However, noise from other guests was irritating at times. You also need to know that there’s a very steep incline ramp to get up to the hotel from where a taxi will probably drop you, I really wouldn’t like to do it in business shoes in the wet. Wan Chai is a fascinating area, relatively a few western tourists make it here and the street market bustle can make progress through the streets a little slow, but I prefer it to The somewhat sterile malls of Central

They were going to get The lift repaired and let us go down from 23 floor on feet. They should make a note at the website and mention that they are no lift and the price was expensive for that
